Ventured out to meet the kids for dinner. At first I was pretty upset as we asked to sit in a booth by the bar but was told we could not. This wasn't because there wasn't a spot, but because the bartender requested. Thought that was a bit odd. We waited and ended up in a booth just on the other side which was fine as the hubby wanted to watch the game. Our server Kim was very nice. We were waiting on one of the kids and she made note of that, brought our chips and salsa and was patient while we did so. Once everyone was together we each ordered our choice of a Triple Dipper. I ordered a side of lettuce and some diced tomatoes. Lettuce didn't look the best but it worked. This used to come automatically wonder why it stopped. It was steady, not overly busy. Food was served relatively quickly, and hot (my daughter pointed that out). Southwest Eggrolls are my favorite, but I wanted to try something new. The Honey Chipotle Moz was too much in my opinion.... like a possible choking hazard. But the Honey Chipotle Crispers was perfect. Good portion and cooked perfect. We ate and headed out. Chilis in Kenosha may as well close their doors - order steak medium and it is really rare - had it delivered and so cold it feels like sat in refrigerator- yet every restaurant in same area delivers hot food - ordered cup of soup and it was literally 2 bites - 1/4 cup no tortilla strips on top and cold - I paid $85 and it was not up to McDonald's standards - never again!!! read more

This is a good spot for good food folks. The service is good, but sometimes it gets a little busy and that's a good sign. You're in a good place when the place is busy. The scenery is good with the dark wooden tables and chairs and they have a bar in the middle of the restaurant. They do have special deals televised on TV in the commercials so be aware of that and use those deals on the commercials to tell the waitress when you go in there. I definitely would recommend this place but I would go at a time when they're less busy like don't go at dinner time at five or 6 PM instead go more like at 3 o'clock before the rush comes in. The early bird catches the worm as they say and in this case that is true when it comes to Chili's. If you get there before the rush, you'll be all right and it's worth a trip. Came in with a Friend for a little chat we both got sampler platters. I got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks(a little salty ) and my friend got the sweet chili mozzarella which were on point! Service was great we got seated within 2 minutes of being in the wait area. Out service was very nice I forgot what her name was but she was very sweet and attentive, she was very well appreciated. Previous visit to Chili's for an afternoon lunch was great! Food very hot, just the way I like it. Very attentive server who was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Just went again but closer to the dinner hour, after 4:00pm. A little disappointed, service was okay, but I also noticed that she was seated several tables at one time. My Swiss Mushroom burger was a little too overdone, slightly dry in fact, kind of when I realized that she forgot to ask me how I wanted the burger cooked, which they did on our last visit. My friend's grilled Chicken deluxe came with pickles on it when she specifically asked for the bun to have just chicken with everything else on the side. They gave her the Swiss cheese also when she said no cheese. She subbed the Mac n cheese for a side salad with Ranch and requested a side of ranch with her chicken meal which they forgot. It took us several minutes to catch our server for it. I just realized after we got home that she never got the side salad! Plus there was an up charge for that. The only other thing was that I paid on the table tablet and split the bill on two cards. Because there was no prompt asking if I had rewards, I totally forgot to enter my complimentary chips and salsa. Guess I'll have it for next time, but I really feel that it should ask you in the pay menu. I think we'll stick with the lunch hour, service and food was so much better. I F(41) with my children F(21) and M(2) and we had a wonderful time. It was quite a busy night so we had to wait just a little bit, though it didn't take too long. My daughter just loves the strawberry lemonade, she gulped almost four cups down . We always know what we want so we ordered immediately. Me and my daughter got a triple dipper while my son got the quesadilla salad. It came out surprisingly fast (just like my son ). The food was wonderful though my daught kept kicking me, it's hard to have a family meal when your marriage is on the rocks LOL. After we ate all the food we got the molten ice-cream brownie. Okay, you know we love to have a good Burger and there are really good burgers here in Kenosha but have you had a Chili's Burger lately?!! Yikes, the Burger is so well cooked and bigger than the bun, it seemed! But what made it, was the great taste of the Burger and the condiments with it, in addition to the plenty of fries for the side. I had the Old Timer Burger and my husband had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both were decadent delicious and satisfying good deal. After first starting with the triple dipper appetizer, the meal was delicious. The friendly wait staff are friendly, kind and accommodating which always makes a good meal better! All the menu items were at least 40% more expensive than last time I went and the quality had gone way down. I have been to the Chili's in Kenosha three times in the last two months. Every time has been an amazing experience. They have improved every aspect of their service, attitude and food quality. I was frankly shocked the first time. So I went again to see if it was just a fluke. Nope. Each time I went has been consistently a great experience. The staff is happy, friendly, fun and efficient. Our kids enjoy coming here. So for every birthday we bring them here. Their birthdays are one day apart so we celebrate their birthdays together. At the beginning of our dinner, my husband quietly told our server that it was our kids birthday & we wanted to add the dessert to be able to sing to them. As she was seconds from bringing the dessert out, told us sorry it's too busy to sing and just dropped the dessert off. The only really we got the dessert was to sing to them. Its been a while since I've been to Chili's and I use to love their fajita's but they aren't anything like they use to be. They use to bring the skillet to the table still sizzling. Not anymore. I always sit at the bar and the Corona is ice cold and food is delicious, the bar tenders and servers are very congenial and there's usually always someone there that is easy on the eyes. On this particular occasion the young gent across from me was with a real attention grabber! This is one lucky guy he should play the lottery immediately. Haven't been to a Chili's in YEARS! I was thoroughly blown away. Maddie was so knowledgeable and fun she helped us navigate the menu and order the perfect meals. The food and drinks were beyond impressive If I didn't know where I was I would have paid double for the food and service and thought I was in River North or in the West Loop in Chicago at a local favorite. The entire place was super clean all CDC guidelines were enforced in an unobtrusive and organic matter that seemed like a second nature. The management team at this location clearly has everyone excited to do there job and do it extremely well. Cannot be more impressed. read more

Got home, no dressing, no toppings and no guacamole. They refunded my money but only after asking if I wanted to drive back and pick up those things. And then drive back home to cold fajitas and warm salad? Right, sure, nope. I asked how they could forget a standard part of their menu and was told they didn't have a to go person so the wait staff filled the order, they were busy, blah, blah, blah. So busy they filled our order 8 minutes early, and apparently the wait staff doesn't know the menu either. Was the food good? No, the salad contained a bunch of rotten lettuce and spinach, the chicken was over cooked and I really wasn't expecting to provide toppings. I used to love this bar and restaurant, but the food and service was very poor on our last visit. The bar was filthy and even though we asked it to be wiped off it never was. I had a salad which had limp lettuce but other than that it was ok. He had the rib brisket combo and was very disappointed, fatty ribs and too much sauce on brisket. The only thing he enjoyed was the corn, when was made Mexican style. The bartender said she would bring fresh fries as soon as they were done because we waited long enough for our food but then never did so he can't really say how they tasted. Had a terrible experience waiting for the curbside for over an hour!! I placed my order on a Friday night around 5:00 knowing well that there is always a weekend rush. They told me to come to pick it up in 40 minutes which we were actually running late. After waiting in a line for curbside pick up, we then waited 50 MORE MINUTES! The very busy curbside waitress had asked us our name and continued to bring out the food for every other car but ours with a promise she was "looking into the order" to only find out after all that time that our order was never put in! I know that it wasn't that very busy curbside waitress fault but shame on that boy who took our order and to the manager who never came out to apologize or even ask us if we would like some kind of compensation for our wait!!!!!! Now let me start of by saying, "I love Chili's Food". But now the one here in Pleasant Prairie, I don't think I will return. I am really big on customer service. With that being said I am cook I go to restaurant to relax. I don't expect to deal with poor customer service. The host told me it will be a 20-30 minute wait. Which by looking around that wasn't the case. I decided to wait because the other person I was meeting hadn't arrived. I sat down and waited 4 minutes before she gave me a table. Now that is so wrong. I have no idea why she lied but it made me feel really uncomfortable and not to return. I watched as she let others in and sat them down. With that being said I don't think I will go back to that one anytime soon if ever. Thank God Gurnee isn't too far. Pleasant Prairie has to get better. Horrible experience!! Really funky bleach smell where we were sitting. Glad they clean but not an appealing smell while eating. Thought we were going to talk, sip our drinks and eat but we were sadly mistaken. Sat down and ordered drinks, our appetizer and meals. After 5 mins our app arrived, 2 mins more and chili arrived. Waitress (Bailey) comes by and I ask about our drinks. She says (no joke) "oops, I knew I forgot something". Then literally a min later our meals arrive. So at this point - no drinks, but app & chili & both meals arrived within 2 mins of each other. Obviously by the time we got to our main meals they were cold. She asks if everything is ok in which I tell her I'm not happy about all the food coming out at the same time. She replied with "yeah.. sorry... everything is coming out fast". Tables around started complaining as well because the same was happening to them. While eating we could fully hear the staffs convo. Complaining about other customers, about a staff member who was throwing up(yes he went into detail about the "puke" while we were next to him eating) so she called out causing our waitress to show up at 230 instead of 430, and then going so far as to talking about having to be there/ not wanting to be there. My husband goes to the restroom and hears more staff talking about how they hate their jobs. Then to top it all off she overcharged for drinks and had to fix it. read more

Came to visit my mom for mothers day and ordered for curbside tonight. Pickup said 7:07 on phone, we did wait until 7:30 until asked if we wanted to wait because there was a back up for another 35 minutes. We chose to wait, no big deal. There were A LOT of people waiting. The 3 employees that spoke with us and helped us while waiting were all very nice and calm concidering how busy the place was. I felt bad for the employees and cooks, I'm sure it was not an easy night, so thank you! Our order was just as we ordered it, certain ingredients on the side as we asked, nothing missing, fresh. So after waiting for my refund from Jen (manager) It evident that she credit the fund than recharge my account. As I stated stay far away from this place. It's dirty and as you can see the steal your refund. I call my bank was told the re debit my card. This is after she told me she would refund me. I call the manager Jen she knew exactly who I was as the reason for my call. I clearly explain to her what's was going on and she claim she didn't understand. I asked her what part didn't she understand and she got upset with me and disconnected the phone. I call back and the same games she played. I ask her for the owner and district manager number and she didn't want to provide me with the phone. So I will be calling corporate and complaining.
