Terrible, terrible experience. I have always been a strong advocate of Chili's despite others opinions. This Chili's location does terribly for the company's name and reputation and is probably the reason for the poor outlook others hold of the establishment. We ate in the lounge which can be expected to have slower service. I have been a server myself and understand things like this. Our waitress, who I was later informed was training to be a manager, greeted the table only to take nearly 20 minutes to return with waters. When she did this, she told us to "Hold on, I have to take another table's order" and disappeared for another extended period of time. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Towards the end of our meal, I reached the bottom of my glass of water and glanced down to find food in the bottom of my water glass. Food that was white and caked to the bottom of the glass and had clearly survived the quick run through the dishwasher (hoping it was washed, period). Disgusted and having lost my appetite, I explained what I had found to our server's "helper" who let me know that she would inform a manager. Our waitress came over and agreed it was "gross" and removed the water. The manager eventually found time to see our table and brought the check along with her. Though after waiting around for a while for her acknowledgement, all we received was a "Sorry bout it" in passing and the untouched check dropped at the table. No sincere or even horrified feelings about the situation nor any discount from the check. At any establishment I've worked at, things substantially more minor than that warrant bigger apologies and some sort of attention. It was a terrible experience all around and I plan to avoid this establishment at all costs. Receiving such an uncaring response after such a disgusting hiccup in cleanliness and awareness was absolutely disappointing. Not sure what is required of a "manager" there but they should look into better training. read more

Working late night placed an order to go. The Margarita shrimp salad with flat bread. Looked great online. Went to pick up and when I checked my order...low and behold ..no shrimp. How the kitchen and prep people missed this vital ingredient is beyond me, my lettuce (the little there was) was wilted. When the waiter took it back to get the shrimp when he came back it appeared ok. When I got to my job ready to dig in...low and behold the few shrimp on the salad were overcooked like the microwaved them this NEW dish was a bust. The new onion rings are wonderful :) I really like the choices on their 2 for $20, they now have fajitas as a choice! The staff is very friendly and attentive... Chili's is always a great choice! read more

Horrible lunch. Salad was NOT fresh. Buffalo chicken was refrigerator cold -- not cooked to order. Staff said they'd get me a new one but we went to lunch to eat together, not separately. Very disappointing. Won't come back to Chills. This was the 3rd time we've been to Chilis and have learned our lesson. read more

I have been going to Chili's for about 15 years or more. I recently went to this location and I can promise you I will never ever go back. My waiter's finger nails were black and disgusting. he stunk like he was sitting in a small room with about 50 people smoking in it. I like clean service. It actually was so severe and disgusting i vomited my food in the bathroom. I did not finish my dish nor did I finish my drink. Worst experience ever and on top of it I contacted cooperate and they never even responded. On that note I am now a loyal customer of Fridays. read more

Well we came in and manager John greeted us after waiting a few mins and then said, "let me get someone to seat you." Then we waited and John went and sat down! We didn't feel that was great cust service. Food came and triple play appetizer was not good. I asked name of manager it was John. I guess they told him I asked the name of mgr I didn't say why but a few min later he comes by and asks how everything was. We said not good and he acknowledged the fried pickles were not cooked properly - super soggy. "He said sorry can we make u a new one?" I said no we were full from chips and the meal was not good so having more didn't sound good. He said with a big smile"ok" and walked away and that was that! The staff always seems to be overwhelmed or under staffed. Never get drink refills on the 3 times I've been there with my family. See the waitress or waiter in the beginning for food and drinks then at the end for check. The food is good, the atmosphere, and attitude from staff is okay. Will not be back to the Jensen beach chilis. Stuart is way better all around. read more

It's a chain restaurant, so what can I say? The food is okay. The service is okay. Two for one drinks are nice. The free chips and salsa is nice. They have something for everyone. Just don't order the loaded baked potato soup. It's a bowl of stringy melted cheese that was impossible to eat. read more

Alway good for a frozen margharita and chips and queso dip!

Food was good, haven't been there in a while and the menu had changed a bit. The service was not good at all. We ordered water that tasted unfiltered and anyone with taste buds knows what unfiltered Florida water tastes like. Our waiter was very inattentive, it took us nearly 20 minutes for him to take our order. The food came out fast, but or waiter explained how when it's busy the kitchen staff falls apart. I didn't think that was appropriate. The next time we saw our waiter it was about ten minutes after we finished eating, we ordered dessert and waited patiently for twenty more minutes before another waitress checked on us and we finally got our dessert. All in all we spent over a hour and a half which was too long for our tastes. Food I would give 4 stars to but because of the staff it gets only a 2 star. read more

Crap crap crap- food was terrible. Chicken was under cooked. Soups were horrible - they tasted worse than can soup! Server was just ok. My kids played at iPad type game and we were CHARGED for it! Usually I love chili's but tonight this location made me wanna never eat there again. Our server was speeding past barely stopped to check in when we ordered our drinks we asked for a to go cup granted yes we got a to go cup but he gonna try us with a kid's size like come on dude $2.59 a drink I'm not paying for no 16oz AT that price then on top of that when our food was brought out our plates were dirty who wants to eat on a dirty plate worse experience I've ever had at chili's I always order dessert for my husband and I to eat later but not tonight we were just ready to go we used the kiosk on the table to pay and that's when the server decides to bring us our check overall WORST TIME EVER!!!!! Just ate lunch there walked in at 11 didn't leave till 12:45 food took 40 min and was cold, chips and salsa were never cleared drinks only re filled once. Servers just disappear never got our dessert or the check since there tablet also did not work we finally just left a $20 on the table and left. read more

They used to be so much better. Lunch today was truly lackluster though. I don't know if they're doing this at all locations but it appears this one is trying to stretch every penny by skimping on their food and their service. Lunch was the bottomless chips, soup, and salad. The chips were paper thin and crumbled as soon as they hit the watery "salsa." It wasn't even salsa, it was more like tomato water. The salad "Fresco" already lacked dressing with the first serving (they provided about 1/2 oz) and with seconds, there was only about 1/4 oz of dressing on a single spot. The chili was also watery, again more like tomato water. There were a few pieces of ground beef in it and a little flavor but it was horrible! Second try was just as bad. The waitress came by, looked at my empty salad plate and soup bowl, and just walked off. When I was finally able to flag her down, she said, "Oh, you had the bottomless. Wouldn't give a star if i could, I have given this restaurant 3 different tries, all experiences were terrible. The place was empty and had to wait 15 minutes to get sat. The last time I went, we decided to seat ourselves because it was taking so long. It took about 30 minutes to get iced water, service not friendly, and I won't be going back. read more

My fiancé and I order to go from Chilis all the time, but usually we order the one in Stuart, however we were up by the mall so just ordered online per usual but at this location. They not only forgot our silverware, but also our sauces, and out to go food was over a half hour later than the pick up time. The food was also freezing, and no, they were not busy whatsoever. It was a Tuesday evening. We gave hours of notice for this order. We have called ahead to the Stuart location in less than an hour advance /stopped in and the food was perfect, however at this location right outside the mall, they were terrible. The manager was also very rude, and the woman who made our drinks didn't even say two words to us when she slammed out to go teas on the table. We were in no way compensated for our wasted time, and I will never be returning to this chilis every again. If you want to save your frustration? Drive a little further to the Stuart location. read more

I like this place the service was good an the food is consistent. In my opinion this is the best franchise restaurant around.

If you like processed chicken then chilis is the place for you. Consider chilis as fast food quality that serves alcohol. Chilis used to be pretty decent.....that was about 3 years ago until corporate America decided to cut costs drastically....I hope it comes back to haunt them. I wouldn't even give my dog this food. They even took away servers unless you sit at the bar which is where I was......ps. I accidentally hit the star button and can't figure out how to delete it. read more
