I thought Chili's would be a safe bet for an online order pick up when I was feeling drained back on 12/9/2023. That idea was sorely mistaken. The young lady who brought my food out to the truck was friendly. Per too often with chain restaurants, though, our order was incomplete. On the photo I posted of the "assembled by" ticket it's evident they didn't highlight our missing items for a reason. Because they never included it in there. Duh. The food was not that good either. Came to visit a relative and she chose here. We stood in the foyer for awhile. Empty booths and a young man kept coming to the hostess desk but not acknowledging us. I finally asked him and was told soon. After seated in a booth, it took awhile to be waited on but once our server engaged her service was excellent. My fajitas were okay, the half rack of bbq ribs as well and our relative liked that her chicken salad gave her leftovers for two meals. The food is typical chain restaurant, too much salt and too large portions. When you're traveling it's a real waste since leftovers aren't practical. If it had just been us we'd likely have split something. The receiving staff definitely could improve their greet and communication. I made two orders through the phone, one for skillet queso and artichoke dip only, I went to pick up my order I got it went back home to find out that they gave me two salsas, one white cheese half cup and artichoke dip half cup so I called and told them I was going to come back and pick up the skillet queso and so they can fill the artichoke cup more bc it was ridiculous small amount so I did and they fill it up with guacamole, onions, cilantro and all of those things, what?? I can cope with the surly waitress dropping off drinks without asking if we need anything else. I can cope with the room temp bottled beer. I can deal with not getting napkins until after the food was served. I even don't care that if there had been other people at the table, there would not have been enough ketchup. and while stealing my coin change is enough to make me reach out to the AG, I can overlook that too. what can't I overlook that warrants 1 star? bacon the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was thin, overcooked, crumbly, and not as shown on the menu. come on chilis, don't cheap out on the bacon. it makes your burgers no better than Burger King or sonic. read more

We had dinner here on Sunday and the wait wasn't bad. We were told it would take about 25 minutes but in reality it ended up being like 15. The hostess sat us down and our server came right after. We ended up ordering the deal they have going on, which is a deal for two people. It contains an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert. We ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer, the Cajun pasta, bacon cheeseburger, and a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top for dessert. The loaded fries were great! Dip them in some ranch and bam they are delicious! I was the one to order the bacon cheeseburger and uhh it was a no for me. The meat was SUPER SALTY. I ended up taking a bite and then taking it home to give it to my dogs. The fries were good though. My husband ordered the cajun pasta and he finished that in a blink of an eye so Im assuming he enjoyed it. The cookie we ended up taking home and it was so good when we reheated it the next day.. Our server was very friendly! They weren't busy and when we sat down we did see a lot of empty tables. Soo I'm not sure as to why they have people wait.. Exceptionally poor customer service. We came in when there were very few customers and stood up at the front as we waited to be seated. The manager looked at us several times and the servers saw us however, we were never acknowledged and no one would speak to us. It felt like they didnt want to bother with us. Perhaps it was almost time for them to go home so n one wanted to seat us? It was very uncomfortable looking like idiots as we just stood in the entrance. MAJOR FAIL! So every now and then I will get a to-go order when coming in from the oil field late. I always order the same thing, Cajun Chicken Pasta. Usually they are on point and food is great but tonight it was f'n gross! Chicken was so dry and over cooked I couldn't chew it, no joke! Pasta was cold, green onions missing and the usual accompanying cajun seasoning was missing. We ordered online for curbside pickup at around 5:55 pm and we finally got our food at 6:50 pm.Our order was cold, we had sides missing, our drinks were watered down, we had the Texas Cheese Fries and the cheese was hard, making all the fries soggy and stuck together. While I ordered a staff member swept the dirty floor around my table. Then the food I ordered came out cold. It was inedible. I sent it back and it was returned to me scalding hot from a microwave. The place was really run down. They had duct tape poorly covering a large hole in one of the booths. On the positive side, the bartender was very nice and provided good service! read more
