Ordered an appetizer, kids meal & 2 of the 3 for $10 dinner deals. Appetizer was a triple dipper which came out luke warm/cold - we chose not to say anything. Soups came out the same way & we still chose to not say anything. Our shrimp pastas came out and they brought chicken. We told them it was supposed to be shrimp so they took it back. We were told it would be out quick - we still had a bit of a wait. Finally it came out & it was cold & there was a hair in mine. We ended up telling them we were not wanting them to remake it, we just wanted to leave. Just moved here from Austin & I have NEVER had an experience like this in Austin with Chili's. I'm not impressed. This location is not the greatest. They did take the meals off the ticket though which was nice considering we didn't eat them. 1-13-2022 To-Go order Ordered to-go. Had to wait for my food WAY past pick up time stated in email. They didn't give me all my food I ordered. Husband had a hair in his Cajun pasta. My Cajun pasta was GREASY and my garlic bread is burnt (see pictures). We also ordered molten cake which comes with ice cream. They placed the ice cream in between both soups we ordered so of course it completely melted. Not happy with the quality of food & service. I had to take pasta out of the container to get it out of the grease. 3/20/23 - Is this really Chili's standard of clean? (Pictures of filthy payment portal attached) Not to mention the black stuff that was in my mother's drink? They were also out of egg rolls and french fries. Who knows what all else. This place is just tumbling down hill. Parking lot has a damaged spot as well that poses a danger if you aren't careful. Rebar sticking straight out of the ground.

Few vegetarian options but there are much worse places to go. Black bean burgers were a 3/5 I'd say. Waitress forgot some of our food, but we weren't charged, so that's fine. It was relatively clean, no complaints there

I love Chili's, the service is almost always excellent, and the food never lets me down. My lunch chicken avocado salad with corn instead of fries and a salad was excellent, and my husband liked his burger even though it was a bit smashed lol.we come here often and always have a good time!!

This was the most disgusting meal and ever had from Chili's. The mashed potatoes smell like throw up. The steaks were actually 4.2 oz and thin. They had so much salt on the chicken sandwich it was inedible. The chips or extremely salty the salsa tasted rotten. They give you more ice than drink. They give you a small amount of broccoli. This was absolutely not worth $74.00 .

Great service, great people, great food!!! Server was amazing and he was very fast. Didn't get his name. He wears a hat with a bandanna underneath I believe. He's great..

Always have a Great time at our local Chili's. All the people that I've met that work there are friendly and helpful. I also have enjoyed the bar area during lunch time and all the drinks are served quickly and right on point. Give it a try I think you'll like it.

The food and service is great but the heater does not work on the bar side. It is terrible that guests have to wear heavy coats to enjoy their dinner on the bar side at Chilis.

They gave me soggy chips covered in oil and had no salt and left my finger very oily and the chips looked soaked in oil and they tasted like poo(update) they took 10 mins to get me a new drink(update) it's been 30-45 min and still no food

In my life I've been to bars all over the country and Walkers has a very special vibe. It's like a family. Everyone is friendly. Not clicky. They have great hamburgers, fun games, best drink prices. Full bar, draft options, even some non-alcoholic choices and the beer is ice cold. There's an ATM and they take cards, they have a good size patio out back that's not really visible. Karaoke nights, crawfish boils. Pretty sure they have live music at times and dance party DJ nights. The owner Tiffany is gorgeous, cool as she can be. Bartenders are great, I have always felt comfortable, welcomed and had a blast no matter if I went during the day or at night. You will be treated right at Walkers!

Walker's Landing was within walking distance, & most of the coffee shops & restaurants may have been closed by that time. Walker's Landing was at least open, but not too crowded. I think they also had either music playing or TV with a sporting event in the background (but neither was so loud that conversation was impossible, this was also as I remember things from last year, so I may have forgotten some details). There was also plenty of room for some dancing at this venue! I also needed to visit the restroom, which was a one-seater, but it was well-kept, & there wasn't a wait for it at the time. I honestly debated just giving them 4 stars in this area, just because the bathrooms weren't made to accommodate a larger crowd. But the bathrooms were adequate enough for the crowd tonight, & the people were very nice & generous to me, & I want to return the favor. They do have food on the menu there, but they stop serving the food after a certain time of night (9:00 or 10:00pm? It might vary depending on the day of the week...). I may have "just missed the cutoff" for food by a few minutes (but my visit was nearly a year ago, so again, I may have forgotten some details), so the only thing for me to eat was a small bag of Cheetos (they also have other selections of chips available, so there's always a little something to eat). A gentleman sitting next to me was nice enough to buy me a glass of a margarita (& later, a refill). (I would like to give a "thank-you" shoutout to Mike!) The bartender Amanda was also very friendly & helpful, so I made sure to leave her a cash tip in her tip jar. (I also don't remember whether or not they take credit cards, or if it's cash-only--this was based on my memory of visiting last year, so things may have changed since then.) Sorry I haven't been back since early spring or summer 2019, for a chance to try their food. The times I've driven by, I have always seen at least a few cars to know they are still in business. Maybe they have more visitors at certain times of the year (summer, holidays, etc)? Also not sure how they've been doing since the opening of Vernon's Lakeside, down the street. But the people were friendly, & some of them seemed to know each other (like a small-town-in-Texas-version of "Cheers"). And I was relieved that the air didn't smell too heavily-ridden with cigarette & cigar smoke (like my experience at D&D Main Street Bar, also down the street but in the other direction). I really hope this business makes it, whether or not I'm able to make it back! And I hope they can "hold their own" & set themselves apart from competition from other local bars. Kudos on allowing an allergy-ridden person to breathe without overwhelming them with the smell of cigarette smoke! (Setting Walker's Landing above D&D in my book!)

And the chicken was pounded out really flat, which was the let down. Onion rings are really just extremely thin onions in a thick batter. Our app came quickly but the drinks and food came so slowly. Also between us asking for waters while we look at the cocktail menu was a lot of elapsed time. Food: the steak frites were very salty (and I love salt) but definitely the best meal ordered. The "Mac attack" tasted cheeseless -- literally tasted like water. The chicken Alfredo was "mid" but also a super tiny portion. Both pastas looked like kids meals. I guess they were priced appropriately at least. Not pictured was the Donny burger -- described as "eh it was fine". All left more to be desired. We really wanted to try the cinnamon cake but decided against since service was sooooo slow. The peach tea was bad. The oasis marg was okay. When we asked for wine, we were told "I don't know what we have let me show you" and were shown the screen that listed: white, red, rose, and sparkling. The wine should be listed on the menu with the beer and the cocktails. I'd maybe come again to sit at the bar and have a drink or two if there's live music, but otherwise, this is skippable for a full meal service.

She was attentive, kind, and always paying attention to whether we needed anything without hovering. We started with the appetizer sampler and chose the fried pickles, okra, and green beans. Everything came out hot, fresh, and lightly breaded, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt greasy or overly heavy. Also, the sweet tea was actually sweet and delicious, not that sad "dark water" tea you sometimes get other places. We split the chicken fried chicken sandwich and an order of 8 honey BBQ wings. Both came out at the same time, and honestly, we probably could have chosen just one because the portions were huge. For the price point, that was a big plus. Everything I saw on the menu looked reasonably priced and fair for today's economy, no price gouging. The chicken fried chicken was cooked perfectly. The breading was light, the outside was crispy, and the chicken was still juicy. The wings were fried naked and crispy before the sauce was added, which I loved. My only tiny nitpick would be that there was a little more sauce than I personally prefer. I would have liked the option to add more sauce if needed, since you can always add more but can't take it off once it's on. Overall, this was such a good experience.
