The chips and salsa were absolutely delicious. Maybe my favorite thing here, and that says a lot. Many moons ago, Gun Barrel City had a restaurant called Jose Tequila. They had THE BEST cheese enchiladas, and I have been chasing them since. With a bit of hope and nostalgia, I ordered them here. They were absolutely the closest to Jose Tequila I have had. The cheese was warm an gooey. The tortillas were fluffy and substantial. The rice and beans provided the perfect compliment to the main attraction. The cheese was just great, once again. They offered sweet tea and it wasn't too sweet. The glasses were real glass tumblers, too. I appreciated that. They take Android pay and use a super cool checkout machine. The price points are on point with the area (lower than Dallas) and I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed the food and service. I am not home often, but when I am, I will absolutely go back to Jaliscos. I suggest that you do the same. You likely won't regret it.

You can get any of the pasta dishes they can make them with gluten free pasta upon request along with getting any handhelds on a gluten free bun. I landed on the Poke Bowl, I subtracted the aioli and ponzu because they were not gluten free. I removed the picked ginger out of my personal preference. To replace the sauces I removed I asked for a cup of their apple vinaigrette and it paired incredibly well with everything in the bowl.
