With the food I had today, I am hopeful that they will do well and stay open! We had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a Barbacoa breakfast burrito. Both were delicious! But the Barbacoa was chef's kiss! It is my favorite Mexican meat so perhaps I am biased. But I do consider myself a bit of a Barbacoa connoisseur. I have had plenty that I did not like. This one, however, was delicious enough to rave about! The homemade tortillas and salsas (quite a few to pick from) were super fresh and flavorful! My favorites were the fire-roasted salsa and the green jalapeño salsa. But all were superb! I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu! We'll definitely be back!
