Shrimp Fajitas
Sydney S.

Ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were just okay. Shrimp was salty, rice was hard, and they gave me corn tortillas that were in literal pieces. The beans and guacamole were good. Our table had drink marks on it as if it was never wiped downed from the last guests. Service was also just okay.

I stopped in while in the area for work. The service and food were excellent. They've really stepped up their game in regards to customer service. Your order is taken quickly and accurately, they have a streamlined delivery procedure to ensure your drinks are filled and food delivered prompt and hot. Shout out to Josh at the bar for an excellent beverage. Your skills are top notch. I highly recommend this location.

Womens bathroom... tp all over the floors, garbage was over flowing. Lucky there was even tp in the stalls.

We Had a 5 min wait, and was seated fairly fast. We Needed more time on the food order. The waiter took the drink order then didn't return for a small amount of time. This place is fifthly. There was garbage all over the floors and it looks like they have not moped or cleaned in a very long time. Dust all over the lights and ceiling fixtures. (This is my biggest problem with a lot of chain Restaurants.. they never have employees clean the fixtures or anything like that. Blah gross. ) I got the rancher burger without onions and my husband got the fajita. The burger was super greasy and there was less than a teaspoon of ranch on the whole thing. It was like eating meat, cheese and grease. Not worth the price. Blah. I tried the corn on the cob it tasted like it was sat in a warmer then smeared with butter.. just not good.. not fresh at all. My husbands plate had cold flavorless rice and the meat tasted like it was just defrosted in the microwave then cooked. Again not worth the price. This was my First time trying a chilis and a last time. Id rather kill a squirrel from the woods... -_- at least its fresh food ~side note~ they have direct tv so if it rains, good luck watching any tv at the bar. Just says signal lost.

We were looking for a good Tex-Mex place for a family dinner. Superica delivered!…read more The food is absolutely delicious. The menu accurately describes the dishes, and we all were pleased with what we ordered. The fajitas portion was massive! And there was a huge amount of steak in the steak tacos. The server was very nice and understood the menu well, which was important because a member of our party had dietary restrictions (gluten). My only slight dislike was that the music is crazy loud. We sat in a booth and conversation was difficult to hear.

CAUTION: Disgusting Tacos Ahead!…read more My wife and I had lunch on Friday, June 1. Let me start with the one thing that was good, then elaborate on everything else, which was not ... especially the "scab" tacos. Really?! Scab tacos??!! [They chose the name, not me. Bet they would like a do-over. Just sayin'.] THE GOOD - The smokey, deep brown salsa served slightly warm was quite tasty. EVERYTHING ELSE: 1. I had the Shrimp Diablo Tacos and they were a disaster! Not only was the shrimp fishy, but the "costra style" shells were an absolute abomination: VERY greasy, amazingly unattractive (see photo), and likely packed 800 calories each due to the grease and cheese. Since there was only 1 bar of web connection, I was unable to Google "costra style" before ordering. Had I been able to do so, the description of being "scab like" (yep! You read that correctly!! Scab!!!) would have made the dish a No Go. That said, I will say the term is accurate: they were DEFINITELY scab-like in appearance, and the degree of grease oozing off of them put me not only in mind of a scab, but one attached to an infected wound. Barf!! 2. My wife's #1 from the lunch menu was about as basic as a taco and enchilada can be. She even told me it was a stretch to call it Mexican food. 3. And one final point: the place is L-O-U-D inside. Not quite - but almost - to the degree of being unable to talk while eating. Adios!

Stopped by Torchy's Tacos over the weekend and it didn't disappoint. I was so excited to see that…read moreTorchy's is in the triangle area after relocating from Texas. When you arrive there is parallel parking outside the front of the restaurant and if that's full there is overflow parking in the back. When you walk in you'll be transported to a fast, casual taco shop near downtown Raleigh. To order you can either sit at the bar, order on the kiosks, or at the counter. I ordered the trailer park combo which comes with a trailer park taco (Fried chicken, green chiles, pico de gallo, mixed cheese with poblano sauce on a flour tortilla), queso and a drink. I'd recommend taking the lettuce off as I feel like it overpowers the taco. I also ordered the Ranch Hand breakfast taco (Cage free eggs, marinated and grilled steak, mixed cheese on a flour tortilla with a side of Diablo sauce). The Diablo sauce is a bit too hot for me so I subbed that for the salsa roja on the side. Both tacos were excellent and remind me of my first time eating Torchy's at their og location in Austin. Torchy's also has one of my favorite quesos as the green chiles really add a nice flavor. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for good fast food Tex mex spot.

Their chips and salsa are yummy- you get two dip options, both of which are very tasty. For my main I got the steak fajitas- yum! Perfectly cooked and really delicious. I've been here a couple of times, every time the food is good. The nachos are one of my favorites! I recommend stopping by on a nice day to grab a margarita.

If my mom (who was neither Mexican nor good at cooking) attempted to make a Tex-Mex style dinner,…read morethis feels like what she would've come up with, using her trusty arsenal of store-brand white american cheese; off-brand Wonder bread; and the cheapest greying meat, from the cheapest grocery store, roused from its long slumber in a cling-wrapped styrofoam bed in the freezer. The tortillas did indeed taste like white bread, somehow. The cheese was an unidentifiable white cheese-like substance. The meat was completely flavorless and seemingly unseasoned, though, it did, at least, taste and look like it likely came from a recognizable member of the cattle family (rather than some other, less ideal, quadrupedal sources of red meat). The chips had the traditional shape and color of chips in a typical Tex-Mex restaurant. Despite the reassuring outward appearance, however, they were also oddly lacking in flavor, other than a strange movie popcorn-like aftertaste. The salsa unexpectedly seemed to have been fashioned from actual tomatoes, rather than the usual jarred mush found at most casual Tex-Mex restaurants. While normally this would be a good thing, here it meant that the salsa was being prepared in-house (or shipped in from the Chuy's warehouse of condiments). Though the salsa was acceptably mediocre, it benefitted from tasting a little better than other things on the table, which also helped me partially forgive its remarkable resemblance to gastric effluvium.

This is my second visit to this restaurant. I wanted to try something different from the menu so I…read morecould see how consistent they are with the preparation of their food. I ordered in person but took the food to go. My son and I enjoyed the food today as well. Everything was nicely prepared and had good texture. The MOLCAJETE MAZATLÁN and the ARROZ PLAYERO were good but could've used a little more seasoning. The shrimp and calamari basket was okay. As happened the last time I ate from this restaurant, my bill had an extra fee that was not obvious. This time, I questioned it before paying. Turns out that if you pay with a credit card there is an additional fee that's based on a percentage of the bill; however, if you are paying with cash, the cost is as expected/accurate. That still does not sit well with me because the cost should be the same regardless of whether you're paying with cash or paying with a credit card. Other than the issues described above, this is still a good spot to eat. The food has been consistently good overall.

The food is fantastic. The menu is in both English and Spanish. I ordered Langostinos which were so incredible and you don't EVER see those on menus. It was pricey for lunch but so good. My friend got tacos and those were reasonably priced. Just be sure to ask if the price is a concern. I just saw the picture and didn't investigate further. We ordered desserts and really enjoyed the churros. Freshly made and served with a yummy dipping sauce. Parking is ample and the service was also fantastic. Cocktails are available and freshly made.
