If I could have given this zero stars I would have. Poor service and lazy waiters/bartenders do not make for a pleasant experience and that all falls back on management. This is the worst chili's I've ever been to... no hostess no manager no service provided. Food is cold and soggy. They were busy but there was no a manager in sight to talk to. A stranger at the bar got up and refilled everyone's water. read more

What a worthless excuse for a restaurant. I made an order online and had it delivered to my work for my employees during this pandemic and they bring me the completely wrong order and refused to refund my card or fix my order. So they just stole $70 from me and gave me about $10 worth of food and are refusing to fix the problem. Called and talked to a supervisor and was hung up on after being told there was nothing that could be done and that they weren't making another trip out to us. Also note the fact that other drop off services handed the food to us and this one dropped the bag in the rain and left it outside the door and drove off. It's a wonder these people are even able to have a job with service like this. Hopefully enough people see this that it gets the spotlight. read more

I will never do business with this Chilis again, this was a Thursday night and took over 45 minutes to get a burger, a house salad, and a flatbread pizza, when the burger was brought out, the burger was raw for my friend who took a bite of her burger and her face was horrid to realize the burger on the inside was completely raw, my husband to go order of a burger came out15 minutes later, open his burger and cut the meat, the same raw, called the manager, Adam and during our conversation about the food being undercook and he called me a liar, I was livid. Told my friend yeah, I knew about your burger being raw but never came out to acknowledge it or to apologize. Went on a Saturday night. I ordered a mojito with my dinner. The kid comes back and says that they don't have any mint. So, my sister and I order frozen margaritas.. I mean that's what they are known for, right? Nope! The frozen drink maker was broken. On top of that it took almost an hour for our food to come. Our waiter was high on some kind of substance, he was very rude (told my son to "stop drinking like a fish") cause he had to bring him refills, got our order wrong...and worst yet, there didn't appear to be anyone "in charge" to talk to about the situation. Don't waste your time or money at this location. The past two visits we were completely forgotten about. Our waitress never apologized, and acted as if everything was completely normal. By the time we were served our food, we had sat there over an hour. It was not busy. It was Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were maybe five tables (if that) when we arrived. My husband and I visit this Chili's fairly frequently. We've had very few server issues and the food is consistently tasty. We both order the quesadilla explosion salad and it always pleases. The fajitas are pretty yummy as well. Although it's a chain, this Chili's is still worth your visit. read more

I visited here twice recently for the first time visiting a Chili's in nearly 10 years. Both occasions were pleasant. I had their smothered prime rib burrito the first time and one of their combination of two meat platters the second time. The environment is what you'd expect, the service adequate, and the prices well within the mainstream. I'm not a big fan of these chain places, but my experiences here have been positive on both occasions. read more

When I ordered a burger I informed the waiter I had a food allergy to mayo. My burger came with their special sauce, which has mayo in it. I returned the food and expected them to replace the burger. The waiter brought the same burger back to me and said there was no mayo on it. Two people at my table tasted the burger and agreed--there was mayo on that burger. The manager came over and said there was no mayo. I'm not accustomed to being called a liar. I could have ended up in the hospital over that. read more

No door to the kitchen from the dining room. We hear everything EVERYTHING! Not a big enough tip? Unhappy customer? Yeah we can hear you complain out here. Our server is using the booth behind us as daycare. She forgot my order and never brought chip refills or drink refills. When you are talking to customers stay at the table. It's very annoying shouting our drink order three tables away. The food itself tasted like reheated lean cuisine meals. read more

Tonight I got chicken fajitas and my husband got Monterey chicken to go. We live close to the Gallatin Chili's, so our food is always still hot when it gets to our table. My chicken fajitas that I've always loved were nothing more than mush. The green peppers and caramelized onions were dripping in grease. The usually grilled chicken was white and limp with no grill marks. A call to the manager revealed that the chicken is no longer grilled, but is "run through the oven." The manager, Anastasia, told me there still should have been grill marks on the chicken from the pan they use. I said, "Oh, you mean you use a pan to simulate grill marks so people would think it had been grilled"? "That's right," she answered. My husband's Monterey chicken was so greasy he couldn't eat his, either. His broccoli was tasteless, and the beans and rice were so salty they were inedible. We had to throw both meals in the trash. Our experience at this Chili's tonight was a train wreck. We are both still hungry but cannot eat anything because of the sour stomachs our greasy Chili's food left. When I called Chili's to report our food, manager Anastasia spoke in a tone that clearly let me know she was annoyed by my call. She did tell me that "corporate" had changed the recipes for all of the items I mentioned and that she didn't like the fajitas anymore, either. Lovely. I told her that we were very disappointed and wouldn't be coming back. She couldn't have been less interested. read more

I love chilis food, always cooked to perfection. I've been coming here for years, but I may take a break. I had a new server greet me after 10 MINUTES in my usual bar stool. I was very irritated. I except exceptional service any time I go out. She didn't refill my Coke, got the order wrong, and didn't bring the to-go stuff for 15 minutes after the meal. She left a bad taste in my mouth after that meal. read more

We had not been to a Chili's for over a year and were very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant operation was very smooth, servers smiling, food was fantastic and the new Spring menu had lots of new items on it. Two different managers stopped by to check on us (and every other table). I would highly recommend this Chili's. read more

From time to time you bring on deals that are just to hard to beat when compared to other restaurants. You already have a great selection and we visit often, just when the deals come about, we go a little more. The staff at our location is always friendly, fast and service oriented. Ordered online to pick up. Made it there and paid and the guy running the to go area was great and friendly, said he'll bring it out to my car when it's ready (I was a few minutes early). Took maybe 2 minutes after that and he was at my car. Made it home and opened it up and found that both entrees we ordered were missing the sides of fries. Granted I should have checked before leaving the restaurant. Called and let them know and was asked if I wanted to come back. Wouldnt really be worth it so I asked if they could credit me. The guy took my full name and let me know next time I order just let them know and they should see my name and they'll get me taken care of. All of which is cool with me. Worth noting, ordered the fish tacos and the Ranchero chicken tacos both of which were awesome. No hard feelings about the fries, will see if they stick to their word about taking care of us next time. UPDATE: Called tonight to order and it appears nothing was ever noted to my name. That didn't stop them from holding up their great service though. I spoke with (I assume) the manager and told him what happened last time and he took care of us. Great job Chili's read more
