Well where do I even start. Well I took my beautiful darling out to dinner tonight. She said let's stay simple babe. I said absolutely ! So we decided to give chili's a shot! So have a great time driving down there listening to music singing together until our mood was completely ruined. We walk into chili's and the hostess looks at us like we have 4 heads and 8 eyes. She said hi guys we did hello. She said the wait is guna be around 45 mins. I said oh gosh ok I start walking to door cause she doesn't even ask to put us on list to wait. Which there shouldn't have been a wait there was literally 3 tables in the whole place that were seated. Anyway! We told to go to car and wait. So we do we just joke oh hey maybe we will wait for another hour until they call us back hahah, well what do you know 5 mins later hey we are ready for you to be seated..no sh@$. So we order I got the jackdaniels margarita holy hell it was so good. Anyway so we ask for chips and salsa and lol we get the bottom of the bag pretty much crumbles...chicken sandwich tastes like hot sauce and my darling loved her chicken lucky her! Ugh I don't normally review these types of chains because they're all pretty standard but man this one was bad!! We ended up here on a Friday night when everywhere else was booked solid and we were just trying to meet a friend for dinner to catch up. Got seated quickly on a Friday night (which almost tells you something's up..) but waited SO long for everything.... and the food was SLOP. This location has horrible cooks. They simply cannot cook beef. Every time I've ordered here, whether a burger or a steak, it is horribly overcooked. They recently "simplified" the menu at Chili's, and somehow, the food has gotten worse. Three beef orders in our party last night... Burger medium rare came out well done. Burger medium came out over well done and dried out beyond reason. Sirloin ordered rare came out medium, with a hint of pink toward the bottom half. The top of the steak was like beef jerky. Came to this chili's for dinner after a day at six flags. Decided to come here because there is not a chili's in nyc and they always have a coupon for free guac. The parking lot at this location was big and decor at this chili's looked nice. We were seated quite quickly. Had the 2 for $20 dinner. For appetizer we had the half margherita flatbread. It was pretty cheesy and not enough tomato sauce but was good. Entrees we had the grilled chicken salad and the cajun chicken pasta. The salad was good and fresh but the vinaigrette was a little spicy. Cajun chicken pasta was mediocre. Service was excellent. Food came out quickly. I was at the bar during the olympics last month and it was clear, that night was going to be a long night based on the looks on the servers' faces. We knew what we wanted, and with high hopes, after about 5 minutes of waiting for water (or someone to say hello), we were prepared to throw our entire order at the server. But no, for her first trip, the waitress would only take our water and comment on how swamped she is. A second waiter came back, took our food, and disappeared for the rest of the night. A third waiter dropped off our food and refilled our waters, never to be seen again. We called it a night after the 100 meter dash. Anyways, what I'm trying to say here is, this place gets packed. I went to chilis tonight (3/19/19) and I can honestly say that I did not have a very good experience. when me and my friends were given our plates for the appetizers that we had we noticed that one of them was dirty. the food was okay but they never asked my friends and I how we wanted our burgers cooked. i am assuming that I got medium rare since some of my meat was pink... or perhaps it was undercooked. that wasn't the only problem with my food though, IT WAS EXTREMELY OILY!!! my hands were covered in the grease and when I asked for more napkins i was told that the waiter would be "right back". I never got my napkins. I ended up wiping my hands on the paper bag that holds the knife. the pictures that I have attaches show just how much grease I had on my hands, not to mention that I didnt get all of it off. I ended up going to the bathroom to wash my hands off since clearly no one was going to bring napkins anytime soon. another issue, my friend asked for a refill and the lady took her cup AND NEVER CAME BACK. where did her drink go? service could be better and the place could definitely be a lot cleaner. read more

Typical fast-food. My daughter and I ordered the sirloin steak broccoli and french fries. I have to say they were the worst french fries I have ever had in my life. The broccoli was the usual Frozen unflavored broccoli served at room temperature and the steak was okay. My husband had a combination of barbecued ribs barbecue chicken corn on the cob french fries and toasted bread... He was content. My nephew had chicken quesadilla which was very happy with. The service was ok. They weren't sure which steak was well done and which one was medium. My daughter had a free dessert for her Birthday that we all enjoyed. I love this Chili's. Usually I sit at a table in the bar area, and the service is surprisingly good. I'm a vegetarian, which means that I often order salads "without chicken" wherever I go, but I end up paying the same price as if it had chicken. At this Chili's, the waiter (also a veg) suggested that I try the Caribbean Salad with the veggie burger on top, and oh my, it is DELISH. I highly recommend trying this whether you're a vegetarian or not. Also, their nachos are delicious - they're individual chips covered in the normal toppings - so it's a nice twist on traditional nachos and you don't end up eating quite as much. read more
