Chili's food is one of our family's favorites. But we are just absolutely finished with our local Chili's pick up. We have given grace, have not complained, have even taken a break from ordering. Tonight we decided to order again for the first time in a while. The wait was outrageous. Our food was brought out cold. $30 worth of items were forgotten and had to wait another 10 mins. Called in and Manager placed us on hold after I asked to speak to the Manager and has not returned to the phone. I believe this is the last straw and we will not be returning to our local location. Never got around to posting before, this was several months ago. We noticed the service had been slipping the last two times we visited this location, but then tried to have food delivered one evening using Door Dash. Not only did the food not make it to our house after waiting for an hour, Chilis refused to do anything about it. We had to order from another restaurant that night. The Dasher informed us that Chilis said they "didn't have time to remake the food" for us. It was not late in the evening. At that we tried to call the location numerous times and they would not pick up. Talk about infuriating. We ended up letting corporate know of their poor service and received a standard response from them which amounted to "we will look into it" and never heard from them again, or the location itself. I was disappointed in my visit. I stopped in for lunch during the weekday on one of my days off. It wasn't busy, but the bartender was working the entire bar area. I ordered the bottomless soup and salad. I didn't get my money's worth at all. My waitress brought me one round of soup and a salad and didn't come back to my table until 45 minutes later. The worse part is I had to stop her to ask for a refill on the soup. Before I could request a salad, she was gone. I don't blame her as much as I blame the management. This location sucks so much. They are so slow no matter the time of day, dine-in or to-go. So many bad experiences here but we always fall victim to waiting a few months before we try again forgetting how much they suck just to have another awful experience. One time we walked in and no one was at the hostess stand, there's a bartender and waiters walking by but absolutely no one would acknowledge us - left after 10 minutes standing and waiting. Tonight's debacle: place order online for 45 minutes out, defaults to ASAP somehow. We get the text our food will be ready in 10 minutes, call and ask them to push it back to our original time. They state since it's online they can't. Load up my newborn and jump in the car to pick up our food (my husband was going to grab it on the way home from work but I didn't want it to be cold and gross by the time he got there), just to wait in the freaking car for a half hour AKA my husband could have gotten it all along constantly have issues. Not a chance we will come back to this location. Ever. Update: got home with food and all of the sauces spilled over literally making the food inedible. Such poor quality. read more

I wish I could say this review was based on the food here, but my mom and I never made it past the front door. We tried to put our name on the waitlist and after we did, we stood inside the waiting area with another family and after several minutes, we were then approached by the host who had an attitude and told us "can y'all go outside?" Very tactless. Why did they not ask the other family to wait outside? And why were we not alerted when putting our name on the list that we needed to wait outside? And why can't they train their host staff to be more polite when asking patrons to follow guidelines? We weren't standing too close to anyone and we weren't bothering anyone. And on their website it does not say that patrons will be told to wait outside like dogs. Chili's, your food just isn't good enough to warrant this kind of treatment. read more

We've been back here many times and seen the great overall improvement. Service is mush better and the food has been consistently great. The food brought to the table looks just like in the menu. The manager is very visible and interactive without being annoying. You can tell he has a lot of pride in this restaurant. The place is pretty clean overall - some of the seat cushions have damage done to them and patched. Take advantage of their club for special offers and coupons. I left my name with the lady I spoke with on the phone, got there around the time my check in would've been and was told to wait another 30 minutes bc they "don't do over the phone check ins" ??????? I finally get my table, and the waitress takes 10 minutes to get to my table to ask what drinks we want, ONLY TO RUSH US about last call on drinks and that they were closing on 20 minutes. She gave us our drinks, no straws; oh and no silver ware. This place has gone down hill. Shut it down! It already closes at 8PM it wouldn't hurt anyone to lose this place. I use to really enjoy Chili's but this one in forney ruined it for good. Very bad customer service and the quality of food is bad. Today, I wasn't in the mood to cook so I stopped by for a To Go order and it came out 8 minutes early I was like that was fast. The guy looked like he was not happy to be there. I got home and immediately noticed why it came out so fast. Bacon was missing on one sandwich and avocado on both. The fries were under cooked so bad that we couldn't eat them. I used Chili's this week for a takeout lunch and my husband mentioned that Chili's is always reliable which it is. Always! Recently before covid19 we had a wonderful evening meal with 4 adults and a toddler. We had excellent service, excellent food and a fun time. I guess when businesses are in a small town, the service goes downhill because there is no competition. This is exactly how this Chili's operates. I'm pretty sure the lackluster service starts from the top down, considering the manager just adopted a new rule of only filling the beer glass up to the top of the handle and the rest is head. We love our local Chili's! The place is almost always packed during dinner, our food is always great and the servers are top notch!

This was a regular dining spot of mine until I found hairs in my food on two different occasions last year. I finally decided to try it again, and have been back three times in as many weeks. The food is good and the service has been good, until today. I won't go into detail, but when you ask two different people for refills and neither fulfill the request, there is something wrong somewhere. When you finally ask a third time, feeling like you are imposing, no matter how good the food, the dining pleasure is gone. When you finally get your refill and say "thank you" at least two times, with no acknowledgement, except the feeling you really miss are imposing, you wonder if it may be another year before you try it again. This Chilis first opened up when I was in middle school and we used to hang out here a lot after the movies. I never really thought much of the chilis at the time. As time has gone on and they have revamped their menu my boyfriend and I always find ourselves here. There is something on the menu for everyone. I always seem to want Mexican and he wants wings or a steak. We can find that all here and it all taste amazing! The wait is long, however you can always sit in the bar area when a table gets up. They will clean it for you, just be patient. Stuff we had tried that we would recommend are the presidente margaritas, sliders, fried pickles, guacamole, white queso, wings, SOUTHWESTERN EGG ROLLS!!!,loaded baked potato soup, chicken enchilada soup, southwestern BLT sand which, all of the fresh mex bowls and last but not least the Cajun pasta. There are so many other things that sound good but some of these things are so good we always order them! I always forget to take pictures but I will do so next time I am there! People in party: 6 (3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids) Day: Sunday Time: 5:00pm Drink Arrival: Very fast, refills were on the spot Appetizers: Ordered 20 wings (which were tasty but a little on the small size) and the Southwest sampler platter (very good) Our waiter was Great, orders were right and drinks were refilled promptly. I love Chili's. They have a versatile menu and make a mean margarita! The hubby loves their salmon dish. It's a very heart healthy dish and the broccoli is very d-lish. I would also recommend the Santa Fe chicken salad, super yummy. It has a nice mix of fresh greens with a spicy kick to the Santa Fe sauce and then the alvacado and Ranch bring u back down! Beef fajitas are good but I would highly recommend the Carnita tacos with cilantro rice and black beans, top notch! If u are in the mood to relax at the bar, defiantly try the Platinum Presidente Margarita. It was so good I had to Jack the recipe and make them myself!!!!
