We have visited this Chili's four times. The service is pretty good in the bar and the servers are very nice. The food is good and they don't have any problems with our special requests. Only minor complaint is the chips are sometimes greasy and the salsa is really bad. read more

Came in here for a quick bite as soon as they opened and was greeted by everyone. Since I knew what I already wanted it took no time to place my order. I signed up for the email alerts so they emailed me a free chips and salsa coupon. Expecting them to be small I was shocked when the waitress brought out enough for 2 people to make it a meal. I also ordered buffalo wings and a cherry coke. Terrible service. Server didn't check on us to realize we didn't get our soup and salads, by the time we got them i had to leave. We were sat around 1. Party of 9. We weren't able to order till 130 because the server took a while to come back, although she did try and get our order a few minutes prior but one person was missing so we couldn't which was not the servers fault obviously. Entrees for the party came out around 2. Finally the server checked on us to see how we're doing and then realized we never got our soups and salads, which was all I ordered. By this time, about 215, I had to leave. So I paid my check and still left a 20% tip even though I literally had one bite of salad. I will only be returning here to have drinks since I am a fan of their El presidente margarita. Had lunch here the other day with my mom and son and the food was terrible. I ordered a cup of the chicken and green chili soup which came out lukewarm (plus had to be returned once because they forgot to add the chicken, wtf?), the rice tasted like it was from the night before all old and stale, and the soup was so salty I couldn't finish it. My moms corn soup actually had a good taste but also came out lukewarm. The Cobb salad was OK, not much flavor to it, could have made a better salad at home for cheaper. My son was happy with his fries and burger but as long as he has fries he is a happy camper. read more

we came in the other night because I received a gift certificate for Christmas. we were seated immediately and our waitress Deanna was right there with a quick smile and lots of patience.. our chips and salsa were to die for.. my boyfriend had the chicken fajitas.. he really enjoyed them a lot.. Have been here a handful of times before yelp existed and have always had great service. This Father's Day was a bit different. Our server got there quick after being seated, but it took a little longer than usual to get our drinks and our appetizers. I get the tablets on the tables making it a bit easier to order extras and pay your bill, but it seems to take away from customer service. It seems as if the servers depend on them more than they have to and makes them try a little less and they seem to come around the tables less. We asked our server if we could take it off the table so our little ones wouldn't break it, but we were told that we pay and order extras from there. Our server never came back to ask us for dessert or give us our check. We had to figure it out ourselves after waiting a while. We'll go back now that we know but they need to let people know about what the kiosk tablets are for. Not the best Father's Day meal I have had. read more

We love coming here all the time. We ordered takeout from there tonight. My salad and onion rings had something in them that made them too spicy to eat. I called and spoke to the manager Brian and he took complete care of the problem. He went above and beyond. I always order the same thing a-because I like it and b-because it isn't spicy. I will never set foot in this place again. Sat down at a table in the bar area and 5 min later some blonde walked out saying "hi! I'll be over in a min" as she was still walking away. Never asked if she could start drinks or anything. 10 min later she brought a lemonade to the table that was ordered through the manager. We waited as she kindly greeted tables and ran food. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt since she was being sat all at once. Then more time went by and she greeted the table that had just sat and asked what they were drinking and eating. Why do I call ahead for Curb service when it doesn't exist!!Two cars backed into the pick up spaces --No one in either car. My Brother in law just got out of the HOSPITAL and had to get off the car to get his order. He was told by the Employee that They really don't enforce it. THEN WHY HAVE IT?! This is actually one of my favorite locations. We come here all the time. Seriously it's kind of weird how much we come here. The service is hit or miss but for us it's usually more of a hit than other locations. The staff comes and goes like crazy so you won't really get to have a favorite waiter or anything because they will leave after a few weeks. We got there and went to the bar, it took 20 minutes for anyone to speak to as me I contact with us or even give us a glass of water. I came here with my preschool aged daughters! They sat us in a designated area where it was decorated like a pirate adventure! They had cartoons on and this cool tabletop gadget that had the menu and you can order appetizers And pay your bill with! The place was clean and decent! The food...not so good! Amazing service. My family and I went to Chilies tonight. Mind you there was 11 of us. We were sat within minutes. The waiter Alvro was beyond excellent with his service. Our appetizers came out hot and fast. We always had full drinks. Our order came out hot without any mistakes. That's always an issue with other places since we're always a large group. The manager Mike came and check on us a few time to make sure everything was good, he also made sure our drinks were full. He talked with us and made us feel so comfortable. Our wait time was around 30 minutes and they sat a our group if 7 in a very small table for four five at best. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. We didnt even mind the wait since it was a friday night but to sit us in a table where we did not fit was not professional. We ordered our appetizers and when it was time to order our food we had to separate into two tables because our food didnt even fit. Im outting three stars because our server was really nice but not attentive. He would check in to see if we needed anything but then would not bring it. I've given chilis quite of few chances first I tried to go orders when I received it, it was fairly cold didn't even bother eating my food. Gave it another try when I went with my husband for dine-in, service is good but very slow. Multiple times came by to ask us if we need anything. Even they accidentally forgot my husband's order. The female manager came by and apologized for this. We went to have a quick dinner around 7pm on August 1st. Our server was Priscilla C (as stated on our receipt, I don't recall if that was her name for sure. Shame on me). We sat in the bar area and had an amazing experience. She was happy, helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond. We got the chips and salsa as an appetizer and after finishing our meals decided to take the rest of the chips and salsa home. When we asked for a bag and small holder for the salsa she came back with a fresh new bag of chips and brand new salsa. She also offered to give us a refill of our drinks (only water, but still) to-go which was an amazingly pleasant surprise. I always wanted to try Chili's and it was a mistake. I ordered the chili and salad combo and my husband ordered th tripple dipple or something like that oh and fresh guacamole for app. The chips were cold, hard and oily. Terrible. The house salad was okay...you can never go wrong with a plain salad. The rest of the food took about 20 mins to come out. I was really looking forward to eat the chili but it was terrible. I should of gone to wendy's.....there chili is way better. I told our waiter about our food and said I would pay for what I ate which was the salad and the tripple meal because the rest was just bad.
