I was at this Chili's yesterday for lunch. Our server was Matt nice guy and on top of things. We got out bill and I noticed that I Was charged for chips and salsa separately when we actually got the 2 for $25 which we choose for the appetizer to be the chips and salsa. We ordered our steak medium well and it came over cooked but we decided not to say anything and ate it. It was time to pick dessert as part of the deal, we chose the cookie, after waiting 20 minutes or more we went up to the counter and asked to speak with a manager. I just wanted my bill fixed and leave. Didn't get to wait any longer for the cookie. I explained the error on our bill to the manager also he said it was put incorrectly and he would fix it. He took our card with him to charge it and also I insisted we wait for the cookie. He said the kitchen was backed up. He came back told me he had fixed it gave us a new receipt showing $43 and change. We thanked him and left. We weren't looking for a discount just wanted it fixed. I checked my account today and they charged our card the full price with the error included! Which was a total of $59.12. I'm upset that they would do such thing. Makes me wondering how many others they have done this too also. I'm completely disappointed by their actions. read more

I went to Chili's for Mother's Day. Ordered online over 3 hours before selected pick up time of 2:30 pm. We waited and waited for over 20 minutes for the food. (3) people from Chili's came to the car stating the order would be ready soon. As it turns out they had the order under just my first name and not my full name. The order was prepared at 2:08 according to the label on the entrees. That means my food was actually ready at 2:30 PM. So, the food was 40 minutes old when the food was brought to our car. The bag they had placed the food in ripped when I got out of the car and my 2 salads hit the ground! When I got home, the salads were warm. My cajun shrimp pasta was very dry You could tell the order had been sitting for a while. I couldn't taster any cajun either. Chili's needs to take a lesson from Olive Garden. Their curbside pick up is flawless and the food is a lot better. I won't order curbside from Chillie's anymore! VERY BAD experience read more

Trust me go to the grocery store buy the food you think you wanted to eat, go home you tube how to make it and you will be 1/2 the time before your even seated here. We waited an hour for a place that has had 7- 10 tables empty but let's make people wait not enough seats in the waiting area vs at least seating them. I ordered car side to go tonight and received one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. I ordered the boneless buffalo chicken salad, the salad looked like it was thrown together with random vegetables that do not go together, I also ordered a side of chips and salsa and the chips were very greasy. I know they are fried, but they were full of oil, I've had there chips plenty of times, but they have never been that oily! It's pretty sad when people do not take pride in what they are serving, specially servers who expect to earn tips, check your expo line and look at your food before you send it out! TLDR: food took too long. Enjoyed a cheap beer before leaving Went in for a nice meal before my night shift at my job. I had a little under hour to spare so I figured even with a longer wait I wouldn't have much of an issue. Had my drink and food ordered within the first 5-10 minutes of arriving and then....... Nothing. About 30 minutes passed without any indication of the food running late, the restaurant was sitting people as they came in when I first arrived so it didn't appear there would've been any significant reason for the delay. Love the service!!! All the servers are very helpful and quick. The chips and dip you can't go wrong. Thin with an amazing crisp, not oily. The chips yum! Triple play is a great appetizer but perfect for a meal as well. Fulfilling and great option choices. Would NOT recommend the newest addition to the menu- waffles and chicken. The sauce and dip are strange in flavor. Way too sweet and a spice that did not compliment well. Wasn't even able to finish the meal. Overall, It's a great fix for a bite to eat. read more

This Chillis is best one yet in Fontana. I have been to one in Covina it is the worst food is not fresh. I ordered onion pedals at Covina they were terrible so stale. Curb side pick up here is a joke. I notified them that I had arrived at the time the food was supposed to be done. I waited 20 minutes and hadn't heard anything, so I went inside to check the status even though they told me that they would be bringing the food out to me. Once inside I see that my food had just been sitting there the entire time getting cold. Terrible to go experience! I ordered curbside pickup...I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and checked in. I waited about 10 minutes no one ever came out so I went in. My order was ready and had been sitting on the rack. I only live five minutes away... by the time I got home the ice had melted in two of the three drinks, the food was cold and the well done burger was really pink inside. We ordered the trio platter after waiting a long time to get our food when it came out it didn't have dipping sauces, I got the buffalo chicken, egg rolls, and awesome blossom ( wasn't all that awesome) and when I took one bite of the buffalo chicken it was still frozen in the middle, and all the rest of the chicken was cold... after sending it back and finally getting hot buffalo chicken we were already full and wasn't worth the wait... when we got the bill the manager Blake never tried to compensate the bill for the cold chicken or long wait so I had to say something... They look like the losers who drink at the Alibi in Shameless. It's always the same old Mexican lady who yells, after one too many margaritas. We get it, mama, you hate your grandkids! Another great visit to this location thanks to our server Lindsey! She was phenomenal! And we work in the industry so we are the biggest critics of customer service. With that being said her timing was impeccable and she anticipated our every need before we had to ask. She is an asset to to store and sets the standards of what customers want in a server! Worst place to come! So unreliable. I don't even think they deserve one star. I placed my order through the app and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, I get there 30 minutes after placing the order and I had to wait another 30 minutes for my order. I was so upset I had my two babies in the car with my husband waiting after a long day. I know they messed up my order I could hear the host going to the back correcting my order. And at the end finally gave me my order and when I came in the car I checked the order my husband was already driving away and my order wasn't complete we had to turn back and wait in the rest! Had lunch with my girly friend yesterday. This location is in her hood, so it's newer than the one in my hood (where I was on Sunday). Apparently, this chain has had a makeover, and a menu change, and taken on a team approach. The makeover is tasteful even though I keep wanting to wipe off the chili logo/shadow that's on every table. Menu has some good deals/prices, especially for lunch and some new healthy option type choices. But not so sure i like the team approach because I get confused about which team member i spoke to and can't help the puzzled look on my face when there are check ins on our table 2 minutes apart (my thought, didn't we just tell you we are okay, or didn't we just ask for more water . . .) Overall, it's decent, and glad they are stepping up the service, but they probably need to work on some kind of organized system for the team check in/service. read more

The hostess looked at me funny and did not know whether to escort me to my seat or to escort me out. I decided to ditch her and walk over to the bar area and seat myself along with my wife. Needless to say, I ordered the ribs; I should have really ordered the full rack of one of the ribs and not 2 halves because I felt gipped. The 2 halves I ordered were the Chili's original and the honey-chipotle ribs. I expected the original Chili to be good, but the honey-chipotle was waaaaaay better. However, my gripe was that the half-racks are tiny! I finished them with room to spare. What the heck?! I'm still hungry. The only thing I could do was finish off my beer and go home sad.
