This was the worst experience at a Chili's that we have had. Not only did they make our food earlier than we requested and just left it sitting out the entire time so everything got soggy, all the food was piled on top of each other, and we did not even get our free drink. Will not be coming back to this location for sure . read more

I hadn't been to Chilis in years and this one looked nice so decided to check it out and I'm glad I did. The property is very clean, well maintained. Service was outstanding by Frankie and Ben-knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. It was happy hour, so I had a premium margarita for only $6 called "The Presidente". My main was 3 shrimp tacos which were fresh, packed with shrimp and yummy. For dessert, I had a huge choc. chip cookie and ice cream. My overall opinion is this is a great place for delicious food at reasonable prices in a fun, upscale atmosphere. Highly recommended. read more

We havent been to Chilis in a long time. We order curbside due to a high risk husband and son. They are really good about getting a complete order. The quality on takeout? That's pretty bad. My margarita grilled chicken was a chicken breast with no seasoning or flavor. It usually tastes like lime. It was bland and overcooked. My salad for $4.99 was some lettuce, a few croutons, and some dressing. It was really bad. I think this location caters to dine in customers only. The chips and salsa were good. read more

Since moving to Flagstaff I've been to Chili's 7 times overall. Tonight was my 7th visit and I'm sad to say this will be my LAST TIME going. I normally order the fried chicken meal or chili or nachos with fried pickles and tonight I wanted something different. We arrived at 6:55pm For my son we got him the pizza kids meal and my husband got the steak and shrimp fajitas meal. I ordered from the 3 for me menu and got the 6oz sirloin steak medium well and asked for French fries instead of broccoli and plain mash potatoes. My server asked if I would like loaded mash potatoes and I told her no thank you plain with butter is fine I'm allergic to pork. She said ok no worries. When my family get our food everything was looking and smelling amazing like always. Then my food came. I got loaded mash potatoes and bacon bits ALL OVER my whole plate. I told my server that I asked for plain mash potatoes with butter because I'm allergic to pork. She looks at me and says but the bacon bits are fine right? I told her no I'm highly allergic to pork. Bacon is pork. She apologizes and says they will fix my food. 15 mins later the manger comes over and apologizes as well and I told her it's fine. I just want my food I order. She said she was going to have them start my food right then. Another 15 mins goes by and the manager comes back saying there all out of mash potatoes because chilis had fed the fire fighters. I told her no worries can I just get more french fries please? The manger said everyone is scared to make my food until they know if the steak was cooking on the same surface as any pork products. 15 more mins goes by my husband and son had finished there food and my food has finally got here. The new server came over and said sorry for the wait and I told him it's ok. Can I please get a to go box and he sad no worries and I apologize for the wait. When he came back he said he took 10% off of our total for us since we had waited so long for our food. My husband asked him why we we're getting charged for a 2nd steak? He says oh I'm sorry and fixes it. When he comes back I told him you didn't have to give us a discount for our food. We don't want to get anything for free. I just wanted my food. He said no I insist. We kept you waiting for a long time for your replacement food. I said no I'm serious I just wanted the food. And then he asked if he could bring us a free dessert and I said no thank you. I just want to pay and leave. Plus it's my sons bed time. It was 9pm when we left. I wasn't able to get pictures of my food as the second the plate touched the table I quickly informed the 1st server of the issue with my food. My review is of 3 stars 1. For all of past visits I've had here and had amazing service great ambiance and food. 1. For the 2 servers and the manager who apologized for the inconvenience. 1. For the manager who went above and beyond to inform me what items surly are cooked with or next to pork items. Which was super helpful. They lost 2 stars 1. For the 1st server not being aware that bacon is pork. And a customer asked for no pork due to a food allergy. And still brought a plate covered of pork all over all the food items. I take food allergy's very seriously. 1. For not getting my replacement food for almost an hour. And having to watch my family eat while I still didn't get my food. read more

This place has a super fun happy hour menu! Plus, on Sunday's, happy hour is all day if you sit in the bar area, which has booths and tables too! Our server was fine but everyone else was insufferable. Attitude and rude people. All of the food was mediocre. Some of our things came out cold and the dessert was stale and hard. No shrimp was added to my meal, that was already bland (barely any seasoning) Service: I pulled up to to-go, someone took my name to "check on my order", said person was then seen walking out of work (not an issue)... This is probably the worst service I'd ever had in my life. My husband and I came in with 2 of our friends and were greeted when we came in by the host. I told him it was a party of 4 and he told me the wait would be 20 minutes. No problem! It's busy on a Saturday night except for the fact I saw multiple empty tables that would accommodate my party. To my surprise the wait was only 12 minutes which was nice. When our host led us to our table though he asked if it was a party of 6 and I then understood why he said a 20 minute wait. We then waited 5 minutes at our table for our Server to come up and say "I'll be right with you". Waited another 5 minutes for her to then come back to our table and we were ready to order our food and drinks. However the server (she never introduced herself to the table) was very rude while taking our order. We got Chips and salsa as our appetizers. I ordered the 4 Chicken tenders and the special Margarita. As the drinks got dropped off the waiter/host spilled water all over my friend's leg and foot and didn't say a word. I tasted the margarita and it was terrible. There was too much tequila and coconut rum I felt like I was taking shots rather than having a nice tropical cocktail. When we got our appetizer we ate it all within 5 minutes. I was so shocked because our server took the basket when dropping off the food but never offered more since they were bottomless. What a waste of money. When our food came out I could barely touch the chicken tenders. The fries and mac n cheese were good but the tenders were so dry and flakey. During the whole time of our service I only saw our waitress 3 times. Once to say I'll be right there. Once to take our food and drink orders and once to drop off our food. There was no check ins if the food was good or if we needed anything. After 20 minutes goes by from our food being dropped off my friend wanted a to go box for her food. After waiting for so long she finally went up to the bar where there were 3 staff members just standing around and asked them for a box. I was appalled by the number of staff members they had but the service was so horrible. We were also waiting for our check but since my other friend had been here before they pulled the check up on the tablet at the table. It's convenient but also a horrible way of letting the servers be so lazy. While looking at the check the server charged me for a 5 tender meal when I only had 4 tenders. At that point we waited so long and never saw where we just paid and left. With only one thing going wrong I would have written a better review but unfortunately this was just the worst. We had a good night conversation with our friends but we wish we would have gone somewhere else. I mean I've gone to many places downtown that are better than this. Let me start by saying my husband and I are weekly customers to the Flagstaff Chili's, normally on Wed or Thurs - always sit in the bar and have 98+% of the time been happy with the outstanding customer service we get from the bartenders and bar staff on duty. Well - we went this past Monday (4/3 @ 11:15) and we entered an alternate universe. The bartender was disengaged from the get. My husband ordered a burger - 86 the bun and pickles, which I will also say is the way he has ordered it MANY times. When it arrived it didn't have the sauce that is suppose to come on it so we asked the bartender for a side - he begrudgingly responded he would get it. In the mean time my husband realized it didn't have the jalapeño peppers either - that's the whole point of ordering an Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Server came back and my husband told him there were no Jalapeños and his response was "I don't make the food! - I'll get them BUT IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE that you want!!" in a nasty irritated TONE. He came back with pickled Jalapeños which is not what is served with this burger. My husband told him they were suppose to be fresh not pickled and he stormed off only to bring them back to the table basically slams them down and says "kitchen says they are out" and walks off. Now I get that the front of the house has little control over the back of the house - and clearly either the kitchen was having an off day, or communication lacked between server and kitchen. Either way the waitstaff is the face of the restaurant and I watched as he waited on other tables and he treated them with the same disengaged charm! I would recommend that he find another line of work because the customer service industry does not suit him well. As I started, normally this is a place I would recommend, especially the bar area - but gotta say if we walk in next Wed and Mr. Crabby Pants is working the bar we will be sitting somewhere else in the restaurant. Chain restaurants usually get a bad rap on Yelp. It's hard to go wrong with Chilis. Excellent lunch prices along with a free drink if you join their e-club and login. This makes lunch prices here oftentimes cheaper than a fast food place. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food is made of good quality and staff will prepare again if anything goes awry (overcooked steak, or having cheese on the entree when requesting no cheese). read more

When we first walked in we were told it would be a 30-40 min wait and that we were not allowed to wait inside we either had to wait outside or in our car. We opted for the car since the temperature was dropping. We only had to wait about 15 mins, however that was the only good thing that occurred on this visit. Our waitress was nice but we only saw her maybe 4 times during the entire dining experience. We never received refills on our drinks, my son ordered the Big Mouth Bites plain which were incorrect when brought out so we had to send them back, then one of the patties was raw. My sister ordered the sirloin steak but was served a very fatty ribeye instead. We ordered an appetizer but it wasn't brought until we were able to "catch" our waitress and remind her. I had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and it was good. The restaurant itself was gross, there were dirty tables everywhere. I don't know if they were short staffed, but it was filthy. The women's restroom was disgusting too, there was toilet paper everywhere and stuff smeared all over one of the toilets. My mom tried to find someone to report it too but we couldn't find our waitress or anyone else. After we were done eating we waited for the waitress but she never came back around, we wound up just figuring out how to pay on the little kiosk thing in the table and then leaving. However i fully believe no one would've noticed had we just walked out without paying (we're people with integrity so we never would've done it) All in all we should've gone somewhere else, anywhere else. I spilled margarita and the waitress didn't bother to make me a new one ( after I literally just got it, I had barley took a few sips) ordered 2 steak meals. 1 medium rare and 1 well done. They were both bloody rare :/ the waitress offered us chips and salsa when It came to paying she had charged us for it when we weren't aware of ? If I knew Chiles charges chips and salsa we would've ordered an appetizer instead. When it came to paying there was 4 missed charges. The waitress didn't refill our drinks. Chili's is dependable in its simplicity... Arguably, nothing exciting has come out of this franchise chain since their catchy "I want my baby back baby back baby back..." jingle, immortalized as a part of pop culture by the likes of Austin Powers movies, etc. And yet, this Chili's sort of stood out to me. On our recent trip to northern Arizona, my young family and I were looking for a place that would be kid friendly, but not annoying like Chuck E. Cheese, or poisonous like McDonald's. Like Trusty's proverbial grandpappy, Old Reliable from Lady and the Tramp, Chili's glowed bright against the horizon, a beacon of hope on our journey for food before the roads froze. What made this particular location stand out was the service. It's not always easy to go into a restaurant with three children under six years old. My kids are pretty well behaved, but still, other guests sometimes rush to judgment at the mere seating of us within three tables of them. Likewise, I've seen servers arguing over who will get stuck at our table. The jokes on them, because I always tip big when we bring our kids out to dinner, and bigger when people go above and beyond. Our server gave us the little extras like refills on soup at no charge because the kids slurped ours down, extra napkins and kids drink refills without being asked, and "accidentally" making a small dessert, bringing it to the table... And then leaving it, "because they'll just throw it away in the back anyway... You might as well enjoy it with your kids." This is the kind of above and beyond service that, sadly, often leads to servers moving on from restaurants like this, and going to places where sides are ordered separately to the tune of $25 apiece. But sufficient for a day is its own evil, and we were very happy with our experience. read more

Very disappointed. Visiting from out of town. Spent the whole day at the grand canyon. Called in an order for nachos with beef and clearly ask if the meat was ground beef because i don't eat shredded beef. The order took nearly an hour, I picked it up and even tipped only to get to to my hotel to find shredded beef. I'd go back if I were not so exhausted. I will never order curbside again. All the staff in there gave me and my family dirty look as soon as we walked in. we were finally seated and they still didn't even come to take our drink orders. There was also a family outside with us and we were the ones to tell them to put there names on the list to get seated faster.THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY TENDED TO AND GOT THEIR ORDERS TAKIN. Over 30 minutes from being seated until the server got to the table. Not easy when you have three hungry children with you. Our waitress was phenomenal. I got the feeling we were seated outside of her section and nobody told her. She and the staff are the only reason the restaurant gets 4 stars. My wife loves Chilis but I believe their quality has went way down over the years so it's not a common stop for us. They are running some aggressive specials so we decided to go in and see if anything changed. We ordered chicken crispers for both of us and our oldest daughter. Wife loved it as always, but each piece of chicken in my meal had tendons and other rubbery stuff that should have been removed while cutting the breasts. Pretty easy to do, and absolutely necessary with chicken. If I rated the food here it would be a 2, but the extra 2 stars are for Kelsey and the staff. Worst service I have ever received. Considering I used to work at chili's (at a different location 3 years ago) and I currently manage a different restaurant. So I am usually very understanding. Saying that this is the worst service I have ever received Is saying a lot. My boyfriend and I where visiting from out of town and decided on chili's for dinner. Yesterday (9/18/21) our server Moriah & Jeremy? Not sure who was training who but both where terrible. We where seated and our drink order where taken quickly (seemed like we where off to a good start) drinks that where brought out needed a syrup change, and let the food runner know (we knew it wasn't her fault) new drinks where brought out by the food runner about five minutes later. Then we sat for thirty minutes. When both of our servers looked at us and walked by our tables multiple times. People sat after us had placed and received their food orders. Finally I see Jermey and call him over and asked if we could order our food. No apology was given he said "I guess" and then walked away. My boyfriend and I look at each other like what the heck! Finally another ten minutes later only Moriah returns and says "what do you want" we place our order finally and the food comes out about 15 minutes later, completely wrong. We also ordered the chips and guacamole that came out with the food. We send the food back and about ten minutes later finally with the correct food. Mind you we still haven't seen Moriah or Jermey since we placed our order. Our drinks need refills. We began eating our food (and the correct food was delicious) and I see Moriah standing and I ask for more refills, she didn't say a word and turned around and walked away and stood near the restrooms and pulled out her phone. So at this point and time I am not even sure if she heard me. I am annoyed at this point in time. Our drinks do come out luckily. This point we are done eating. Wanting our check since a Presto Machine was not on our table. I tried calling Moriah over again to ask for our check and she makes direct eye contact with me and pulls out her phone and is scrolling through Instagram. & yes it was her phone again, not the tablet that they take orders on. Then we sit for another 20 minutes. Our plates and cups stacked at the edge of the table, which if you work in the food industry, it's a dead giveaway that the customers are finished with their meal. Then I ask Moriah for the second time for our check, she turns around, grabs the Presto Machine off of a different table and set it down and walks away. Again, not another word was spoken to us. We cash out and leave almost three hours after arriving. Not once did either one of our servers come up to our booth with out having to be called over. Definitely the absolute worst experience I have ever had. On a good note. The two host up front where such sweet hearts and so friendly and welcoming!! I didn't catch their names, but they were absolutely fantastic! But if you are actually looking to get some service, I do not recommend this place. It was ridiculous. read more

A group of 5 of us came for Happy Hour Drinks. When we arrived we spoke with our server who knew we were there for Happy Hour specifically and she was very nice about it. Well we got our bill and we did not get the Happy Hour prices so I inquired our server about it in which she said "I'll grab my manager because they should be reflecting on the receipt". We spoke with the "Manager", Gracie, letting her know, no one including our server informed us that happy hour was only being served in the bar, not where we were seated. She replied verbatim "did you tell your hostess you're here for happy hour"? No we didn't. How were we supposed to know that we were required to do so? We came for Happy Hour last week and sat in the same section with no problem. She did not honor the Happy Hour prices and instead came to our table extremely dismissive and unprofessional when addressing the situation. read more

We got here, waited 15 minutes for 11 of us to be seated. Get to the table and it took 15 minutes for our drink order. Another 15 minutes to our food order. No one came back for 45 minutes. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Food comes out and it was cold!! We got up and left without paying. Manager stopped us to find our what they can do better. Uhhhh - of you have to ask then it's time to find a new career. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hadn't been to a chili's in a while, and after a long day of hiking the Grand Canyon with my dad, we were famished. We were sat quickly, the restaurant was clean and vibrant with properly socially distanced tables/barstools. Courtney the bartender was not only super sweet, but gave great suggestions and made a KILLER coconut marg (special request blended) for me. We got the choose 3 platters and all I can say is WOW! What is happening in Flagstaff??? Why is service so damn slow? We came in at 11am on a SUNDAY and ordered immediately and didn't get our food until 11:53!! We ordered 2 salads, a burger, Mac & Cheese and chicken crispers. Ridiculous. The Quesadilla Explosion salad came with rock hard, cold quesadillas on the side! It had obviously been sitting out quite awhile. It took a solid 20 min to even get drinks and when our food was delivered there were no napkins! The Buffalo chicken salad had WAY less chicken than it normally does too. read more
