Chili's is Chili's. No surprises. You know what you're getting when you go in. However, that said the oxford valley location really raised the bar. We opted for the 3 for me and our burgers were well made and crafted with care. Much better than we expected for a chain burger. Our salads were fresh and my "citrus vinaigrette" rivaled dressings from higher establishments. Our server Melissa was the star of the show here. Reminding me that some of the younger generations actually do enjoy working. She was friendly, attentive, and a joy to our table. We stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat on a Friday night. The most positive part of our visit was we only waited five minutes to be seated, but everything went downhill from there. Our server did take our drink order quickly, but then proceeded to complain to the table behind us for five minutes about every other employee and their lack of work ethic. After she was done complaining, she decided to finally put in our drink order which we eventually got. She went back to complaining, disappeared for a while, eventually came back and took our appetizer order, then proceeded to disappear for 15 minutes. We decided we had had enough when the table across from us started screaming at the weight staff, multiple orders were getting mixed up, and people who had been there for a half hour before us had still not received their meals. For some reason it was really busy on the Friday that we went. The wait was 25-30 min which is pretty ridiculous for Chili's. Especially when there were a lot of open tables...frustrating. Was told 45 mins wait. Sure why not, but ended up waited 1 hour and 5min. I was a party of 5 with two hangry kids already. They sat a table of 12 before us when their party was after me. How do I know ? I check on the list it shows what number you are and how many parties ahead and after us. The party of 12 was also all adults they could have waited. And that party of coulda of easier sat two party of 5/6 who were before them. Once we got seated we ordered our food right away and the food took another hour to come. We had to ask for water twice. Our group went there for lunch today. Melissa was our waitress. She was very attentive, precise and hospitable. She checked up on us about ten times. There were eight people in our group and she was asked for many extra things. We could not have asked for a better waitress. The food was delicious. Their mango ice tea is terrific. Their steaks are very tender and it was medium rare as I had requested. I had asparagus and every piece of it was very tender. This Chili's was much busier than the one in Bensalem. Yesterday my wife and I went for dinner, we walk into the restaurant and waited to be seated it took around 10 to 15 minutes! My wife wanted to go somewhere else. I should have taken her advice !! I am so pleasantly surprised about the restaurant. I was impressed from how fast I was seated and accommodated to the greeters & hosts and how much attention to detail they give. This location has great staff. My daughter loved the suggestions given to her. Her favorite drink on the kid's menus, the blue lagoon with the fish gummies in it. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Tonight I waited 25 minutes for a server while people seated after us got their drinks and appetizers before anyone approached my wife and I. Then waited another 20 minutes for our servers Alyssa who never came over. The bus person took our order. Our order was cold and inedible. We asked for a manager and were told one wasn't working. I asked for a corporate number and was told there isn't one. Worst service, food, and treatment ever. Don't waste your time. This location needs to be shut down. I will follow up with their corporate office. I will also make sure to follow up with LinkedIn, Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, and my company website to have everyone stay away. Chili's has refurbished many of its stores, but basically maintained the same approach to fast casual cuisine and comfort. Burgers, salads, ribs are the mainstays, with a reasonable bar. This one just off Oxford Valley Road across from the mall of the same name is no different. We stopped in for lunch last Saturday, and found the space full of HDTVs on mute, and enjoyable rock & roll soundtracks. Service was friendly and prompt. Our server was a bit of a character, and had a fun shtick with running repartee. We ordered the Baked Potato Soup and the 4 Sliders app to share. The Soup was fine, but we did not expect it to be more cheesy than creamy. It actually detracted from the anticipated potato flavor. The Sliders were the Medium finish requested, with long wooden spikes spearing them together. They had sautéed onion and ein bissel cheese melted over the top. They were pretty good, and exactly the right amount for light lunch and two stomachs to enjoy. The Sam Adams Rebel IPA draft was appropriately hoppy and cold. Not my fave, but okay. Overall, this Chili's was about average for the genre. No big complaints about the grub and drinks, but nothing to get wild about. PRO TIP - Be careful choosing your table, as they are not aligned with the low hanging light fixtures. So easy to stand up and klonk your head on the heavy glass. It's one thing to have tech issues, but its another to talk over a customer when they are trying to calmly explain to you what's going on. I ordered meals for my family with the chili's app and paid through the app. The app confirmed my order and gave me a pickup time. I drove the 15 minutes to the restaurant and parked in the curbside pickup spot. A server came out after a few minutes and asked my name. I gave it to her as my last name, followed by "William or maybe Lindsay.". After a few minutes she came out and said there was nothing under my last name, and "I must have ordered it from another chili's," No, sorry.. I didn't. I opened the app and showed her the confirmation screen with the pickup time and the address of their location. She disappeared again. She came back a few minutes later and said that my transaction must not have gone through with my card. So "could I log in to my bank account?" Sure. She walked away again. While she was gone I looked at the app again. When I clicked on "my order" a notification came up saying "no network connection: the internet connection appears to be offline." Seeing as all other apps and my browser on my phone were working and my phone showed connectivity, I put two and two together and realized they must be having a problem in the building with their server or with the overall app itself. Then the manager walked out (all the while I had my bank account screen open on my phone showing the "authorized transaction"). But before I could say a word she started with "we have nothing under your name. We have no orders. Maybe your card didn't work..." and continued to talk, not giving me a chance to say anything. When she stopped speaking I showed her the app screen, to which she replied again that maybe my payment didn't go through. So I showed her my bank account screen showing the authorized transaction and she said that just maybe meant it was pending. No, that's not what that means. So as I tried to explain what I thought was going on with their app or internet connection she began talking over me again, until she realized what I was saying was probably correct. Then she finally said "well I can write down your order and we can make it now. It should take about 15 minutes or so." No thanks. I just drove 15 minutes, got spoken to like I didn't have the money to pay, spoken over, not believed, and then offered a solution that just involved me waiting more. No thank you. My family and I go to Chili's pretty frequently. Not again. We're done. *** UPDATE *** When I arrived at the restaurant I tried to click on the "I'M HERE" button in their app and it did not work. I kept getting that same error. That probably would have alleviated all of this but the app is crap. So instead, when the girl came out and asked my name I said my last name, followed by "William, or it could be Lindsay." After all this crap almost 2 hours later I got a voicemail that my order has been sitting there for almost 2 hours. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Their explanation was that "you said William, not Bill." Really?!?!@? Does someone not know that Bill is short for William? Or hey, maybe if there's an issue with an order you may want to have the thought of "hey, let me see what you ordered... oh that's THIS order sitting right here." But no one did that. They just assumed something was wrong with what I did, not them. So I asked for a refund, and their response was "well since you said you didn't want to wait when your food was actually ready we can't give you a refund." WHAT!?#??? BUT YOU SAID MY FOOD WAS NOT THERE. They are mailing us a gift card in the amount of my order. It'll be the very last time I ever go to Chili's. read more

Hmm... so I've been holding off reviewing Chili's at this locations because IN GENERAL Chili's has always been my favorite restaurant, hands down, since my childhood. Not sure why exactly. It's not because Tex Mex is my favorite cuisine. Not because I love margarita's. And not because of the baby back ribs, I've never even ordered them before. I would say it's because Chili's has provided me some great memories from going there as a child with my parents, who never go out to eat, but when we did, we ventured to Chili's. It was always our go-to hang out spot when I was in high school. So perhaps that's why I love Chili's today. Now.... FOR THIS LOCATION specifically.... I have to admit it is absolutely not my favorite location. For starters, it's not the most clean and although the wait staff does have some 'lifers', there seems to be a lot of turn around. New staff all the time and someone always being trained. Another negative strike for this location is that it's located right near Sesame Place. My first piece of advice is that if you're going here for dinner on any day that Sesame Place is open during the season, make sure you arrive early!!! If possible get there before 7:00, because that's when the last parade goes through the park. We went there last night for dinner and arrived by 6:15, party of 3 and we got a table right away. 30-40 minutes later, the restaurant was packed. And yes they were all coming from Sesame Place. Nothing against Sesame at all! We frequented there when my kids were younger. The problem with the clientele is that they have a lot of young kids, who are always exhausted from a long day at the park, cranky kids equal cranky parents... it's no wonder they have so much turn around here!! Having said that, if you're coming here without kids, make sure you get seated in the bar area, you're guaranteed to have zero children seated there. They turn the tables over very quickly, in fact maybe too quickly, because the tables are usually a bit sticky and since they leave the menus at the tables, they are sticky too! They have throws electronic units at each table for games and paying the check. I do like the convenience of this feature and my kids enjoy playing the games, we also enjoy playing trivia games together. For $1.99 it's worth it. Also I would recommend signing up for Chili's rewards program even if you visit once or twice because they have great deals for frequent diners, such as free chips and salsa every time you visit! You can select from that or a free non alcoholic beverage. Chips is the better deal. Also make sure you get the skillet queso pictures here. It's so good with their chips and it's always served piping hot! Presidente margaritas are great! They give you the shaker too so you get extra pours. I also recommend the classic nachos, they are served differently than you'd think nachos are served. Each chip is covered with cheese and fixings, so you don't have to fight to get chips and toppings from a mountain of nachos like anywhere else. Boneless buffalo wings are my favorite too. The chicken crispers used to be my go-to but I think they changed the recipe because they're awful now! I can see how people still like them but not me... again I love Chili's but this location in particular leave something to be desired. read more

Ok I give 5 stars for LAST NIGHT 1/31/2020 we had Meghan as a server I will definitely go back on Friday since she only works Friday and ask for her. She was awsome personality wise and we never once had to flag her down. She was on point and always there to check on us and actually talk to us. Definitely ask for her on a Friday. Food was really good! The nachos are exactly how I like them. Everything else was good too. The fajitas were bigger. He was surprised at how much shrimp they put in there. But think they need to give you more tortilla. Even though he put alot in one theres was enough stuff left over for another one or two so he had to just eat the stuff without a tortilla. read more

Love their original chicken crispers! They are so juicy and flavorful along with their fries. I wish the portions were a little bit bigger but it's not that big a deal. The LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP is the best though, wish I had the recipe. The texas fries are equally as delicious but seemed a bit small even for a full? The watermelon margarita was exquisite. I read the negative reviews and it is absolutely correct. The worst establishment in langhorne, PA. The owner should dig his own grave for running a piece of shit like this. We waited and waited and finally had to ask another server for a box to go. Literally we waited 20 minutes after we ate hoping somebody would come to the table. He was busy taking care of the other table. And when we walked out he passed by us without saying a single word. This guy was a complete asshole. I have no idea how he's working at this restaurant. Who just forgets about a table. I don't even know why I give them a tip. Advice anybody who goes there. Tall white, guy with a beard, either walk out of the restaurant or demand another waiter because this guy is horrible. You might as well go back into the kitchen and get your own food it's your own refills and get your own dessert. This manager of this restaurant needs to be fired immediately. Came here last Friday with my boyfriend for a quick dinner before the movies. The fried pickles are so good! Pretty oily, but good. Not very many, for both of us it was a perfect size. I got the shrimp and steak fajitas and they were great! I got rice and beans on the side and it's so weird that there's like pico de gallo in the beans... not a fan of that. I've been to plenty of Chili's and have had great experiences; however, this particular Chili's WAS NOT one of those Chili's. I got to the bar and there were still dirty dishes from previous guests at 2 spots at the bar - a bar which has very few seats as it is. I understand that the bartender was busy, but the seats were right in front of the kitchen and right next to the service bar where the staff gathers. Not one of them could help the bartender out and take the dishes?! Come on! I then ordered chips and salsa - a simple request usually, but not for this particular Chili's. The chips weren't fully cooked, so they were shiny looking/soft. I then ordered my Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. They came out burnt - ugh - so disappointing. I then ordered extra salsa and that took 10 minutes. Again, I was right by the kitchen - which has no door - I could've walked in and gotten it myself. Needless to say, I ate the food fast and got out of there ASAP! Never had problems at other Chili's but this one needs MAJOR HELP!!
