Ordered takeout today and was pleasantly surprised with my tripple dipper. The big mouth bites were juicy, and I enjoyed the taste. The mozerella sticks were well cooked and very cheesy, and my all-time favorite the southwester eggrolls were a 10 out of 10. My food was packaged well and included all condiments. read more

6/8/25 was my 1st time at this location. As with all restaurants there's a wait because they're staffed. However, customer service , food and drinks are 10 out of 10. read more

The restaurant was clean and kinda empty for a Sunday afternoon. I got a cup of chicken anchalida soup,Luke warm but tasty, really small cup for 5 dollars. My meal consisted of a 6 Oz sirloin steak it was cooked just right, but I don't think it was 6 Oz 4 tops, maybe it was 6 before cooking, everything potatoes was Luke warm as well the cheese had stopped melting and the broccoli was cooked to death. Whatever my husband ordered, he sent back and canceled his order. I don't know what I expected from Chili's I have never liked the restaurant, just my opinion. read more

I called the Chili's on 2401 W 95th street to place an order for pick up. I held on for 15 mins before someone answered the phone. When the young lady answered the phone, she asked me to hold on. She never came back. I held on for 15 more mins before I hung up. I was having problems with my internet connection that's why I couldn't order online. read more

The hostess/greeter was very polite when we arrived. She continued to be polite as she rattled off everything that the restaurant was out of for that day...about a dozen items: mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, soup, certain drinks, pasta, and two types of burgers, etc. Though I am very grateful that she forewarned us before she seated us, I am appalled that a restaurant chain such as Chili's would even allow the restaurant to open (or stay open) when so many food items were not available. It was only 1:15 on a Monday afternoon! Needless to say, my guest and I chose not to stay. We will not be coming back. read more

Didn't take long to be seated with the wait (15-25 min) but the waitress took a while. There was a table that got sat 10 minutes after us and still got their drinks and food before us. I had ordered alcoholic drinks and watched as they sat for about 15 minutes before someone finally attempted to serve them, even after there was about 3-4 people that seen the drinks there including our waitress. Left before we got drinks or entrees. Got the trio appetizer but even that wasnt great :/ I like chilis but I probably wont be back to this specific one. (Evergreen Park) read more

Good food & service. Needs an upgrade the table bench was wobbly you can tell the cushion was disconnected from the bench

I would stick with the Chili's at Chicago Ridge. We ordered the texas cheese fries and they were nasty- dried out more cheese than anything else. It's been 25 minutes and we STILL haven't received our food. I had to ask twice to receive my salad before the meal. The margarita was watery and had no alcohol in it. I should've known to leave when a lady to the left of us was complaining about how she still didn't receive items she ordered. 2/10 would not recommend. My boyfriend ordered the cajun chicken pasta with no tomatoes as he is allergic and for the chicken to be crispy with buffalo sauce. It did not come out like that after already waiting 30 minutes. read more

My spouse and I are seniors, (83 and 90 Years old.) We went for dinner on Fathers Day. Bad time to go unless you are a young family. Long over hour wait for table. Music was extremely loud. We couldn't talk over it. Once we were seated, service was decent. We both had the baby back ribs which were tender and tasty, good sides. We took home doggy bags. It was not an enjoyable experience because it was so noisy. I developed a a headache and had to leave before we finished eating. The atmosphere seems to be more suitable for young people. read more

The wait was longer than I expected but I watched the hostess sit with their family and order food while we waited in line.

Today we came to eat after a graduation we got sat at 8:37pm its currently 10:25 pm we have not received our food. The table behind us came in and have eaten and left. Another table has come in and they are eating and they are eating. I have asked for the manager 3 times. Still no manager so I had to come to the bar and ask for a manager. Then I had to wait over 15 min for her to come out. I understand this is a busy day but the unprofessionalism and wait is beyond unreal. I'm very disappointed. If I could give it a zero I would read more

awful experience. I loveee chilies and work for food service as well but this location wasn't a great experience. it wasn't that busy, and when my party of 3 was seated, and it took 40 minutes to get a waiter. i had to ask a waitress by the doors and when finally taken care of by a skinny, short haired black woman; it was a bit awkward. she was nice, but could've been better. she didn't pass out any straws, napkins or utensils. not to mention that when our food was ready, our drinks were delivered late. she wasn't a huge problem, but again, service could've been better. my party left unsatisfied. read more

I went here with my crew. Got amazing service from D, our waiter. Great ambiance and food as well.

I ordered soup and salad. The soup was bland and the salad was lettuce, shredded cheese and I asked for no croutons but got them anyway. My daughter's cheese sticks were wet meaning partly done; they recooked them instead of making her fresh ones. She didn't eat them. For some reason they took Caesar salad off menu and my daughter and another person asked for that salad. Apparently it's a good item, why remove it? The drinks were the best thing. A green Halloween themed margarita. Very very good. My server the bartender female was very attentive as well as the young men who brought her food. The restaurant is clean and everyone from the greeter to the workers were nice and helpful. Wish I'd only ordered drinks wasted an additional $30. I'd stop going to Chili's only went because my daughter recommended it. Should have chosen a different restaurant for food. read more

Don't ask for a flavored tea or lemonade, they will purposely drop a teaspoon of flavoring in so it's not worth getting it in any type of way. The "waiter, bartender" was adamant that we give him our drink orders first only for them to be served after our appetizers came....make that make sense. There was no spoons in the silver baggie. We ordered soup and had to ask for a spoon. Overall I would rather drive 40 mins to a different location. read more

Good value for your money. The chips and salsa were good. You can still get decent meal and not break the bank.

I love their food, especially the chicken their drinks are very nice chips and salsa is good. I just love chili chilies.

Had a long wait but my grandkids enjoyed; spent enough tho.! Server were great and caring!!!

Opened late. Still waiting to be seated after the allotted wait time. Just overall bad. No wonder you're closing. Good riddance.

The service was bad and delayed. We got there at 3pm, placed our order for drinks and didn't get them until 3:40pm. The waiter also kept forgetting my drink! The food was alright but the tender weren't cooked well. read more

This location has horrible service. Waited for almost an hour just to get water and a menu at the bar . Never going back

Understaffed and incompetent is an understatement. A total disaster in every way imaginable, this would be better use of space if they just demolished it and planted some flower beds or trees in the middle of this parking lot. read more

After a long day of shopping, me and my girl decided to stop into Chili's for a meal. It had been quite awhile since I've eaten at Chili's and there are not many in the Chicago area, especially on the north side. We walked in and were greeted by the host who told us immediately that there would be 20 minute wait for a table. I didn't mind waiting, but me and my girl were both confused because we saw plenty of empty, clean tables around the restaurant. Time passed, and we were seated promptly at one of the tables that I saw was empty when were first entered the restaurant, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all so why the wait? We were waiting for a good 10 mins before someone came to take care of us. She was nice and took our orders promptly, but after that, she didn't really check on us that much. We got our appetizer, the trio platter which was pretty good. The sliders were pretty flavorful. We got our main dishes and I was pretty satisfied with my shrimp tacos, but my girl unfortunately discovered a hair in her food. The waitress finally showed back up to see the hair and replaced it with a burger instead. We paid and left with our portions. read more

The only thing I can say is that it was really clean. The wait time was kinda long for 9:30pm on a Saturday night for just 2 people, especially after dinner rush is over (the reason we waited until after 9 to go out). We looked over the menu while we waited so we'd know exactly what we wanted to make it easier for everybody... but once we were finally sat, no one came to greet us, so we sat at the table for 45 minutes without even water, much less a server. The hostess was friendly, but no one came to our table. A few serves walked by, took care of other tables literally right next to us, but didn't say hello or anything, and no one asked if we needed anything. We went out to have nice dinner but never had anyone to take our order. I understand people are understaffed, but at least communicate. No one said "Hey I'll be with you in just a moment" or anything. I just really didn't have a good time because I didn't get the opportunity. We walked out the door and the hostess said "have a good one," and I said "...we didn't even get waited on..." and she said "oh ok I'm sorry, have a good night." Normally I would have tried to grab someone's attention about this, but it's honestly not my job to coordinate the restaurant's distribution and delegation of duties. I'm just really disappointed. You can't expect a business to succeed without communication. I wouldn't recommend going here until they have it under control. read more

Food. They kept messing up because they were ready to go. Server's name was Jessy Berg. She was AMAZING !!! She was such a bright joy !!! Met all of our needs as a table of 11. Got to the restaurant at 8:15 told it was a 30 min wait which was no problem the problem came when we waited the 30mins an still wasn't seated once I seen the host seating other party's that didn't wait just walked right in I was told we would be seated in 5mins once we was seating we waited 20 mins before some one came an took our order in which I had to ask who would be serving us so one finally came over an took our order then we waited 30mins for the food to come out for everything to be cold burgers so was cold an hard you could bust a window with it whole experience was a 0/10 wouldn't bring my dog here for his birthday save your the visit don't waste your time read more

Had to wait quite a long time to be served. Then was not by our server but manager. Server rarely came to check in and was just wanting to tend to the table where it was more engaging for him to be to talk with people in his age range. read more

Very slow service. We ordered our babies food right when we sat down and it arrived only after we had to ask for it two more times, arriving last to our table. The restaurant was out of chips at 6pm on a Friday evening. They also charged us a 2.99 table entertainment fee. The server said they would remove the charge but it was still on our bill when we checked out. With how terrible the service was we definitely were not entertained. read more

I went here with my friends and the service was genuinely outrageous. They took an hour to bring us our food after we ordered, some people who came after we did got their food before us. Our server ignored our table for most of our time there besides us ordering our food and drinks. When we did get our food, two of my friends were not initially given silverware when they needed it to eat their food, so they ask the server who gave us our food to bring silverware. They did not give them silverware for another like, 20 minutes, so we had to flag down the server who was ignoring us to get the silverware. The machines we use to pay weren't working, so we couldn't split the bill of 91 dollars. Fortunately, one of my friends payed for it on his card and we paid him back. When we were tipping, one of us left a physical tip of ten dollars, so my friend paying for anything didn't circle any of the tip options on the receipt when he was paying. THEY CHARGED HIM ANYWAYS FOR A 20% TIP AND WE DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL AFTER WE LEFT. Will not be coming back, genuinely absurd. read more

The best food at Chili's are delicious and and not that expensive. What I recommend are the chicken tenders and fries with corn and ranch. Also mix the ketchup with the ranch and it is so delicious. The service is ok not bad but they are nice that they deserve a rip at least. They are just good employees who want to do a good job at their job. The inside is great to the little game systems are awesome but not free I like the TV's they have you to watch while you eat. When I was about 6-8 years old I only get the pizza fries and mandarin oranges. And that's it. So overall Chili's is one of if not the best restaurants in the city of Chicago. So that is my Yelp review and some recommendations for Chili's. read more
