    Unclean. They searched my bag 2xs to verify if they had given me my portion of steak. I wonder if people are stealing the meat for it to be so guarded over. If someone is telling you it's not there and a team member verifies it, please don't send another person to come and force you to open up your food again. So embarrassing. To top it off. After the 2nd person verifies it, they give me a side of steak that cost $5.75. (See picture for portion size)

    Quite literally the worst Chipotle I've been to in almost 20 years of frequenting. The staff is rude and unprofessional, yapping to each other about things totally inappropriate for a public work environment while blatantly ignoring paying guests. They will attempt to upcharge you for CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM, and upon being asked when that started they will tell you "always". Homegirl I've been eating at chipotle since before you were born; don't throw water on my face and tell me it's raining, don't BS a BSer. Their portions are tiny, exhibit A, my one handful bag of chips that definitely do not taste fresh or homemade. They'll throw a handful of Tostitos in a bag and sell it to ya. Their guacamole wouldn't sell at Walmart and has bits in it. And most importantly: the proteins are chewy & cold. What a terrible experience. Corporate needs to clean house and restart or just shut this place down in general. Management: do not ask me to email you for feedback, this is my feedback and I do not want to hear your excuses. Take care, see ya never.

    As I read the past reviews for this Chipotle, it seems I am not the only one who is dissatified with their visit. Yes, this is one of the absolute worst Chipotle's in the whole city of Chicago! As a paid food blogger, who has been to a variety of restaurants from the highest on the scale to the lowest, Chipotle needs to retrain all of its staff from managment on down. This past Saturday I inquired about some of the meats they had on the line because they looked old, as if they had been sitting there for some time. I asked the young lady if they were going to refresh the brisket and the Barbacoa, at which time, she told me they were still fresh and attempted to ignore my request and make my order. I then asked her if she was going to ask anyone regarding the "old looking" meat, she slightly turned and then turned to me and said fresh would be up in 15 minutes. I told her I would wait. She then disappeared. I waited and waited and waited. I then saw the manager and inquired the same of him, who got a bit flip when telling me he was going to find out. My dilimma here was as a manager, he should know what is on his line, right? He should know when fresh meats and other line items are going to be replenished, right? He then went to the line, began whispering to the line cook, and started to do something back there. After a few minutes, he yells out 15 minutes on brisket and barbacoa, to which I responded, " I was told that 30 minutes ago." I arrived at this Chipotle at 4:03 PM and I did not leave until after 5:00 PM. Some might say, I waited to long, but there is a method to the madness. I really wanted to see how I was going to be treated by a company who has a million commercials touting how "fresh" their product is while serving you dried out meat and providing shotty service when their customers inquire about the quality of what they are paying for. After all of this, the young lady that started the "dry meat" war came back to the line with lots of attitude. She made every attempt at not giving me any condiments on my food that I asked for and when called on it, she responded with a glaring look and a haughty "What". After this exchange and the longest wait ever, I paid for my food. There were no apologies for the poor communication, no apologies for the long wait, not apologies for the poor overall service, which made the atmosphere tense. I asked for both employees names as I left so that I could remember Julia and Manager Louis as I wrote this review. Please see pics of the dried meats I referenced.

    Crappy chicken

    The absolute worse Chipotle I have ever been to. Matter fact I will never go back to chipotle again after this. The chicken was cut so small, that you think you get a full serving but you are not. My rice was cold- and so was the queso. I will never go back. Trying to cut corners-even the chips was just a serving size- like 15 chips. Do not eat from this shitty place. And then this automated message is sent with no link to contact them. I am so disgusted - I see why I stopped eating here.

    Food all over the place in the front serving area AND also in the back prep area! I can just imagine what the back and the floor is like!

    I'd I could give this chipotle a zero I would. It sucks that the people of Beverly have to come to this location since it's closest to our neighborhood. I've been coming here to this location for the past three years and I don't come that often. The first time was okay, and after the first time, everything went downhill. If you order through the app or online, your order will 75% be incorrect, missing something, or given something else. Has happened to me three times already. It is difficult to be refunded because you have to go through the online chat robot and you must have your order number. As you can see in the photos, everything with the food is a mess. Even the way its cut its a mess! The guacamole always has whole pieces of avocado or big chunks of onion in it. The red sauce is never red as it should, it's orange! The proteins are never cut how they should and sometimes have pieces still STUCK together! My third visit here is why I am leaving this review. I gave this restaurant another chance and yet again was by far thee worse! My family and I ordered ahead through the app, we get home to (hope) to eat, and we are missing half the order and also got the wrong item for one of the meals. I call the restaurant back and the manager (Rachel) was pretty snappy. She offered for me to go back to get the whole order remade and refunded, which I did. I'm actually glad I did to witness more negative attitudes and customer service from the chipotle crew. There were two people in the back cussing the F and the B word and there was only one person on the line serving customers. I understand that one person on the line doing the serving alone can get stressful but that doesn't mean you still rush and demand your customers with a loud tone and misdemeanor. There were about 15 people in line behind me waiting to get served. I hope others review this location as it should and notice the sloppiness, dirtyness, and terribly trained employees that are here. PLEASE GO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND AVOID THIS MESS AND HEADACHE!!!

    This is a disgrace to the Chipotle organization someone needs to be disciplined for presenting this to the customer. Help me to understand how a Plant-Based Chorizo Bowl Plant-Based Chorizo, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, and Guacamole ($2.50) Steak Salad Steak, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Cheese, and Guacamole ($2.50) looks like the the picture I uploaded.

    This deserves ZERO STARS, as a matter of fact, -5 STARS... Yes that's how bad the service at this location is!!! Chipotle on 2302 W. 95th in Beverly WORST service ever. The employees on shift on Wednesday, 10.7.2020 are the most unprofessional I've ever seen. They lack customer service. FYO, I'm latina... there was a small latina employee that would slam the door on people, would not let people talk, would make orders wrong. Not even because the security guard took a picture of the email confirmation with my order on it to show her, she STILL made it wrong. She cut an attitude demanding to know what was wrong, I told her "I ordered BURRITOS NOT TACOS!" She took the bag and slammed the door. People were out there waiting for over 3 hours. Grub Hub, Uber Eats drivers were out there waiting for hours. People were coming back to return wrong orders. Total CHAOS and the employees took NO RESPONSIBILITY. Screaming at customers and giving us attitude. I forgot to take names, however it doesn't matter because I will NEVER order from this place again!!!!!!
