There were not that many people when we got there and the service was extremely slow. However our waitress was very attentive and she really made the long waits not feel like an eternity. I could tell they were understaffed but they never said that. The bar area was filthy and piled up with napkins and used dishes and the drink one of my party goers was clearly premade. The food was what you expect from chilis. Nothing amazing pretty standard. Worst experience ever we had to Wait over an hour with obvious empty tables and employees that seemed to be unoccupied taking several cigarettes breaks while we waited. I usually don't do reviews but this was the worst dining experience ever from start to finish. This was a small Birthday celebration for a 70+ year old person. The Hostess was rude from the door, she seamed like she had an issue with elderly people because she did not want to show them to our table , they had to find us. There were two different waitresses who clearly weren't communicating with each other because 5 of the 8 orders were wrong, some side orders never came with the meals. We had to keep going to the kitchen door because our waitress kept avoiding our table . At one point we saw 3 employees eating by the door and they were eating items we never received. When we finally got our drinks the rude Hostess who did not take the drink orders sat them at the end of the table and told us to figure out who had what because she did not know and walked off. We could not tell because some of the drinks did not look like the pictures so we could not tell either. The Hostess had a lot of hair out and two of us had long hair in our drinks. One of our Guest finally got his Macaroni and cheese right before we decided to leave and it looked like they put it in a condiment container , it was not full with a dirty spoon sticking out of it with dried hard cheese that looked like the spoon had been sitting dirty for days. This was disgusting! Some of the dishes would have been good if they had been complete upon serving. I received Chicken Quesadillas, they would have been good if I would have received lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or something. I asked for it and never received. At one point before leaving our guest who never got mashed potatoes went to the kitchen door to inquire about it and the girl that was cleaning tables and the Caucasian waitress with the tattoos on her face mocked her as she walked away. I don't know what the problem was I have been to this Chilis several months ago during the weekday and service was good. My homegirl & I came here earlier this yr for drinks after work. Service was slow & bht the bartender we had was so good. Its been on our list to come back. We finally got a chance to come back a few weeks ago. And our bud Josiah (not sure if i spelled it right) was working again. He was the only bartender that night & the bar was full. Nethertheless he managed & made sure everyone was tended to. *I ordered food & the runner dropped 1 of my 4 quesadillas & didnt say anything either. I had to let the bartender know & he got it squared away. Now when we walked in there was a manager standing at the host stand with another employee. We wanted bar seating however there were several seats at the bar that needed to be cleared & cleaned. We walked up & the manager walked over briefly but did not make a move to help buss the tables to clear them for guest. Instead she handed out crayons & fundraiser coloring sheets to the pair sitting next to us. After the seat finally got cleared we sat & surely enough she came over to us with the crayons & sheets also. I expected a MANAGER to do better. Your staff is swapped, the restaurant looks a mess & guests are waiting. You are not above basic work. The ONLY reason I even consider coming back to this location is b/c of the bartender. worst dining experience i ever had. when my sister and i walked in, we weren't greeted and the host was on their phone and it took them a minute to realize we were standing there. they ask us how many and they take us to our table without saying a word. it took about 20 minutes for the server to come and all they said was "hi", didn't even introduce themselves or even ask if we wanted to start with any drinks. we ordered and the person who brought our waters also didn't say a word to us when we said "thank you". it took about 35 minutes for the food to get here and my order was wrong so they had to take it back and i had to wait another like 20 minutes for my new meal and when they brought it out it was still missing one of the sides i ordered. on top of all this, our server was very inattentive and we had to wait long just to get their attention for them to correct the food. our food was also overcooked and my chicken sandwich was extremely hard and genuinely hurt the roof of my mouth. when we were done i asked our server for a to-go-box and the bill since our table didn't have a kiosk. of course took our server forever to get our box and never brought a kiosk so we had to wait another 15 minutes to get their attention to let them know we didn't have a kiosk. as we're leaving nothing is said to us and the host just looked right at us. like you really can't even said bye?? hands down worst restaurant experience ever would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Although the restaurant claims to close at 11:00 PM, the staff was clearly rushing to leave around 9:50-10:00 PM. We were not seated upon arrival and were told to wait while they "found someone" to seat us, so we went to the bar to order drinks. While doing so, the hostess appeared eager to cancel our seating altogether. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The hostess already had her coat on and was chatting with other employees, including the bartender who was serving us. The bartender displayed a clear attitude--huffing and puffing while taking our order and serving our drinks--which made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I have visited this location multiple times, often with large groups, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Can I just say that Chilis is always a hit! It's one of those places you can go to for years and the food is always good. This particular chilis is my favorite location. The ambience is always nice. It's always very clean. I am always greeted with a smile and service is always prompt. Every staff member I've ever come across were always sweet and down to earth! I don't know what it is about the chips and salsa but Chilis has the best chips hands down! They are always fresh and salted to perfection! The soup is always a hit!! And this time I tried the chicken crispers. I was happy I switched it up and tried them. That was a good meal! And did I mention it was a part of the 3 for $10. You can't beat that. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Zero stars!! We arrived around 9:30 PM on January 2nd, 2026, and from the moment we walked in, the establishment was extremely unwelcoming. The employees were in poor spirits and complained the entire time. Although the establishment was still open, they were reluctant to seat us simply because our party consisted of 11 people. The bartender added to the negative experience by constantly complaining about having to provide service, openly venting to other customers and staff. Employees were sighing, huffing, and making it very clear they did not want to take any additional orders. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. The short, thicker woman with blonde hair was especially unhelpful and already had her coat on, clearly ready to leave before we were even seated. It is Father's Day and it wasn't busy when we came in here. We waited half and hour just to be greeted after being seated. We got our drinks an hour after being sat. Once my drinks came mine wasn't right so the manager took it away and never came back to offer a replacement. My dad and I had to get up multiple times just to get service. The waitress never came back to the table after we talked with the manager. We got here at 1:20pm. It is now 3:16pm and no one has come and gave us our bill. My broccoli had a heap of salt on it. We got here at 1:20pm we did not get our food until 2:40pm it is now 3:16pm and I'm still waiting on our check this has been the worst dining experience ever. The manager never returned either upon talking to one of the employees she told me the manager got caught in the kitchen. It's not the staff. Let me start there. When we got helped by our server she was exceptional. But you can tell this location is severely understaffed. I don't know if it's because they can't find people to work or they haven't tried. But I feel bad for how hard the current staff has to work. The restaurant is loud and to many tables were messy. Usually when I come here, the service is just Ok. But today I have to acknowledge a young lady by the Eden/Edin (my apologies if i spelled it wrong) The young lady was respectful, polite, and attentive. On top of that, she brought us our food in a timely manner while attending to other tables and giving other guests the same energy. On a busy night where I came out to celebrate my daughter's birthday, she handled herself in a cool and calm manner, which isn't easy to do in the restaurant industry. We visited Chili's for the first time in a long time. The ambience was completely different from what I remembered from years ago. The staff all had on blue jeans and tee shirts. The vibe was modern and very airy. The food was very good, we had ribs and twice baked mashed potatoes. We also had the $6 Friday drinks which was also very tasty. Most chilis I have been to there have been long waits, the food/service is just okay and the establishment looks like it always need to be cleaned (a lot of traffic from customers) However, this one surprised me! The service was really good, there want a long wait and the food was delicious. The server answers all our questions about specials and certain dishes and kept us informed about the the wait for the food. The prices were very reasonable especially for the amount of food you get. She continued to be polite as she rattled off everything that the restaurant was out of for that day...about a dozen items: mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, soup, certain drinks, pasta, and two types of burgers, etc. Though I am very grateful that she forewarned us before she seated us, I am appalled that a restaurant chain such as Chili's would even allow the restaurant to open (or stay open) when so many food items were not available.
