Service was good, drinks kept coming. The 2 things that irked me was the chicken tenders(I forgot what they call them) look like the are designed for a toddler, they were so dinky. I walked past the kitchen to go to the bathroom (the kitchen door was wide open) , and you saw chips all over the floor. We came in with a group of 8 which then turned into a group of 12 as more people showed up than we thought were coming, and they handled it very well, making a space for us. The environment was conducive to having a big gathering since it wasn't too loud. Service was friendly and attentive enough through the meal, and considering the size of our party I thought the wait time was reasonable. I had the ancho salmon. It was okay. Presentation was kind of sloppy, but it tasted good. The rice was very oily. I also had a watermelon iced tea to drink which was nice, even if the tea was a little weak. Who the heck orders from chilies? I did, and was pleasantly surprised. I can't remember the last time I eaten at the popular chain, that is a favorite of Michael Scott (fictional boss of the TV show the office) I could hear him singing the "I love my baby back, baby back ribs". I used the Yelp app to order some grub. I could hear worried thoughts coming from my wife's mind, but I am glad to report that it was all good. The burgers were nice an juicy (imagine an actual nice and pink center) (had the double old timer with cheese) I had the elote (roasted street corn) side and it was surprisingly tasty. Chilis Philly! It was delicious, fresh and hot . Jalapeños had a nice kick, nice and cheesy . Would have given 5 stars but there wasn't as much meat as there should have been for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for me. Fries were fresh and hot. Crispy. Service was spot on as well. Waitress wanted it paid on table electronic machine which had dead battery, which was replaced and had to wait for re-boot. Then it wouldn;t work and waitress nowhere in sight. Not only was the food great but the workers were absolutely amazing. Our server Melissa treated us so well and truly made our visit great helping us out with talking to her manager about our birthdays. The food was great. I had the Triple Dipper which was very fresh and didn't disappoint. Southwest Egg-rolls were perfect probably of the best on the menu. The service was fast and highly efficient. Krystia was my server and checked multiple times to make sure everything is fine which is highly appreciated. The atmosphere was chill, nice music, and they had several games on. me and my wife went to Chili's today for lunch. We both had the sirloin steak we both ordered it medium well, we both ordered it with a side salad instead of broccoli and we both ordered it with everything mashed potatoes. They brought my salad out with my dressing as I ordered and our waitress disappears immediately 15 minutes later, they bring my wife salad out in one hand and her meal and the other hand got a salad and at the same time the steak was undercooked she couldn't even eat it and again the waitress disappeared. Been here thrise now, with different sizes parties, one of them for lunch. Service is very friendly, however that is to be expected at a newer resturaunt. Food comes out quickly, which is a plus if you are attending the theater near by or back to work We have ordered now burgers, salad the smokehouse combo, queso and fajitas. All the food came prepared as ordered, which is difficult for my wife who has to have her burger as if it has been through a piano factory fire, burnt beyond recognition or as some called "well done". Yuk! I do have two criticizims, neither of which affected our experience and one of which can not be changed. The first is we came during a 15 minute wait time. Only my wife and I we're seated at a table for 6 while a group right after of us 4 we're seated at a table for 4. The other, which now I think about it can be fixed, is.
