A good representation of the franchise. When I arrived on a Tuesday evening I was surprised to find the parking lot already packed and I could see the windows lined with patrons at tables. But there was no wait for seating and I was warmly greeted and promptly seated. The staff passed by several times during my meal to ensure that everything was satisfactory and service was extremely attentive and accommodating. There was no delay and the entree arrived in a timely manner, and I had ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta. Most of the ingredients were good, but I found the sauce very artificial in taste. We ordered a drink from the bar and an hour later it was delivered. The queso never was brought to us after inquiring three times. 3 of our 5 entrees came out wrong or missing items and the food was lukewarm warm. When no one acknowledged us after we were sat for 12 minutes and only then were we acknowledged because I stopped a waiter and said do you know who will be waiting on us we should have left. The food had been getting progressively worse every time we went. The last time, the server brought us barely-cooked chicken. We couldn't eat it. They also had a meal on the menu that showed chicken, beans and other veggies on a bed or rice; instead, we got a bowl of rice with some slivers of chicken in it and maybe 1/32 of an avocado. After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were scared but hungry and tired. We ordered pick up, which was ready in 30 min as promised. The fried mozzarella was hot, gooey and just what I wanted on a cold night. We both ordered the Salmon salad to balance things out. Stopped here last night for dinner on our way home from Florida. I did not see all the negative reviews until after I sat down. It was busy and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. My sister and I ordered the southwestern egg rolls which is a favorite for both of us. They came out pretty quickly and were pretty good. I ordered the brisket quesadilla and she ordered the chicken bacon ranch one. It took a little bit for the food to get out and both were pretty good. The service wasn't terrible and they were super busy. It wasn't super clean but it is also hard to keep up sometimes when it's so busy. They seemed adequately staffed as there were three young girls at the hostess station that were also helping bus tables when it was needed. I wasn't wowed by my food but again I wasn't disappointed either. For me it's a 4 because I was not disappointed with anything on a very busy Friday night with a hard working g staff. read more
