I waited between 10 and 15 minutes to be seated another 15 to be waited on , only to be interrupted for another 10 minutes while he explained to 1 couple how chili rewards works, came to my table only to be summoned back , he said , I'm sorry I was closing them out, he took my order brought by drunk and never checked back until I had been sitting with nothing to drink for 10 minutes I had already called another server who asked if every thing was ok I said no and she walked on until it struck her what I had said , she went to place my drink order only to rerun to tell me they were out of that beer which was on special , so no I would not recommend this location read more

A good representation of the franchise. When I arrived on a Tuesday evening I was surprised to find the parking lot already packed and I could see the windows lined with patrons at tables. But there was no wait for seating and I was warmly greeted and promptly seated. The staff passed by several times during my meal to ensure that everything was satisfactory and service was extremely attentive and accommodating. There was no delay and the entree arrived in a timely manner, and I had ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta. Most of the ingredients were good, but I found the sauce very artificial in taste. What is up with the new menu??? You got rid of the Mexican street corn, you can't choose the sauce to go on your ribs and you even took away the dry rub, you took away the 2 for 1 drinks ( no amaretto sours???) The staff were very rude. We waited over 45 minutes for a table when everyone else that walked in the door were seated immediately. The Food and service was great. It took over 30 minutes to get seated but that is normal for a Saturday evening. My parents and I each got the 3 me. We ordered a drink from the bar and an hour later it was delivered. The queso never was brought to us after inquiring three times. 3 of our 5 entrees came out wrong or missing items and the food was lukewarm warm. When no one acknowledged us after we were sat for 12 minutes and only then were we acknowledged because I stopped a waiter and said do you know who will be waiting on us we should have left. Was on a road trip with family and we were driving for over 12 hours and decided to stop and eat there because we were like, cant go wrong with chilis. Well... you can. Wait time was 30 minuteswith no customers in lobby, then once we got seated we had to wait over 90 minutes (hour and a half) for our food. Worst dining experience I've had in my 48 years of life. We got there at 6:00p. They told us it would be 35 mins. to seat our party of 8. An hour later they came back and said it'd take even longer or we could sit at booths back to back. If they would have told us that to start with we would have went somewhere else. I should have read these reviews before going - but we were headed out of town and looking for a quick bite. Well - it was anything but quick. It took over an hour for two of us to get lunch and it was AWFUL! Every single thing we ordered. We started with some battered onions that I'm sure had been sitting under a warming lamp. 40 minutes later we got our quesadillas and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. The food had been getting progressively worse every time we went. The last time, the server brought us barely-cooked chicken. We couldn't eat it. They also had a meal on the menu that showed chicken, beans and other veggies on a bed or rice; instead, we got a bowl of rice with some slivers of chicken in it and maybe 1/32 of an avocado. After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were scared but hungry and tired. We ordered pick up, which was ready in 30 min as promised. The fried mozzarella was hot, gooey and just what I wanted on a cold night. We both ordered the Salmon salad to balance things out. Maybe the Salmon was meant to be cold, we both warmed it up in hotel microwave, it was still tasty and salad was fresh. Overall satisfied for what we spent. read more

Stopped here last night for dinner on our way home from Florida. I did not see all the negative reviews until after I sat down. It was busy and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. My sister and I ordered the southwestern egg rolls which is a favorite for both of us. They came out pretty quickly and were pretty good. I ordered the brisket quesadilla and she ordered the chicken bacon ranch one. It took a little bit for the food to get out and both were pretty good. The service wasn't terrible and they were super busy. It wasn't super clean but it is also hard to keep up sometimes when it's so busy. They seemed adequately staffed as there were three young girls at the hostess station that were also helping bus tables when it was needed. I wasn't wowed by my food but again I wasn't disappointed either. For me it's a 4 because I was not disappointed with anything on a very busy Friday night with a hard working g staff. read more
