I took my daughter here on Friday February 13th for our annual Valentines dinner. I want to say that whatever changes have been made at this location are very noticeable in a good way. We had wonderful friendly & prompt service. The waiter was very patient with my daughter as she can be indecisive at times and he was very courteous in letting her decide and even making some recommendations. The food was wonderful. We had good portions, and we were well taken care of. The restaurant was clean, well kept and every worker from the seating stand to the servers was very good. Food is terrible, expensive, no flavor. This was a night out for a birthday and all of us were disappointed. The Endless Shrimp was ordered. It is not on the regular menu, but hidden at the bottom of the drink menu. The first plate out consisted of a small bowl of shrimp alfredo, 6 shrimp scampi, 5 fried shrimp. No tarter sauce, no lemon, just cocktail sauce. No garnish on the plate to make it look edible. The fried shrimp were over fried, the alfredo tasted like wallpaper paste, the scampi had no taste whatsoever. The other dish ordered was the Fish and Chips. The fish was worse than Gorton's from the grocery store, the fries were soggy and cold, the hushpuppies were cold and greasy. Coles slaw was ordered as a side and was almost rank. No one could eat it. We haven't been in 6 months and we will not be coming back. Don't waste your money. This chain has gone downhill. read more

I want to start by saying that the only part of our experience that was good was our waitress. The A/C unit wasn't working properly and making this loud banging noise the entire hour and fifteen minutes we were there. The biscuits weren't ready and we waited almost 20 minutes for them. In the meantime we ordered drinks and our cups were dirty. like, pea sized food particles in it. It was absolutely disgusting. The manager came around shortly after this was addressed to the waitress. She asked me how everything was and I said, "not off to a great start" she responded with, you yeah, the dirty cups... your waitress told me about that. and then she just walked away like, no big deal. We finally got our food and it was subpar at best. my food was lukewarm and they forgot my broccoli. Again, our waitress was amazing but the manager and cook staff were not ok. Sweet little date night for my husband (35 yrs!) and I. Red Lobster was my pick! The restaurant was clean, we were greeted and seated immediately by the nicest young man, Aaron W - who also ended up being our waiter. Aaron was so kind and personable, very accommodating. He had our beverages and hot mouth-watering garlic biscuits on our table in minutes. We both ordered Walt's Fried Shrimp. It was pretty good, but I kinda expected a little bit better. We've eaten at Red Lobsters many times and these shrimp were a bit small and wimpy, breading was so/so and not a lot of flavor. I realize we're not on a coast, but it's a seafood restaurant specializing in... seafood. Our side dishes, bacon Mac 'n cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts, loaded baked potato were delicious. I don't recall side items being extra at a Red Lobster, but they were. Maybe what we chose was from the upcharge category ‍. It was a nice meal overall, good food, nice atmosphere and super waiter. We have been to this Red Lobster several times. Our first experience was not that great the service was bad and the food did not have any flavor. Most of the servers avoided our family. We talked to the manager about it, and we got a better server. Even after the first experience, the servers would serve families that showed up after ours. The flatbread pizza was burnt and not cut. The restaurant gives off an air about them like they don't have to serve or care for the customer's well-being. They tend to pick and choose who gets good service and who doesn't. read more

Ordered the garlic butter snow crab legs and they were so over-cooked I could not get the meat out of the shell. The other 2 in my party had similar experiences. One ordered Walt's shrimp that was pre-battered and obviously frozen small shrimp that just was not what we remembered coming from Red lobster. The other one ordered endless shrimp with the 2 entrees with free additional plates. They brought out someone else's order so she didn't get her desired 2 shrimp dishes. When they brought the pasta dish out to replace the one they gave her in error -it was cold. This is not how we remember Red Lobster. It was very disappointing and we will not return. read more

I had a very pleasant lunch experience here today. I fortunately had no waiting upon entering the restaurant and was greeted with a smile. Seated immediately and brought my beverage. The waiter was extremely friendly, patient and forthcoming with answers and recommendations. He Brought out those cheddar biscuits while we waited a few minutes for our fried calamari and soup. We had a shrimp bowl dish and a juicy Wagyu beef burger with bacon and sharp white cheddar. All was delicious and right on time. Awesome lunch!!! read more

It is 5:06 in the evening. Thought we would stop for an early dinner. The restaurant is not busy at all. Did we come to early? Have been standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes. Waiting for someone to acknowledge that we are even here. My husband says to the bartender should we sit ourselves? He says no someone will be with us. Then 1 minute later he comes over to sit us to a table. Says the waiter Eric will be right with us. Which he showed up as I was writing this review. He seems very friendly. The menu has changed since we have been here last. The music is mix of modern not elevator music thank goodness. Food came out quickly. And tasted very good. All in all was a good restaurant. My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying a great meal served by the most pleasant, efficient, hardworking young man we've come in contact with in a while. The food we enjoyed was not near as enjoyable as having Dylan Johnson take care of us. The appetizer came quickly, salads were crispy, chilled with the perfect amount of dressing. A bit hard to find (at the top of a hill shrouded in trees), but worth the hunt, and they're open til 10pm on weeknights! Like all Red Lobsters, every time you go the menu seems to have changed, but it's big with lots of options. I thoroughly enjoyed my combo of shrimp scampi and wood grilled scallops, and you can't forget the Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Ordered takeout from here! Super easy process for ordering and pickup. I ordered shrimp Alfredo and it was freshly made and still hot by the time I brought I back to the hotel. Order was probably about 5 minutes late (which wasn't a big deal as it made me know my food was fresher). My husband and I were in town to see family and they wanted to take us out to dinner and recommended Red Lobster. We were seated right away by the friendly hostess and our waiter came right over to introduce himself and get us all set up with water. We ordered a few appetizers to start and all our dinners. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The General Manager, John Smith, came over to our table to see how everything was and stayed to chat with us for a few minutes. The whole staff was great and very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and bright and very comforting. Worst food I have eaten in a long time! Excellent waiter and manager was nice but the restaurant is FILTHY (windows are filthy and bugs we piled up in corners of windows). THE FOOD WAS REALLY BAD!!! We ordered two Ultimate feasts and EVERY item except the clams was cold. We also ordered a langostino and artichoke dip. The chips were stale and rubbery. We were from out of town and didn't have time to wait for a new meal so we told the manager of our dissatisfaction with meal and assured him we were not requesting a price adjustment but thought he would like to have the staff clean the restaurant. He took the cost of the dip off. This restaurant does not uphold the long and positive reputation of Red Lobster. read more

I was very impressed with the quality of the service and the food. My fiancé and I ordered the 2 lbs of crab legs which came with a salad and 2 sides. I chose the tomato caprese salad and the broccoli. The crab legs were surprisingly to me very fresh and sweet. I could have eaten another 2 lbs lol. The caprese salad came with grape tomatoes, diced onions and cubes of mozzarella. It was refreshing and the balsamic dressing was delicious. The broccoli was cooked al dente and wasn't my favorite but I was trying to be healthy :) For my fiancé he chose the 4 course meal which he started with the lobster bisque, a Caesar salad with no cheese, the coconut shrimp for an entree and we ended with the yummy and warm brownie and ice cream for dessert. His meal was huge and under $20 I believe. The brownie was my favorite. It melted in your mouth and the vanilla ice cream together was the perfect combo. Overall our server was fantastic and always kept our drinks refilled and always made sure we were okay. I was very impressed with this red lobster so I'm sure we will be back! 03/2018 i love lobster week! I think it may have become my new fave week :) So many delicious options to choose from. I honestly wanted them all. We opted for the deluxe, the lobster lovers dream which came with a roasted and steamed lobster, and also lobster and shrimp linguine. Garbage host service lied about the time we would have to wait, then made sure a party larger than ours (who arrived after us) got seated first. Then had the audacity to be rude to my guests when asking about it. Incredible. Our party of 10 was told it would take an hour at most to be seated. After an hour of waiting, we were told it would be another 30-40 minutes because a bigger party arrived and had to be taken care of first. And by the time we finally got seated, they couldn't even provide a table big enough for all of us. We had to sit in two separate booths, or wait another 40 minutes. Will never eat here again. Service was excellent, selection was surprisingly good for a red lobster and and the food was great. The lobster artichoke seafood dip was served hot w fresh chips and our dinners (ok,we are in the south- fried admiral platter) were served hot and delicious. I was tempted to get the lobster taco w jalapeño dressing, but fried everything won out. Anyway. It was good (way way way better than the red lobster in ChattanoogaTN) and a little surprising since ChattNooga's red lobster is so terrible. Anyway, if you want good seafood (inland at a chain). TERRIBLE!!! My husband and I went for "endless" shrimp. I took him for a date. The service was horrendous. The food was gross. And when we inquired about the slow service...the hostess yelled across the dining room to the bar to find out! The food I ordered was so greasy it was inedible. I ordered the Admiral's Feast. Everything tasted the same and was floating in grease. I ate 5 bites and pushed it away. His shrimp was nasty, slow, and inedible. We expressed this and not one word was uttered. I regret I went ahead and paid for the slop. I was ashamed I took my husband there. O the corporate office was going to handle it...haven't as of yet. Unless you are on a pure fat diet..avoid.
