Placed an online order and they COMPLETLY messed the order up. I paid $42 to have my order made wrong. I only asked for no bacon on my burgers and they took off the onions as well. For both of my triple dippers, I asked for 2 orders of big mouth bites and an order of mozzarella sticks. I ended up receiving one of them with mozzarella sticks and one with tenders which I did not ask for as well as all my burgers made wrong. About 40 minutes later when I got to the food and noticed it was made wrong, I called and a lady answered the phone and asked how she could assist me. I explained to her that I received the wrong thing for my order and she asked me to give her a second and the put me on hold for about 2 minutes then came back, picked up the phone, and hung up in my face when I said hello. I am going to go back up to the store tomorrow and see if they'll remake my order.

I was craving the Chili's that I remember being it's been several years since I have eaten here. The location in Covington was newer and clean upon entry. The staff was nice and we were seated promptly. It was just after lunch on Monday so the store was maybe 25% full. Our server was friendly and he was moving us through being it was lunch to help us get on our way. Like I said I was craving it and the ribs specifically. I ordered the half rack with fries and mac and cheese. The ribs were fairly large and came with sauce on the side, which was good because I love bbq sauce. I remembered the ribs just falling off the bone but not this time. They were a little tough and a struggle to get them off the bone. The fries were poorly seasoned which shocked me. The Mac and cheese seemed to be from the day before because it wasn't creamy and no seasoning on that either. It was very easy to check out with the table side check out. Overall it will probably be several years before coming back again.

Absolutely a go to place for us to have a quick lunch or dinner. The bar tender is amazing. She is about to go out for maternity leave. But will be back so y'all can get the experience. The food is great for last min decision. Chili's never fails. TV's on sports @ the bar. So all in all a great spot when you can't decide on dinner. They have a lil bit of everything.

I don't recommend this place to anybody, customer is the absolute worse. They sat us by the bathroom, feeling uncomfortable we changed table after sitting 15 with nobody coming , I went and spoke to the host who had a terrible fungus on her right forearm why 0isn't our waitress ( short blk female with glasses) helping us, the host then tells us that section is closed again nobody told us. We changed our seats again with no service then a gentleman comes out to help us and I ask him what happened to the black he said he didn't know. When she came out, I polity asked did we do anything to offend you mind you we are black also, her reply was no and she walked away. So we place the order and I had onion rings he bring me fries he repeated the order and then the mgr ross comes over and tell me he made a mistake. Salad has wilted lettuce toast is burnt on 1 side ( they turned it over, lol). Server dropped off the food and never came back until I asked for the check. This place is really bad. Don't say I didn't warn you.....

This is my first visit to this location. The service was good . The staff is friendly. There were a lot of regulars there. It had a neighborhood feel even though it's a chain restaurant. The loaded baked potato soup was very good for a cold day warm up. The salad was fresh and crisp. The just bacon burger was cooked perfectly. Juicy with pickles lettuce and tomato. The fries were delicious and hot. The presentation was nice . We never had to ask for a refill. The blackberry lemonade was very good. The flavor was smooth not too sweet. I enjoyed my lunch and the value was great for a sit down meal,

So let me start this off by saying chili's is an appetizer and drink spot. We had appetizers and drinks with no problem. The actual food is no bueno. My quesadilla was messed up n prepared twice. Then the fajita was burned so badly it was not edible. On the way out my quesadilla was fixed but after waiting two hours in wait time and then seated with food turning out poorly I was very disappointed. First time here server and manager were nice tho. Kitchen needs work. They also need a busser on floor.

I had heard whispers in the barnyard for weeks about this place. "Authentic." "Life-changing."…read more"Unlimited chips." Naturally, I assumed it was another one of those trendy farm-to-table establishments where everyone stares at you like you're both the customer *and* the menu. But after one visit to *Tellos*, I can confidently say this was the finest dining experience of my entire porcine existence. First impressions matter. The moment I trotted through the door, my snout was assaulted--in the best possible way--by the smell of roasted peppers, sizzling onions, cilantro, garlic, lime, and slow-cooked meat. For a brief moment, I forgot my own species. I forgot taxes. I forgot the electric fence incident of 2023. The aroma alone nearly made me levitate. The décor was immaculate. Colorful papel picado fluttered from the ceiling like festive little flags announcing, "Yes, pig, you are safe here." Hand-painted tiles lined the walls. There was a fountain in the corner that made me emotional for reasons I still don't understand. The music? Soft mariachi mixed with upbeat Latin jazz. Loud enough to feel alive, quiet enough to hear myself chewing. Now let's discuss the chips and salsa. The chips arrived warm. *Warm.* Do you understand what that means to a creature accustomed to eating room-temperature pellets from a dented metal trough? These weren't chips. These were crispy golden fragments of divine intervention. Perfect salt distribution. Structurally sound. Not one snapped under salsa pressure. And the salsa... sweet mother of mud puddles. It arrived in three forms: * Green salsa: tangy, bright, slightly smoky. Made me kick my back leg uncontrollably. * Red salsa: deep, roasted flavor with enough heat to make my ears flap like helicopter blades. * Habanero salsa: briefly allowed me to see through time. I consumed all three with reckless abandon. The waiter--whose mustache alone deserved five stars--recommended the carnitas tacos. I froze. As a pig, this was morally complicated territory. It felt like attending a family reunion and realizing everyone else was on the menu. But curiosity won. Reader, I have no words. The tortillas were soft and fresh with just enough char. The carnitas were crispy on the edges, tender in the middle, juicy enough to make me tear up. Topped with diced onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime so perfectly balanced it could've resolved international conflicts. Every bite was a spiritual crisis wrapped in corn. I spent several minutes staring into the middle distance afterward. The rice was fluffy instead of dry. The refried beans had actual flavor instead of tasting like edible wallpaper paste. The guacamole was prepared tableside with such ceremony and respect that I almost stood up and saluted. Then came the horchata. As a pig, I normally hydrate from puddles and occasionally garden hoses. This drink changed me fundamentally. Creamy cinnamon sweetness with ice so cold it made my tiny curly tail vibrate. I drank three glasses and briefly considered learning piano. Now we must address the service. Not once did the staff make me feel unwelcome despite the obvious tension surrounding my species. No strange looks. No whispered conversations. No "special pork menu." They treated me like royalty. At one point the waiter even said, "Take your time, amigo," and I nearly cried into my enchiladas. The only negative part of the evening occurred when I became overly enthusiastic near the salsa bar and accidentally knocked over a decorative cactus. Instead of anger, the staff simply nodded with the weary understanding of people who have seen true chaos before. Dessert was churros. I didn't know churros could exist in this dimension. Crunchy exterior. Soft center. Cinnamon sugar coating so perfect it should be studied by scientists. The chocolate dipping sauce was thick enough to qualify as emotional support. By the end of the meal, I could no longer physically stand. I had to be gently rolled toward the exit like a large satisfied beanbag chair. As I lay in the parking lot staring at the stars, belly round as destiny itself, I understood something profound: This restaurant didn't just feed me. It healed me. 5/5 snorts. Would risk existential discomfort again.

The dim lighting, smooth saxophone music, and laidback back atmosphere created the perfect date-night vibe--even though I was just there to enjoy myself. The service was exceptional. I barely had time to settle into my seat before my order was taken, my drink arrived in record time, and it was delivered by the cutest little robot! Such a fun and unexpected touch that made the experience even more memorable. I wish I could remember the name of my cocktail because it was flirty, refreshing, smooth, and dangerously delicious. One sip, and I was sold! I ordered the beef enchiladas. They leaned a little salty for my taste, but they were still flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and unique experience made this a place I'd happily visit again. If I'm ever back in the area, Hacienda Bar & Grill will definitely be on my list!

We appreciated the Reddit recommendation to try this spot in the food desert of Cumming!…read more An early Saturday dinner time allowed us to stop by their place which is located next to a local small grocery store. We were quickly seated and overall service was very friendly and accommodating. My margarita was very fresh tasting and the spicy salt rim was delicious. Next time, I will opt for the 16oz compared to the 12 Oz. Tne fresh juices were tasty as well as the flavor option such as tamarind. Chips were crisp and flaky. So much better than other similar places where the chips were inedible and so hard. We requested red salsa that was more like hot sauce. The salsa that accommodated the chips turned put to be salsa Verde and mayo, not our favorite. So when we were asked, we requested a salsa verde option which was the best choice overall. The $2+ cost for endless chips was worth it for me. Hubby requested the shrimp fajitas and I ordered the shrimp Mexicana platter. Good portion sizes even if flavors were not that complex. Homemade corn tortillas were very good. Overall, an enjoyable meal. Looking forward to our next visit!
