The outside is very nice. The inside is a little odd because everything is one level, it's one big open room. The service was really good from the host to the server! The restaurant floors were so dirty even under clean tables, and the chairs. The drinks were not very good, we didn't end up finishing them and we got regular margaritas. We got the Triple dipper and the chicken tender meal with fries and Mac and cheese. The highlight was the mozzarella sticks. I have been craving a Triple Dipper for MONTHS after watching several TikTok videos. I tried my first one ever! My friends and I visited on a Monday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we were seated right away. The restaurant has several TVs playing sports games. Very casual environment. Service was great! Our waitress was very kind and helpful. My friend ordered Chips and Salsa for the table. She is a rewards member and can get them free! Took my daughter and great granddaughter here for dinner Sunday afternoon 4/12/26. They weren't slammed but it was a normal busy for a Sunday. Seated immediately and given menus. Within 1 min a server wants to know what we wanted and we hadn't even gotten jackets off or looked at the menu. Ordered coffee but not given cream or sugar or even asked if we wanted any not given but two sets of silverware even though there were 3 of us. She then brought chips and salsa out to the table. I personally have never been to Chili's so I thought it was something that many other restaurants do and bring chips and salsa out to the table so we proceeded to start eating, said chips and salsa. About 15 minutes later she came back and took them away and said she gave them to us by mistake but she went ahead and put it on the bill if we didn't wanna pay for it, she would have to take them away, so I told her to take them at this point. I'm seething not only for this or not acknowledging that there were three of us, but because our coffee got cold before we could ever add cream and sugar by the time we did get to ask for it. The coffee was cold never offered a refill, never checked on us. The runner that brought our food was probably the best part of our experience. I asked for a container to take what I could not finish eating, Home with me. I was barely out the door turned around because I had left it sitting on the table. They had already cleared the table and took the food away, I definitely won't be going back to this location. It's Applebees with a Tex-Mex flair, but this Chili's satisfies without blowing anyone away. I started with some chips and salsa and the Texas cheese fries. The were both unremarkably fine. The Texas fries were topped with cheese, canned jalapeños and a hint of bacon. A-okay. The chips were pretty fresh, but the salsa was surprisingly bland. Pretty sure it was just crushed tomatoes without anything else. I had the steak fajitas for my main and it was also alright! It came with a respectable portion and decent flavor. The last place i ate on my recent trip to Columbus, OH was Chili's. I had it delivered from Doordash as my family was quite tired from all the shopping. We just wanted to have a good meal together. It's a Chili's so you should know what to expect. Because of the current understaffing issues we waited 25 minutes even though I counted 19 open tables. I ordered the sirloin steak with fries and steamed broccoli and have to say that it was cooked to my preference, medium rare and the broccoli was as well. We decided on Chili's for dinner since it was so late and not many other places was open. Not many inside but it was late. The staff was nice, polite, and quick. They have the inside decorated nicely for Christmas. They have a nice selection of items on the menu. The potato soup was orange which was very weird. It didn't really taste like potato soup, more like cheese soup. The fries were good, a bit greasy but good. And I did decide on the pick 2 for the fajitas. I chose the steak and shrimp. It came with 4 soft fajita wraps. There wasn't an abundance of meat but a good amount . When you mix meats ,they taste good and fill up the shells nicely. Just wish it came with some kind sauce. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the restaurant was the cleanliness. Fairly it opened just six months ago, however you could see staff throughout cleaning heavily. We went at 4o'clock in the afternoon/evening, so it was relatively slow - which was one of the deciding factors for us as we hadn't been to an indoor restaurant since the pandemic began. FYI, there is no outdoor seating. The decor and design was modern and sleek, the interior was bright and a very open concept. There was lots of variation in seating options, we sat at a half booth-half chair table. The chairs were fine, the booth was extremely comfortable. There was a laminated specials menu that could be easily cleaned and it featured a QR code that I scanned with my phone camera, which took me to their full virtual menu. The server was brand new very sweet and eager to serve. She told us about the drink specials being the margaritas, so I ordered the blackberry margarita and my husband ordered the El Niño margarita. I normally don't care for margaritas, but the blackberry margarita had a very craft cocktail vibe to it. It was much more berry and less citrus. Where as my husbands, was very traditional and he said very delicious. Oh, and his El Niño came in quite a large glass, and both had very generous and balanced portions of patron. The server also told us that if we signed up for the rewards program we would get a free chips and salsa. We took advantage and signed up right there on the table kiosk. We added a side of guacamole. Both the salsa and guacamole were yummy. For entrées, my husband had the honey chipotle chicken crispers, and for a dollar more, upgraded his side to street corn. Chicken crispers with the ranch was amazing. My husband enjoyed the street corn, however added that it wasn't the best as it was a little mushy. I honestly think it just needed to be flame broiled a bit longer. I had the chicken and steak fajitas, which I normally would get all the time when we would go to Chili's prior to the pandemic. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or where all locations are headed, but we definitely got the sense of an elevated, craft, re-brand. Which honestly we loved. With the rebrand, came lots of changes with the fajitas. Well at first it appears portion size on meat and veggies have been cut back to make room on the skillet for the beans and rice, however I was quite full and didn't even eat either of the beans nor the rice. There was also a new yummy sauce that was drizzled over the top of the chicken and the steak. The chicken was what you would expect, but the steak was definitely an upgrade; much more tender and juicy, less fatty and chewy. It's a tough time for restaurants finding help. We had an hour wait and the place was busy but not full. Even though our food was very mediocre- and that's being generous, the manager came and offered no solutions. Let me explain. We went on a much needed family dinner. Every restaurant was an hour to 2 hour wait. When we finally opted to go here it was seriously only because the wait was less then the other restaurants. One steak that was ordered was pale, like it was freezer burnt and tasted like rubber. Even with a steak knife it could barely be cut. The loaded potatoes were dry, looking as if they sat under a heat lamp for hours. Corn on the cob looked like reheated day old corn. Even after the manager saw this, he offered no solutions. The person who ordered the original steak asked for a hamburger in place of and it came only after everyone at the table finished the meal. The bill was not adjusted and no apology for the initial disaster meal that was presented. It's very apparent that staffing is poor, people are not interested in doing a good job any longer and it's a shame because these businesses are never going to make it. read more

Ample amount of shrimp and toppings (pineapple, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions and cilantro) over a base of mixed greens. Topped with a honey lime dressing. So we tried this place out for the first time, having doubts since lots of locations had closed, I ordered their rib eyes but they got mixed up with a 6oz, sirloin but they fixed and gave me a new order and sides which they also gave me the order they mixed up with which I didn't touch. Both sides plates given, are cold, one came with loaded mashed potatoes, that I know and tasted like instant potatoes, which I'm not a fan bcus there's a bitter taste to it.., sirloin I end up trying was too chewy even though it looked medium rare, rib eyes has a smell to it with tastes. Our waitress Cathy was seated with a mother and her three teenagers right before us. After my mom and i were seated she greeted the family with a smile and kindly let them know that there was no carbonated drinks available because their machine was not working. The family (the mother mainly) then continued to complain as if it was our waitresses fault. After receiving their food the family was quiet (for once). When the waitress came to ask if they were ready to pay the mother rudely stated that she had paid online, in which the mother then went to the manager and GM to complain that they did not like Cathy as their waitress. The GM gave them gift cards to "apologize" however, Cathy was an AMAZING waitress and the mother only wanted to find something of nothing to complain about and to get reimbursement for it. I myself am a teenager girl who went out to eat with her mom and i would NEVER treat ANYONE the way that this family treated a person. So, to whoever this mom and her teenage daughters were, I hope you learn to be kind, patient, and respectful to someone who is doing their job and has been NOTHING but nice despite your rudeness.
