Had the lunch crispy chicken sandwich with fries, side salad, lemon-aid, and delish salsa and chips. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, moist, and crispy. The side salad was a bit heavy on cheese but otherwise good. The server forgot to ask which salad dressing I preferred. It was served with ranch dressing. I wish they offered more dressings, such as Italian or poppyseed. Overall, a darn good lunch although it seems prices are getting a bit unaffordable. Server offered to send chips and beverages home with us. read more

Ordered chocolate lava cake to go for dessert. Had to wait thirty minutes only for it to come out on a plate instead of in a to go package. Sent it back and ten minutes later the manager comes out to apologize for the wait. We ask for the lava cake to go. She goes back in the kitchen only to come back out and inform us that there are no more lava cakes available and the kitchen already threw out the one that came out on a plate. She did refund the charge but what a waste of time. Dee Dee Dee!!! read more

Stopped in for lunch and tried their special pesto pasta. The flavor was bold and nutty, super fresh and vibrant. The noodles were homemade and you could really taste the difference. They sprinkled a good amount of cheese on top which I loved. The vibe was relaxed and not too loud. Great spot if you're craving something satisfying and simple. read more

Chili's - Bars Near Me - Claremore, Oklahoma

Enjoyed a good dinner at Chilis tonight, our server was attentive and food service was fast and friendly. Although as I finished my second Dr. Pepper I realized there was a receipt in my drink. There was ice below and on top of the receipt as if this had been a used cup that had been refilled to use again from another table. We did not finish our meals, staff was very friendly and apologized for the incident, they did offer a free dessert and discounted a portion of our check. We will probably drive farther to another location if we try Chilis again. read more

Chili's - Reciept paper in my drink - Bars Near Me - Claremore, Oklahoma

Food was cold where it had to be remade for all of my family and the "discount" that they gave us as a sorry was about $7.

Food was way too expensive! They missed up my order. The service was left to be desired. I haven't been there for 5 years and just this once it wasn't great at all!! read more

The service was fast and correct. We were seated fairly quickly. The food wasn't too appetizing but the service mad up for it. read more

This is my preferred Chili's location. The service is good and food is consistent. Overall, the franchise has inflated the menu prices, but I'm figuring this location isn't the only one inflated. read more

Not the biggest fan of chilis in general but the kids love it. Our wait staff was GREAT (Taylor). Drinks never went empty and order was correct. Service gets a 10. She can't control what comes out of the kitchen. Some of the chicken wasn't cooked to my expectation. Edible, just not great. Great service made up for the lackluster food. read more

The waitress seemed like we were an inconvenience rather than wanting to wait on us. The food was horrible, no one finished the chips. They weren't even cooked all the way we should have sent them back but he didn't read more

Always good. Clean restaurant and great service. We dine in there or get food to go at least once a week.

The staff at this Chili's has always been top notch, but the review is about a menu item I had not tried before - Cajun Chicken Pasta. I admit to being in a bit of a rut at Chili's, always ordering either fajitas or a steak combo. Earlier in the day a couple ladies in the office told me the Cajun Chicken Pasta was delicious, so I stepped out of the rut into the unknown. But at the end of the day, I'm going back to the rut... The Cajun Chicken Pasta is described on the menu as penne pasta "in Alfredo sauce". Alfredo sauce's main ingredients are butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. I didn't taste any of that, nothing to see here folks, move on. This cheese didn't taste like Parmesan and had the cheddar-like taste and thick creamy consistency of one of those liquid processed cheese packets you squeeze from a boxed Mac & Cheese. It's very close to the Cracker Barrel Mac & Cheese boxed version. Point is - this isn't Alfredo sauce in the classic sense. But if you like a basic Macaroni & Cheese made of penne pasta topped with cajun seasoned strips of chicken, you might think this is delicious. For me, it was just a dressed up Macaroni & Cheese with some diced tomato and green onions thrown in, topped with cajun seasoned chicken of little texture. If you want true Chicken Alfredo, go to a good Italian restaurant. read more

Absolutely the worst service. everyone who works there spends more time in the back talking no one comes out to check on customers.

Waited over 25 after checking in while watched majority of the staff play on there phones. Don't worry about using the checking in option when picking up they don't check it read more

Awful customer service. The host looked inconvenienced when we walked in with a party of five. (Must have upset we were taking away from his phone)Then we asked him if they were playing Monday night football (NFL) he then said "I can aaaask the bartendeeeeer, "and he stood and waited till we asked could you please ask. Walked away came back and said I don't think we're gonna play it....? In the form of a question. DUDE it's a yes or no question. I can't believe how uninterested in our business or serving/seating us he was. read more

The wait time given is NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE!! When we joined the wait list we were told 20-25 minutes... however it has been almost an hour and half and we're still not seated. You also have to wait outside in your car. Meanwhile... the parking lot looks pretty empty. By the time we get seated... they will be closing and we'll receive crappy service and cold/old food since they'll be focused on cleaning and going home. read more

We just ate here two times in a row (dinner one night and lunch the next day) and had a great experience both times. We had the same server (I think his name is David) and he was excellent. We were seated right away, last night it was extremely crowded and we were still seated right when we walked in and the service was still fast and accurate. We just moved to the area and chilis was one of our favorite places from back home. This location reminded us why we enjoy it. The one we used to frequent just hasn't been the same after having to shut down for a while. We will definitely be back at this one! read more

Female bartender (Maddie) very rude and unprofessional. I will never be talked to like that by any service worker.

The food here was very delicious, but the service was slow. It took them a short amount of time to bring out our salads and chips, but then as we waited for our entrees it was taking quite a while. They had a good selection on the kids menu, but not very many options for their main meats. We ordered the chips and salsa with some chili queso. Their salsa was very good and so was their chili queso. However after eating the top layer of chips their was a significant amount of crumbles and not many substantial chips. We ordered the cookie a la mode for dessert and it was delicious it came out warm/hot and the waitress warned us that the skillet was hot. Overall everything was fine, but got down graded because of such slow service. read more

More often than not I order online and go pick up my food. My experience with Chili's take-out has never been great. This last time, I ordered chicken fried steak with extra gravy, loaded mashed potatoes, and coleslaw because they had no corn on the cob. The loaded mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak were excellent, but I did not receive extra gravy, which was fortunate, because the gravy was so salty I could not eat it. I had to scrape it off my meat throw it in the trash. The coleslaw was practically dry. Eating dry coleslaw is not good. It is a waste of time and my money. I am not at all impressed, but quite the opposite. I am tired of being disappointed with their inattention to detail, so next time my wife wants to order from Chili's, I will vote NO. read more

It's Friday and I started working today at 7am. Because my schedule is so loaded up I worked without a break until 7pm. No lunch. Nothing. So I'm hungry. We've been sitting here for almost an hour and no food yet. So I thought I would write my review now even though we have no food to judge because I might not live until it comes. So if you find a body under a table it's just me waiting for my stinking food! Update: food came before I died. The manager was very apologetic and did what he could to make it right. And the food was good. Adding a star. read more

After years of enjoying salsa from my local Chili's, I was disappointed because they changed the Recipe. It is sweet, bland and gross. This stuff is nasty. My family and I stopped eating the food due to lack of taste, high prices and poor service, now I can't even get some salsa. Bummer. Wont be back ever again. Save your money and go to another restaurant. read more

It's a hit or miss every time I go sometimes it's so good and sometimes it's not at all but the times they are good I would highly recommend the prices are a bit high and the chips are almost always drenched in grease but I would 6/10 recommend read more

There is a wonderful server who goes by bugg and he is funny and a really good waiter.

Honestly, I'd give it zero stars if I could. I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but it's pretty awful now. The Chili Queso isn't very good anymore. The lettuce for their side salads was so cold it had ice on it, which just makes it taste horrible. The chicken sandwich was black. So much so that the waitress had it taken off because she couldn't believe how burnt it was. They brought out a completely wrong kids meal (chicken instead of burgers) then when they did bring the cheese burgers out they didn't have cheese on them. The steak was cold and the avocados on top of the steak were ice cold too. Both bathrooms had one stall out of order and the other stall was disgusting in both restrooms. The waitress was great, but the rest of the establishment was terrible. read more

Thank you for the poor food. The waitress did a out standing job to go out of her way to please me. The cook was either stoned out of his gourd, or just needs to find a new job. One that does not involve cooking. 80.00 dollars dowm the drain, 20.00 dollars for a tip for good service. read more

Chilis in Claremore is bad. Don't bother. The curbside ordering is a complete joke. Ordered my food and text the number it said to text when we arrived, nothing. Went in after getting tired of waiting and there were a bunch of employees hanging out and laughing. Made me furious. read more

My family has always been big fans of Chili's. We all have our "go-to" favorites, plus enjoy many other options on the menu. But this Chili's has left a lot to be desired, every time. Our order this evening looked like it was made by a 5 year old. It's clear they do not care about presentation here. I ordered a quesadilla and received it falling apart, barely any cheese, no bacon, and the chicken was very dry. It was literally THROWN in the container - I thought it was nachos at first, that's what a mess it was. The pico, sour cream, and sauce containers were just thrown on top of it - some of them upside down. I ate part of it, only because I was hungry. But I threw most of it away. My husband's meal was messily presented too, and the chicken was rubbery and undercooked. The food was not hot as it should have been. Seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. Really, if you don't want to work there, go find a new job. If you do want to work there, put some effort into doing a good job. read more

It's a chilli's it's consistent with every other one. Customer service is great. And it was recently remodeled. Would rather eat bologna. Highly undertrained and unmotivated staff trained by an even higher grade of underachieving "managers". Complained about my meal and the rudeness of staff and the manager refused to waddle her way to the FOH. Waste of time and money. read more

Not that busy so the service should've been better. Not bad service just a little slow for no busier than they were.

Waited for over 5 mins to just get waited on an then Waitress had an attitude when we mentioned how long we waited as she walked by several times an never even acknowledged us. Mentioned to the Manager an she was going to give us a free appetizer or something but that's not what we wanted. Just good old customer service is what we want? She never checked on us again other than to give us our check. This was at noon an they weren't even busy. read more

Went to Chili's tonight in Claremore. There was not a hostess on duty, which was fine. We Stood there quite awhile before anyone even acknowledged us. The restaurant wasn't even busy because there were a lot of empty tables. During the time we waited to be acknowledged and seated the woman that was working behind the bar had time to look at us five separate times as she wiped down the counters and stood there trying to look busy, the manager came out of the kitchen looked at at standing there, then walked over to the bar to talk to the woman working behind it, then turned around and looked at us standing there yet again as he turned around and walked off the other direction! There were also 4 separate servers that walked past us and never said anything. Now if these servers would have been carrying out food or drinks that would be one thing, but they had nothing in their hands, and still couldn't even ask if we had been helped. At this point I was ready to either walk out or grab some menus and seat us myself. Finally a girl walked up to the host stand and seated us. We ordered fairly quickly and we had our food pretty quick. The food itself was great and so was our server. The manager walker around the restaurant a couple of times asking tables if their food was ok. Each time he walked past our table and never said a word to us. I have worked in food service, and I know this is not how a restaurant should be ran. Poor excuse of a manager in my opinion. We will not be back to that location. read more

Best food around, has everything even for all you picky people! Service is also amazing A+ Rating!

They always seem to be busy, but the wait staff has never failed to be willing to accommodate requests for vegetarian meals.

My wife, daughter and myself make well used to now. But we used to come to this restaurant at least 3 times a month. But the past 3 times have been very bad. All 3 times we have had different servers as well. Anyways we usually order the same thing when we go unless there is something new we want to try. But everytime we go we order our food. We have to remind them and ask everytime to bring out my wifes soup. When they do its always 2-4 mins before the main course is brought out. She always asks for extra Alfredo sauce at the time of order and when the meal comes out they "Forgot it" so they went to get it and she literally waits 10-15 mins for it to come out. When we ask our waiter about it he/she says that its "Beeing warmed up" 80% of the time we have to get there attention to refill our drinks. Like I said the past 3 times have been bot good at all. Each time ended with a table visit from a manager. Now we are not the type of people to complain to get free food or anything. But if the service isnt what it is supposed to be then I will complain. But I will say what food they do bring out on time is cooked correctly (Steak) and is hot and fresh which is awesome!! I just think that either a little bit more training is needed or have a couple more servers working so they can concentrate more on the customer thats they have. Over all the food is great when you get what you ordered. But the service is not on par. More like if Mcdonalds had servers is how I would compare them. read more
