Went on Mother's Day with my sisters and had a great experience! Our waiter was very nice and personable. All the food was amazing! Only thing I'd consider a down side is the same for most chain restaurants; cleanliness could always be better. But all together, I'll be back! read more

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this with an establishment before. I just recently attempted to order one of my longtime favorite meal from Chili's. I was met with staff that im now deeming incapable. Granted this meal was removed from the menu about a year and a half- 2 years ago, so every-time I order it I have to give instructions as to how I want it made (only 4 ingredients). Now I could completely understand if you just simply didn't have the food, but to tell me it's not possible because "its a friday night" & "we have new kitchen staff" and then blaming it on a language barrier??? Correct me if I'm wrong, but are they not hired to oversee/run the kitchen? Not to mention, it's just a different variation of what already on the nachos on the menu... they're literally just substitutions with LESS ingredients. Highly disappointed, he didn't even ask what I'd like on there to see if it was possible! On top of that, the first employee said they don't even do that anymore & when I said I'd just ordered it recently she completely switched it & transferred me to someone else. I don't speculate but it just felt like they didn't care to make the order which is very disheartening considering I've ordered this same meal in 6 different states & multiple cities... James, this left a really bad impression & im extremely dissatisfied with the To-go service at this location. read more

When dining in I am normally very satisfied with the quality of Chili's food. Unfortunately the experience using DoorDash wasn't the same. The restaurant was less than a mile from our hotel and delivery was estimated to be an half hour so that seemed better than fighting the Sat night crowd. Soup was cold required heating thankfully our hotel had a microwave. The tortilla strips added to soup were a soggy mess (why would they not be in separate packaging) . The burger was good but not hot and a mess because it wasn't packaged to travel. The fries were cold and limp as if they had been under a food lamp before packaging. The burger was advertised with tomato and there was maybe half a slice on it. Food arrived on time to the projected delivery leading me to believe the issues were caused by DoorDash. read more

We called this visit traumatic. First they sat us at the very last table in back next to the noisy kitchen. Our sister uses a walker and it was inconvenient for her...besides they had just cleaned off 2 tables which were available in front. We placed our order then waited and waited 45 minutes with the waitress no where in sight. She finally showed up and announced that our order never got placed!!! She blamed it on their "system", that it happens a lot. We were going to walk out when the manager came out and apologized and said he would take over to job of waiting on us. After that, everything was fine. He was perfect , saying he used to be a server and knows what is needed to make a positive impact. He definitley did that. Between the great food and the manager's personal help, we will go back. His name is Simon--very friendly and caring. read more

Not sure why, but my new obsession is Chili's. Wait, I do know why! It is delicious, fun, and a good value. The service here was very good and our food came out fast. There was plenty to eat at the table and for leftovers. They have great meal deals and paying at the table is quick and easy. read more

I haven't been to a Chilis in years and had came in for dinner with some friends. I was surprised with how cheap it all was. My total was a little over $20 for a shared appetizer, one entire and one alcoholic beverage. Normally when I go out it's at least over $30 to $40 for all that! Not only were the prices great but the food was decent and the service was fast. Our group was seated in minutes and our waitress was very attentive and made sure all our food came out fast. I'd definitely consider coming back again. read more

We came in about an hour before they closed, which for many other restaurants we have been to that's when the service goes downhill and the food too. But that was not the case here! Our server was Simon and from the second that he greeted our table to when we left the doors he just made the whole experience amazing! It was our first time at chilis of many to come! The food was so great (which I had my doubts since it was so late) and of course Simon was AMAZING! PLEASE give him a raise! He deserves it. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Great experience on this visit. Simon was an excellent server. Arrived around 6:25 pm. Not too busy. Speed of delivery was top notch. Drinks and chips quick. Food by 6:45!! Chips and salsa--best chips around. Thin and crispy! Burger--large and tasty. Chicken quesadilla was large and good. read more

I came in last night (6/25) for dinner. My food was great and my overall experience was good as always, but I couldn't help but notice the female manager was falling in and out of sleep at a table near the restrooms and it made me feel a bit awkward as I was eating. It wasn't super busy but I feel for the staff and I hope this was a one time thing because otherwise she's seemingly, for lack of a better word, useless. read more

The manager of this store is very upfront and he crashed out on my papa this is not ok and I will not be taking my kids to this place ever again. Also, he decided to yell at a table full of 2 year old kids because they did not know what bill they were on, which is extremely ridiculous and unmature and I will NOT be letting that slide. First of all best chilis experience I had. I had the waitress Cassie. I had stayed to watch my panthers play basketball and she was just great overall. She was very polite and nice to everyone in the bar area. Thank you for that and on top of that just a great server. Then the food was amazing and loved it always great food. I really appreciate her and chilis service. Thank you read more

First time visit, and was so excited to go, have heard a lot of good things. I got the Big Dipper( Buffalo boneless wings, honey chipotle mozz stick, and the big bite burgers, my boyfriend got a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla.. I ended up with really bad food poisoning, didn't even eat all my food. All in all vibes were really cool, it was very busy- hope no one else got sick!! Will not be going back read more

Ordered loaded cheese fries and a very small salad. Almost $22 after It was terrible! The cheese was in one big chunk in one spot with little elsewhere bacon was in just a pile Taste was nothing like loaded fries I've had elsewhere. Not good at all. Very disappointed!!! With delivery, I paid $30+ for a terrible meal. Never ordering it again and maybe nothing else to go ever again. read more

The service was slow, and my black bean burger was burnt and flat. It fell apart. I've had black bean burgers from Chili's all over the United States and this one was the worst. The burger is not supposed to fall apart, so they flattened it. It was overcooked so it was burnt. They threw the cheese on there and it had too many onions. It was the worst and I've had black bean burgers at Chili's all over the United States. This one was the worst, but this chili sucks read more

Hello everyone, I'm a young lady that recently had applied to this place, I had everything ready. The paperwork, my clothes, everything to be the perfect candidate. But you know where this place is located, just off a busy highway (which made me late); So I get there, I get sat. Not even one minute goes by a guy with tattoos came up to me and said "there's a 5 minute grace period for interviews and your 12 minute late" (the interview was for 3:30 and I came at 3:40. Only ten minutes). So I couldn't believe that, how can you say your hiring and push away the only candidate away and let alone never EVER tell them about the time policy. I fully advise everyone to not apply there because your efforts will be in vain! read more

!!! Delicious!!! Me & my friend came right at opening on Thursday, and were seated quickly & efficiently. Our server was incredibly polite, and checked on us frequently! She gave us all the time we needed, and didn't rush us one bit. I ordered a fruit tea, I think it was wildberry. I've never had a tea with fruit flavoring, but it tasted great! We ordered the bottomless chips & salsa as an appetizer, and I will say- they were amazing! Once we ordered, our food was out not too shortly after. I personally ordered the Just Bacon Burger, and it was AMAZING !! It was nice and juicy. It'd been awhile since I had a burger that wasn't from fast food, and let me tell you- this was a great burger for it. The fries I got with it were also amazing. My friend got herself a soup of sorts. I don't remember which one but I think it was a potato one? My friend said that, despite it not being huge, it was incredibly filling. She also stated that it tasted great. In terms of the general ambiance, it was a very cozy and nice place. Its clean, and felt very inviting! I definitely would've ordered dessert if I had time. Overall, I can genuinely recommend this restaurant, and I will personally be coming back again! Below I've attached a picture of my burger. I would like to point out I'd already eaten a noticeable amount of fries . The fries were also amazing read more

Great Carne Asada tonight, black beansm rice, chips, salsa, salad and soup - was great food, excellent service and tremendous value!

My husband and I had the 3 for Me $10.99 deal. I had the smash burger and he had the old Timer with cheese (no extra charge!) The burgers were fantastic! Big and greasy, the way we like! Lots of fresh toppings, too. I had the chili app and he did the bottomless chips & salsa. Their chips & salsa are seriously underrated. Really good! Service was great. Everyone was nice and drinks were kept filled. Left stuffed and happy for less than $30 with tip. We will be back! read more

Went on a Saturday night, fairly busy. 5 people in our group. Food was great, service was awesome. 3 of us got the "3 for me". Such a great value. Our waitress was excellent. Excellent waiters/waitresses and the food is great as well! Gotta say tonight was the worst experience I've ever had with this Chili's. Order was supposed to be ready at 718. Sat there for 20 minutes while everyone else got food. Mine wasn't rdy until 738, 20 minutes later than was supposed to be ready. None of the customizations were right and everything is cold. It's so disappointing. Please do better Chili's we love the food but tonight was God awful. Reaching out to corporate. read more

There were some decent things about our experience, but it's still the worst experience I've ever had at a Chili's restaurant. Pros: I was able to add mushrooms and not add chicken to my Cajun pasta. They put the spices on the side, so I could make it to my liking. Cons: -The server didn't do much to fix the problems with our meals, as mentioned below. -They don't appear to be taking any precautions for COVID--even the manager wasn't wearing a mask! They also weren't attempting to separate patrons, even though they had the space to do so. -I got charged for the mushrooms to be added to my pasta, as well as the meat I didn't have on my pasta. -My pasta was lukewarm. -Two attempts at getting my husband's burger medium rare failed--and the first time, it was well done and charred. The second time it was medium well. -The service was slow, despite having very few customers. -We could hear people in the kitchen shouting at eat other. -The toilet in the women's restroom appeared to have blood on the outside of the toilet bowl. Overall, we did not enjoy our experience, and they took the fun out of going out to eat. read more

I was here Saturday, our waitress was rude , I'm mad I tipped. The waitress was inept, I would gladly speak with management.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo and they undercooked both the chicken and pasta and it was cold. But the service was good.

They have a new option for you to have your food delivered to your car vs going inside the restaurant & paying. The only thing is, you don't know where to go to pick it up. Was told they have a pickup location on the other side of the building. No signs telling us that when most pickup locations are close to the front entrance, not in the back. When I did get my food, I realized they missed an item & had to go inside the restaurant anyways... The food was VERY good. I got a rack of ribs & jalapeño/cheddar sausage. Both were tasty. The street corn, loaded mashed potatoes, fries, & bread were all great. Dessert was pretty much just average (as expected). -2 Stars for the pickup confusion & service read more

Had a different dining companion than usual who had her heart set on going here. Certainly wouldn't be my first choice but as you know...women rule. Kitchen must have dropped the ball. Realized halfway through my meal that I was supposed to have fries with my food. Saw in a follow-up commercial that they had also neglected to give me the house pickles with my food. Our server, who was friendly enough (and good with the refills) also forgot to put in my dining companion's side dish. Had to get both of this sent out to the table after the food arrived. The "barbecue" (I had a smoked chicken) wasn't close to authentic BBQ. Lack of sauces killed it. The $15 price point for chicken, strips, corn, and fries also pales in comparison to real BBQ houses. I feel like Chili's is trying to shed their old image by trying to be "higher class". Unfortunately, the restaurant would need a remodel to do so...much of the sports bar atmosphere still exists. Very marginal three here. Probably closer to a two. read more

Thus far in my life, I have felt death was near twice: 1. When I had malaria, 2. When I ate at Chili's. Seriously, this place sucks. I had been on the road for five hours, sat for four hours at a gymnastics meet, then mistakenly thought - "Chili's is right next door to my hotel. This is better than driving again". Someone should have slapped me. Our party of three went in after 7:00 p.m., and were told our wait would be 15 - 20 minutes. I asked if we could wait at the bar, and was told there were no free tables, even though, indeed, there were empty tables. I asked if the solitary tables were reserved. They were not. Apparently, it takes three people at the 'hostess station' to inform possible patrons there will be a wait - one to state this, the other two to back up said statement by staring at you. While we waited, I observed there were three tables that were not yet cleaned off; had those been bussed, some of the people in line before us could have been seated. We finally got seated, and gingerly walked our way over a greasy faux brick floor that screamed broken hip, only to be met by a still wet booth. When asked for a towel, we were brought a handful of napkins; the hostess did apologize though. Our server was pleasant, which is the only reason I have generously given two stars to this hell hole. We ordered Awesome Blossom Petals, the only thing awesome about this was that no one dropped dead that evening, as you could easily wring the grease from these over breaded monstrosities. After this, it just went downhill - we waited twenty minutes for our food - when it finally came, it was COLD. Southern Burger - cold. Sirloin Steak - cold. Smokehouse Combo - warm. I kid - I just wanted to see if you were paying attention. An aside - the Sirloin Steak was listed as six ounce, and had I the foresight to bring my portable scale, I am sure it would have read THREE ounces. Our server stopped by twice during our period in this self inflicted wound. Later, as I lay in my hotel bed and wondered about the protocols followed when a patron dies in their room, I thought a good thing I should do with one of my nine lives would be to warn other unwary humans of this devils lair. Take heed, do not, under any circumstance, partake in what is labeled as 'food' at this location. Outer appearance - unkempt. Inner appearance - messy, with a hint of grease. Layout - very awkward. My tummy - still waging war. read more

I wish I could take my 1 star back! I ordered a 6oz sirloin steak and got a crunchy burnt dried out meat patty. called store and manny the manager had a lot to say about how it's a door dash problem and how i have to go through them to get refund I ordered off chilis website and the delivery person didn't do anything wrong so why do I have to get her fired? then he tells me i can't have corporate contact information because it's a waste of time its gonna reroute back to him.. I called corporate after looking it up on my own it's a outside company the lady Wendy phoned me back and baffled me with b.s asked for the pictures I took to be sent via email but it was a ghost vanishing email she sent me a line from. so they never recieved my email even after 5 attempts. all they care about is money!!! sad! Came in for lunch on a Monday, over half the restaurant is empty and still had to wait 10+ minutes to be seated. When they finally seated us it was in the bar area which they could have just done to begin with instead of making us wait. Pee yoo. Slow service. No sense of urgency. We sat at the bar but the bartender was elsewhere. We ordered drinks and got them. Had menus but she was somewhere else for awhile. Took our orders. No apologies. Drank her whatever. Oh dear.. I just heard someone in the kitchen yell, "I smell like pee!". Got our food, eventually. I will keep it short . So my wife and I thought we would give this place a try again. The menu seemed updated. We were taken to the table and we were so close to the kitchen that not only could we hear every word behind said but we could also see part of it. The staff in back was/is not professional and it was a major distraction to the meal. At one point I heard someone say that they needed stitches or something like that. The first 1/2 of my burger was good but the second was not the greatest. My wife didn't feel that great after she got home. She didn't finish her food either. We agreed that we won't be going back here again. The food and the atmosphere made me wish I stayed home and had a frozen pizza. read more
