Service is eh.... Food is awful, I've never had something I like, been there four times. How I get suckered into going again, no idea...

Horrible service when getting pick up, a few months ago I waited over 10 min at the bar to pick up my food (when it was supposed to be ready) and when they finally gave it to me it was cold. The bartender was taking his time and watching tv at the bar. They were not busy either. My husband and I used to come here often. We won't be spending our money at this location anymore. read more

The food was horrible. My family and I waited more than 45 minutes for food, which was like warm. The server explained that she was uncertain as to why our food wasn't ready. My burger bites were burnt. I asked for well done,not over cooked. My wife's chicken was tough, the texture was bad. You couldn't pull the meat apart. I asked the manager who stated that, the company has chosen a new vendor with "different meat ". Several times I asked her about this "meat she stated was sent to them by the new vendor. I wanted to know if this meat was chicken. I've never known chicken to be tough and chewy, that couldn't be pulled apart. We're done with this place. Is rather catch my own chicken and eat it before I'd step food in there ever in life. read more

My mom and I went out for Easter dinner here. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The host sat us and explained the ziosk which is awesome! Then we sat at the table for about 5-10 min and no waiter came to greet us. Finally Steve came over and told us he would get our drink order but he was being cut so we might not be the one taking care of us. After he brought our drinks over another 5 or so minutes went by and Steve came back over to check how our drinks were and they were delicious. But we still didn't have a waiter and we were ready to order! Steve told us that he would stay later to take care of us. He was such a sweetheart! We were thinking about leaving but Steve was awesome and made our dinner enjoyable! I will only ask for him when I'm here! read more

My husband and I come to the Chilis in Canton all the time and every time we receive the best service. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Nichole is an awesome waitress and we request her often. She knows our order and has our drinks and chips and salsa up within a minute of us sitting down. Chilis is our go to place! read more

I have only been to this location twice, servers are nice but the establishment is not clean...the second time we went, we walked out because it was too dirty....if the outside was that nasty I can imagine what the kitchen looked like. read more

I haven't been to Chili's in forever! Seems like they re-vamped the menu! Service was great and nice. Any employee that you passed smiled or said hello to you. I had the guacamole turkey burger and I would order it again. They make their own pickles slices and it definitely has a kick to it. The new tablets at the tables are neat. You can pay for your bill at the end, re-order drinks and even play games for a small price. The thing is, when you rate your experience at the end, it foreshadows the waitress' schedule. Kick ass server!! Elise was awesome. I had some sort of bacon, smokehouse, avocado, onion ring, BBQ sauce, blah, blah, blah, burger. Despite my A-hole description of it, it was really damn good. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer. They were almost perfect. They needed a bit more breading. But the star of the show was our waitress, Elise. She was great. Salsa was watered down, did not v want to stick to the chips. Server was indifferent to the issue said it was made in batches, she did comp the chips and salsa. Come was watered down. Had the appetizer trio with chicken strips, were doughy. read more

We enjoyed the table side guacamole and I had a delicious margarita with fresh pineapple and blueberries. Also cool is the monitor on the table that allows you to pay your bill with a gift card or credit card and cash out without waiting for the server. read more

When we go, we ask for either Stephen or David to be our servers - they are the best - on the ball with refills of drinks and our chips and salsa. I have had everything from ribs, chicken, burgers, fish and quesadillas - all have been excellent. Well worth the value. We had dinner there this evening. The food was delicious! That waitresses were the best. They took care of us from being to end. Or drinks were refilled before we could ask, they brought plenty of napkins, brought out l our food in a timely manner and we very pleasant. Dined here with the family on a very busy Friday night last week. With as overwhelmed as the staff at the front counter was, we were not expecting the wonderful service we received from our server Margaret W. She was super courteous, fast on beverage refills and food service and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. Wow, does this girl work hard! Have been at this location in the past. Has been subpar. Today did a lunch. My daughter got a flat bread, she said it was delicious. I got some kind of spicy chili chicken dish. I forgot exactly what is was called. It was the best thing I've ever gotten at Chilis. Great visit. Our server, Mary Ann, was attentive and friendly. I have eaten at this Chili's many times, 3-4 times per year. This was based upon convenience of location and the fajitas we had previously enjoyed. Today we ordered the allegedly new and improved fajitas with "40% more meat." Keep the extra meat bring back the original fajitas! I love onions but these onions were so close to raw I left them on the skillet. Service was adequate. With one Pepsi and two waters our bill came to $35, $42 with tip. No cheap lunch. read more

When I get the chance to dine out, Chilis is always at the top of my list. My boyfriend and I often get 2 differant dinners, and split them both. Before our meal we share the con-queso dip, the tortillas chips are always fresh! To make a great dining experience you have to get good service. The staff are efficient and fast!! Food was ok. Service was lacking. Steve, our server was nice but between him and the other girl in our section it still took 20-30mins for drinks to even hit the table. Why? It was dead. He was pretty spacey, at one point like staring off into another dimension while we were ordering. Weird. We kept having to ask for our server to get things that should have been brought out ex:mustard ....for the burgers. Idk....maybe I'm a customer service snob as I am in the business. But I just feel that the service needs to be stepped up. I've had worse experiences at other locations. I won't even set foot in the Livonia location. That place is absolutely awful. My boyfriend and I went in for our anniversary and I was so disappointed to see that they no longer have the mango chile tilapia; that's the only reason I wanted to go. Our chips were mostly crushed/crumby so it was hard to eat with the salsa too. I ordered the shrimp tacos with corn tortillas instead of flour and when we got our food, my order was wrong. The tacos were made of flour tortillas. The waitress offered to bring me a side of extra corn tortillas which sounded absolutely silly. I just wanted corn tortillas for my tacos. I don't think I was asking for a lot. So she took my dish back and said she'd have it corrected. When she came back and brought me my food the way I ordered it, I was disgusted and shocked to find each taco wrapped with three COLD AND STALE tortillas! At this point I've lost my appetite and only ate the shrimp. I set the hard tortillas aside on a napkin for the manager to look at and she asked to have my order made again. I was tired of repeating myself and being disappointed so I just stayed quiet and ate my boyfriend's meal with him. read more

This is like the 2nd time I have ate here and they under cook my food every time or I will ask for no beans and they still put them on their. They really needs a new kitchen staff asap that knows how to cook and read. This will be my last visit at this location. We dine at Chili's at least once a week. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Nicole and Chrissy are the servers in the bar area on Friday nights and they are great! Their impeccable service is probably the main reason that we like dining there. I highly recommend dining in the bar area on weekend evenings. read more

Empty place but the foyer was full, server told us they didn't want to overwhelm the servers, wtf? Service was extremely slow and he seemed confused more than anything else, guess he was overwhelmed. Could not get drinks refilled and forget about getting alcohol from the bar, brought a beer over 10 min after waters then a mixed drink was 30 min after asking twice about it. App came out cold and 1 soup was brought just before the meals. Fries and onion rings were cold the rest of the food was ok. Paying at the table couldn't be done because it was at a different table and once they figured that out it still didn't work. Over all doubtful we will return, too many other similar choices within the 20 min drive from our house. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been coming to this Chili's for years! I have watched the manager go from being a server to working her way up to management. She is extremely nice and friendly! I went to this location on Wednesday. My friend and I both ended up sick we had the same app and dessert, I thought it was food poisoning but the fact we didn't have the same meal she had steak I had chicken I ruled it out. The next day she told me she had strep, I haven't seen her since our dinner night on Wednesday. I have been feeling bad and I went to the doctor thinking it was a sinus infection, turns out it's strep as well. I called and spoke with the manager and she said she would tell corporate but due to the fact there wasn't anyone else who got it she couldn't do anything. I am disappointed as I have been coming here for many years. The only good thing to me about this place is the one manager who worked her way up and Kendra the server who is great! The food is mediocre I could get the same thing anywhere else on ford road! I won't be back. read more

I look for Chili's whenever I travel. I know I can get a great meal where ever they are located. My favorite Chili's is Canton, Michigan. They have great food, great service and great employees. My favorite is the Jalapeno Bacon Burger. It rocks! Second favorite is the french fries. I can't help myself and usually overeat as they are so addicting. read more
