I went there during a Friday night dinner rush. The wait time was exactly as quoted by the hosts. The food came out very quick, that's very impressive considering how busy they were and they opened recently. The server Gianni was fantastic! He was very friendly, efficient and professional. This was my first time at a Chili's and there were several items on the menu that I would like to try. I'll definitely be back and be asking for Gianni. This is the worst Chili's I've ever been to. There is almost always an issue. Tonight was curbside togo. I pulled in, immediately texted "HERE" like I'm supposed to. An automatic reply came back, "OK, we're still making it. We'll be out in a jiffy." 25 minutes later I finally walk in to find out what the issue is. Absolutely 0 food had come out to any of the 6 or 7 vehicles parked there. Everybody was walking in. So my food is just sitting there by the cash register. Ice cold. Was so excited to come here for dinner and I was so let down. The drinks were good and I would have gotten more than one had our waitress bothered to check on us, but she didn't. She didn't even tell us her name (I am a waitress so this baffled me). ALL OF THE FOOD WAS SUB PAR!! We ordered the triple dippers, chicken and shrimp fajitas, and brisket quesadillas. The only thing I liked was the southwestern egg rolls that came with the appetizer. We asked to substitute corn tortillas for the flour tortillas that's came with the fajitas. We got flour and they were gross and all ripped. I would have told her this and had it fixed but like I said, our waitress didn't check on us. Everything else was also pretty gross. Definitely won't be going back to this location and probably not to any chili's in the near future. Super upset. read more

Took my kids to Chili's today for dinner. It is my son's favorite restaurant. We had to wait for a table; not a big deal. Got a drinks and then we just got guacamole without chips. Took sometime to get the chips and salsa. My kids food came out, the sides were wrong. That was fixed and I thought my food would be right behind theirs. NOPE. I had to ask for my food. I pretty sure they didn't make it. My kids were done eating when I got my order. (around 15-20 mins later). I opened the top of the bun and the order was wrong. I DID NOT eat dinner. I never got my correct food. This is not the first time they have messed up orders. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I placed an order on-line during the pandemic. The order was placed at 6:22. I was told it would be ready at 6:48. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:43 and texted that I had arrived. 6:48 came and went not until 7:05 did a staff member bring out my order. It was missing an entire dinner, a cheesecake and a soup. I informed her something was missing and she walked away without finding out what was missing. I then entered the take out, something I did not want to do. I formed her what was missing and was given a bag she said she had just missed bringing out. I then told her we were missing a fajita pack(shells, cheese sour cream). She said oh sorry and went back to get one. It then took 10 minutes for the kit to come out. I realized their take out was overwhelmed due to the pandemic. The staff was generally nice, but if you are understaffed then call in more workers. Better yet update your expected wait time, so people don't arrive expecting food to be ready and then have to wait an additional 40 minutes. read more

We ate here back in feb . The food took forever and they weren't crowded . My fiancé ordered a steak medium and it can out burnt . I ordered the salmon and it could have knocked someone out with it . I stopped here in June to grab a burger for lunch. Not a living soul was in the hostess station or the bar. I sat myself at the bar and waited. In the 13 minutes it took to have a single staff person to acknowledge my existence, I scanned the dining room, twice seeing my gaze met by female workers in chili's uniforms, only to have them look away and walk in the other direction. When the server of the nearly empty restaurant finally decided to help me, she asked if I wanted a menu. I replied yes. I quickly determined that I wanted the classic burger with bacon. Fortunately for me, she hadn't found somewhere else to be yet. I ordered this and a Coke. My Coke was watery from the first sip. When my burger arrived, it was a gristly hockey puck. Approximately 25 minutes transpired as I ate my ill-conceived lunch decision. I could at no time find my server a second time to possibly see if my meal was to my liking, or if I could use another beverage. After about 35 minutes, I gathered my things and walked to the center of the dining room towards my server who was not busy, but standing stationery, and said "Miss, I have to pay so I can go". She walked me back to the bar and showed me that I could pay on the tablet computer. She set up the prompts for using my card and quickly again disappeared. read more

I went to check this new location out that just opened a few months ago. I ordered the sampler platter and a beer which I was told the taps broken (only open a few months). As I sat there a bunch of those small fruit flies were flying around and wouldn't go away. I left as when it's 2 months old and already has flies in January I don't think I want to eat there read more

We have been here 3x since it's opening. The food is good, but the servers are better. We've had Sharif, Khadijah, and Jaiden respectively. All three were extremely personable and made our experiences very warm and welcome. We are happy to have a new neighborhood place and with such a great staff! read more
