We took in the Chili's over in Broken Arrow for a leadership team lunch. Arriving shortly after they opened, our group of eight was seated in the bar area with two tables put together. We were quickly served by "Taylor" who was very friendly and quick about getting extra help to get our drinks and food orders taken. We ordered chips, salsa, and skillet beef queso as an appetizer. I ordered the always-yummy Triple Dipper that I usually order at Chili's. As usual, I was unable to finish my lunch and took my leftovers back to work to eat later. My only negative comment about my experience was that the tables we were seated at were still slightly dirty from the night before and needed to be wiped down again. This was a miss on the part of the evening shift and sadly counted against the almost-perfect review. read more

Chili's, where flavor goes to die. Ordered takeout and was given a pickup time, only to find my food was "ready" in under five minutes--which is code for "we microwaved something sad." The pasta was colder than my enthusiasm when I opened the box. Zero flavor, barely any sauce (maybe they ran out while overcooking the toast.) Portions were a joke--unless you consider kid-sized meals worth $20. I'm still hungry, disappointed, and questioning my life choices. Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else. read more

We have gone to this Chilis when we want a place that offers an assortment. While the menu has gotten smaller it seems it still offers lots of yummy options. Our food was very tasty! Service was great that day and the atmosphere was good as always. Definitely recommend if you have a group with different taste buds! read more

Got a special sauce burger and fries. You couldn't tell the burger had sauce but it was good. Their burgers are usually good. The fries weren't great. They used to have awesome fries. Management is non existent. Service is a group of kids. Need I say more? Quit going two years ago and made the mistake of thinking things might have changed. The servers are the cast offs of the other few restaurants in the area. Stay away! read more

Service was quick. Monthly margarita was good! We had the spinach queso dip for an appetizer. The dip & salsa was really good!! Chips were shiny with grease, yuck. Chili tasted a little over cooked. Potato soup & salad were good. Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich was a solid choice. Would go back, maybe we just got a bad batch of chips and chili. read more

Not at all what I was expecting. We usually get the triple dipper in the restaurant and it's so good! Ordered on Door Dash and I don't think it's even the same food. The chicken looks like a kids meal and doesn't taste like it normally does and the eggs rolls were super greasy, they're normally my favorite part of the meal. So sad I guess I know not to ever Door Dash from Chili's again. We all have covid so I thought this would be helpful but nope it's disgusting. read more

This Chili's order was responsible for a doordash order for a ghost restaurant named Pardon My Cheesesteak. The food arrived at a low heat and went cold before i could finish eating it which wasn't very long, but was an honestly horrible experience. the steak was dry and the cheese wasn't fully melted. don't get me started on the bread. The food is good!! Drinks are good if u can ever get the bartender to make them in a timely manner. If u aren't sitting at the bar in his section he takes forever to make ur drink. I'm not sure why I continue to go to the same location, but after tonight's wait on a simple $6 drink. I'll pass. I'll do my best to go to a different location. read more

3/18/23 AT 9:20PM they close at 11:00PM Me, my fiancé, and his friend decided to eat at chilis, the host sat us and was very nice. Unfortunately we did get the worst seat right into between two huge families who were out of control. Their kids were pretty much in our booths. We waited over 20 minutes, we were never greeted my a waiter or anything. We ended up leaving and eating else where. The place was dead, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant at all besides these two families and there were a few people at the bar. This Chili's is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it's not. We ordered food to go, and picked it up right on time. My husband ordered a half rack of ribs and they were extremely dry and tough. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta which was really good (hard to mess up pasta). We did the 2 for $25 deal which I really love because you get an appetizer, two meals and a dessert to share. The cheesecake is really good. The app to order to-go is also really user friendly which I like. Overall, not too bad but hubby was not happy to have to eat dry, tough ribs. They need to do a better job at making sure their food is fresh. read more

The wait staff is usually good about helping out their fellow servers who are busy with other tables - they get one star at this location for that. The second star is for their delicious California Chicken Sandwich which is big enough to share. The third star is for their bathroom floors always being dry - no kidding, every other Chili's I have ever been to EVER has had wet bathroom floors and it grosses me out. The burgers are fine, the fries are good and seasoned. This last visit my husband and I shared an order of chicken fajitas. They came out alarmingly fast, which makes me wonder if they cooked them fresh to order. The flour tortillas came out super hot and fluffy, but by the time I had mine loaded with toppings the sides of the tortilla were hard as a rock. You could take the hard edge and crunch it in half like a chip. To add insult to injury, the onions and peppers tasted/smelled weird and the chicken was underseasoned. Not very satisfying. Definitely will not be ordering the fajitas here again. read more

I need to add to my last Review, same trip. The food was bad. Wife said her chili was worst Ever. The chicken in my enchiladas was dry and hard. Like it had been sitting out all day. Now here comes the check. He added 2 tea charges and we both just had water. No return to fill glass either. Need new management or close this one. Salmon was old and overcooked! Server said manager was coming over and he never did. They brought me a small plain steak 20 minutes later and charged me full price. My husbands rice was hard and cold, not edible! Ordered a drink and it sat at the bar for awhile and served in a different glass than advertised because they said people have stolen all the martini glasses. Won't be back!!! Okay, we've had some hit and miss at this Chili's... We stopped in on a Friday night. Waited for hostess, a young teenager, with a cold attitude, asked to be seated at a 4-top booth instead of a 2-top crunch booth, which drew a 'whatever' sigh. Seated, waited 15 minutes for any server, we left, knowing this was going to be a long ordeal. By the way, there was only four tables seated, not counting the bar area and six servers that were more interested in chatting with each other than serving guests. This visit was a bomb! read more

I love the food and the new decor. The ziosk makes me chuckle. Why would I spend money to play their games when I have a app for that?!! I do like that I can pay my bill, order drinks, or dessert. read more

What can you say? It's Chili's. The food here is decent if you know what to order, but the service is almost always slow and painful here. If you're not in a hurry, it's not an issue. Be sure to sign up for their e-club to get free apps and or desserts if your diet allows ;) I really like the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, peppers and onions here. I don't remember what it's called, but it's consistently delicious and healthy because it has avocado on it, right? That's what popular media tells me. So long as you put avocado on it, it's healthy, lol. read more

First it started out with the hostess not being friendly, then are waiter was very bland and never talked to us. My fiancé ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and they didn't offer the 3 for $10 promotion, we had to ask them about it. Then my burger bites came out undercooked and they acted put out when I asked for a new order. Also they didn't ask to take the undercooked burgers off of my table. Chicken crispers are literally THE only thing I get from chili's and when I ordered my crispers they were u n r e a s o n a b l y soggy without much sauce even on them? I understand if the sauce makes the skin soggy but there wasn't much sauce??? Or maybe the To-Go Delivery process will make it slightly soggy but never to this extent. Called up and asked if they make the crispers to-order and was told they are but I'm highly doubtful. Will not order from this specific location again and do not advise anyone else too. Chili's to-go has sucked the last few times I've ordered. They don't have attentive staff. The food sits. The warm chicken melted my cheese and my quesadilla is cold and limp. I waited behind someone ordering & then the girl left and went and sat in the bar area and left me standing there waiting. 6:47 was pick up time. I was in the door at 6:45 and was helped at 7:00. This chillis is absoutly disgusting. My family and i went on fathers day and the building was empty but the floor was full of rubbish everywhere. The whole staff is just lazy. The hostess were bothered to basically move their bodies to get silverware and menus. I am a former Chilli head and know that they have standards and procedures. Our soups came out cold and every order was wrong. We asked for a table for 8 guest and they sat us at a table for 12. We could not get water refills but the server brought out the kids sodas 2 at time. He didnt ask us if they needed a another drink. My children dont drink that much soda. When we asked for our checks our server didnt even tell us they were on the tablet on the table. We waited 15 mintues and i had to grab the bartender. I saw a manager 1 time and she was the leader of the lazy incompetent staff. I still love chillis but this one should be shut down. This location is poorly managed. The place can be practically empty, and the service is slow. It takes a while after walking into this empty restaurant to get seated. Also takes forever to get your food and then your order is messed up. The staff doesn't care though and neither should you since everything they serve tastes like the inside of a salt shaker no matter what you order. We gave this place several chances as it is easy to get in and out of and there's not that many options where it's located. read more

After ordering shrimp tacos, I ate a bite out of one of them and then I realized the images times were still in tact in all of my shrimps. I was so disgusted I threw up instantly. This is pure laziness and so appalling that a restaurant would let people eat shrimp shit bc that's exactly what I just ate. Will never have the ribs again. They make their new Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce ribs look so good in the pictures. I was excited to try them, as I love ribs. That's not even close to what you get. There's never enough Alfredo sauce, even though I order extra, like today, and there's never Cajun seasoning on it. It's very disappointing as the Muskogee location is always flawless. The chilis team needs some help with taking care of doordash drivers. It used to be much better a month ago. There was a dude who came up to the cars and took orders. We can't enter the store to pick up the food nor they answer the phone calls when we want to call them to ask where the order is at. The orders always get overtimed. Horrible spot to get doordash orders from. Yall need some upgrades with the doordash services you guys have. read more
