Terrible place!! They can never seem to get a simple order right and tonight they finally went too far. I will never return!

Me and my fiancee went here for a meal on Friday night, needless to say it was packed. The wait wasn't as long as expected from the number of people though and within 20 minutes we were seated. The service was great except for a forgotten request for water, and the food was better than expected from reading the other recent reviews. I've eaten at many chili's locations and overall I was very pleased with this one. The food was out in a timely manner, the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. Great food and fantastic service! This is the second time I've come in this month. I've had Val and Jesse as my servers and they were an absolute delight! I'm terribly indecisive and both of them were very accommodating. We have beeen going to this Chili's on Sundays for a couple months now. We usually sit at the bar and have a good experience. Today, we sat in a booth. Our server was essentially nonexistent and had an attitude. A waitress brought our food to the wrong table. Our server then grabbed our food from that table, after the people there had poked at it. Then tried to serve it to us. He dropped it on our table and left. I tried to call him back to ask for a new serving. He didn't return to us for 15 minutes. When we asked for extra ranch, he then told us "sure" and started to walk away, before turning back and saying "anything else you need from the kitchen, so I dont have to go back there again?" We were a bit shocked, as this wasn't said in a joking manner. We definitely won't be returning here after this experience. read more

My review is only my opinion and should be taken as just that. I only eat at this Chilis because my family enjoys it here but in my opinion this is the worst Chilis for service I worked for Chilis for 8 years as a Manager in Florida and in FL the Team takes pride in what they do but here in Brighton, CO they are more concerned with amount of tip and PPA and forget about actually making it a great experience and it's sad. This area of Brighton does't have a lot to offer. The girls from my office and I end up going to this Chili's quite often. It is rare to get great service, but last Monday was exceptionally bad. We all had either salad or soup and salad. These items are fairly simple and do not take long to make. It took 30 min. to get our food and when it did come out, it was wrong! We never did get the chips and salsa that was supposed to be part of the soup and salad. I asked to speak to the manager as our server had never come back to check on us! The manager, whose name I later found out is Kenny, came out and seemed very annoyed that we were talking to him. He did take care of our meals for the day, but by the time I got my salad, it was time to go, more than 45 min after we actually ordered. On April 2nd we ordered a to go order and picked up and brought home. After going through the bag we realized some things were missing but like the fajitas boat of toppings but because we were home and had toppings we could use we didn't make a huge deal. Then we discovered half of our smokehouse combo was missing along with 1 of the sides. I then proceeded to call and spoke to a manager. The manager told me they would mail me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience and error on their part. He got my address and name. 1.5 weeks later no gift card has arrived so I called again. The manager then said they send via email and not mail. I provided my email address. 2 weeks later and no gift card still. I was giving them the opportunity to make up for the mistake but I was not only lied to but I was technically robbed. I left a 20% tip and yet never got a complete order that I paid fully for. Just sharing in case something like this happens to anyone else, do NOT believe them that they'll give gift card instead fight for a reimbursement. read more

This is the worst place to eat unless you like cold food. We ordered Fajita's and when they were brought to our table they didn't sizzle, they were cold, the meats were cold it was gross. We actually had to flag another wait person because ours disappeared. When we told a manager he just said thank you. Not my place of choice I will drive further out if I crave Chili's. read more

Chili's isn't exactly my idea of cuisine because it's a chain restaurant with banal choices on the mee. Th appetizers are probably the best thing we had. The southwestern wontons were tasted. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas which were distinguished by the asparagus which was grilled and relatively fresh. I would've likes more tomatoes and black beans. Somehow this item just didn't taste very good once the guacamole and cheese ran out,which was quickly because the portions were small. I was out with friends and they were clearly a little disappointed. The meaty fajitas were not any better than mine, and from the looks of their plates, these things were cooked without much deference to aesthetics. It was cooked to quickly on too high of a tempeture on a dirty grill. My friend who ordered the steak and potatoes barely ate hers. I asked what was wrong and she said the steak was an extremely cheap cut of meat and I noticed the meat was too pink to be the medium she ordered. She complained the garlic potatoes were made with something other than real potatoes. Her grand daughter, a college coed ate half her chicken sandwich and French fries, but said it was good. We shared a desert which was very rich. It had a moist warm chocolate cake, ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream. It was good as was the service which was provided by a girl in college who was friendly and frazzled because the place was packed. We waited a half hour for a table, but it was a Friday night and our timing was off because everyone else is headed to dinner at that time. Would I go again? Maybe. I mean in this area there's not a lot to choose from besides chain restaurants and I liked those appetizers enough to just order them as my meal. read more

We went to this location last week for a lunch/dinner. The food was very good I had a turkey club sandwich and a side salad. We received our food quickly which always makes me happy. I was with a party of 3 and we did take our time we were chatting and the waitress seems slightly annoyed that we were there for a while. The waitress was nice other than that. Pretty upsetting that someone orders a virgin drink, such as a virgin pina colada or a Virgin Margarita, but you get told by the waiter that they don't do virgin drinks anymore, they ask their manager and it's the same answer, "We aren't allowed to do Virgin Drinks Anymore" won't be coming here anymore. read more

I love Chili's! Until I met this one, more than once. Of all the Chili's I've been to this is by far the worst. The food is disgusting and does not hold up to any of it's sister sites. Let me start this off by saying that our waiter was just amazing! He did everything that he could to make our meal and experience incredible. That is the only reason for the two star review. He just couldn't battle the kitchen and it's standards. We both ordered our burgers medium rare, first ones came out well done and just crumbling to pieces. Next ones, came out barely medium well, and when cut in half with a knife, still crumbled. "Manager" came by and admitted that the kitchen only cooks one way, even though the menu states to ask for your doneness. Asked to remake it, but knowing it can only be done one way, decided to decline to have it redone; though he knew the proper cooking time to get it done right. Such a disappointment since the last time we were there, the ribs were drier than a desert even with sauce and they didn't even attempt to make the order right. Not going back anytime soon without a serious change in cooking practices. read more

Food is decent, the place is clean and I've never had a bad server. Always get my drink refilled quickly and food is always hot and fresh.

Very popular restaurant here in Brighton, always busy and if they aren't when you get there they will be. Food is good still.miss the jalapeño poppers they had back in the day, but the fried pickles are pretty good. I have always loved their salads so you can't go wrong there. read more

They have helped our team by having a night where a percentage of the proceeds from our purchases goes to our team. The food is great. Wait staff were super busy but still took care of us. I appreciate how they were able to juggle all of their customers and still meet all or needs. Very professional. One of my children were having a rough time and the waitress took time to make her feel better! That in my book is amazing! Most people would just try to ignore the child but not here! Big disappointment! My husband's ribeye steak looks like it was boiled and then thrown on the grill to brown it. There was no steak butter topping so he was trying his hardest to eat it as unappetizing as it looked. His side of asparagus was not trimmed on the bottoms so it was Woody. As if it wasn't bad enough, It was our daughter's birthday so we decided to have dessert for dinner, however, and the lack of enthusiasm the staff showed singing to another party, she insisted she didn't want them to sing to her and now didn't want dessert either. Of note, my husband never complains at restaurants and all the waitress said when she asked how his steak was and he said "not good", her reply was "oh, can I get you another one?" Um, no. He was already plenty grossed out having dissected the little bit of steak he could get down. We paid at the table and we never saw her again, a manager never made an appearance either. I go here quite often due to the fact that there are not many choices in Brighton. Almost every single time I've been to this restaurant, I order a water and the glass is absolutely disgusting. I've had food floating in my water, along with it tasting like a mixture of pops and not water. The workers are not very friendly, and definitely not on their A game. Today (6/29/17) I received some great news and my Wife and I wanted to celebrate with a dinner out. We chose Chili's. First mistake. Next mistake, we looked at the online menu and decided on "salad, entree, and desert - $10" Got to the store and was informed by the wait staff that they no longer offered that. So then we opted for the "2 for $22". My Wife asked for the Carnita meat Fajitas and we were told that while it was on the menu, they no longer offered it. So she asked (on her next selection) if she could substitute for a baked potato and was told that they do not have baked potatoes. So, we chose the house salad and was told that they do not have French dressing - all kinds of weird dressings but nothing as simple as French. - My Wife ordered the 6oz Sirloin (medium well, no blood) and, you guessed it, it came out rare with blood all over the plate. At this point we were visited by the manager and he assured us that the steak would be right. The next steak was, indeed, medium well but was so ribboned with gristle that she chose to bring 90% of it home for our dogs. - The manager was helpful and offered to "discount" our meal - which was fine except when we received the bill we paid and left. After getting into our car she looked at the bill. The "2- for $22" came to 21.96 (with one drink) AFTER he discounted the bill, except we were charged for another steak and the bill claimed there were three of us (at a 2 person booth). - To be fair, our wait staff was very good with the possible exception of ordering Ice Water and receiving tea. - The service was surprising given that several new restaurants are now opening in Praire Center. At this rate, this particular location should be bankrupt in a matter of months. It's a shame, but we will not be back. read more

I have never used curbside service in my life until today. I guess I always felt I shouldn't be that lazy, but today I gave in. Bartender brought me my food but forgot to include the extra dressing, so I had to in anyways. When I told her it wasn't in the bag, she reacted like 'EXTRA dressing?! Wow, umm ok'. She left and came back shortly and handed me the extra dressing of which the container was covered in dressing. She plopped it right in my hand and walked off. I had to go back to my car and open the utensil package to use the napkin to wipe off my hands. I would think if your bagging up a curbside order that you would make sure you have everything in there. I would think you would do that no matter what anyways. I guess I shouldn't have tipped 30%. Maybe if they are gonna give bad service like this they should wait until you get there to decide on the tip. read more

We love the food at Chili's but the customer service is terrible. As a result of bad experience after bad experience my family and I rarely come here. When we do there no change in how we are treated at this location. Surprisingly Chili's poor customer service has nothing to do with their waiters and waitresses but with the folks at the front who seat customers. This time around the lady tried to tell me that the people who had been seated before us were ahead of us. I know this was true as we had pulled up in the parking lot well before the other guests. Additionally we had put our names on the list and it was confirmed via the link that was text to me that we were first. She sat three groups before she sat us down. I believe that was only because I let her know that I had watched three groups of customers be sat and I knew they had not waited nearly as long as we had (by that time we had waited for 30 minutes. At max the other customers waited 5-10 minutes). If there was an additional Chili's in Brighton we'd go there first before we came to this location. Terrible customer service. read more

So we are just in town for a soccer tournament, it's my mother in laws bday, so hey, why not go to Chili's right?? I fucking love chilis. It's in a nice part of town and everything so service has to be nice, right? SO FUCKING WRONG. Everything was going fine until it took fucking 30 minutes for one appetizer, AN HOUR for our food which came out COLD and (call me picky but I think it's common curtesy) the waitress didn't even apologize for the wait. My family and I stopped in there for lunch. After sitting there for an hour wondering where our food was and what's taking so long. Watching people that came in after us eat their food and leave. Our waitress finally came over and informed us that she forgot to put in the order. Then said they would give us a free appetizer or dessert. Which made me laugh because they offer that with a simple coupon or rewards. Which I had in my hand already, easy out for them. Needless to say the waitress and the manager both dropped the ball and they need to get some more training. Six years ago this was a decent place to eat; not anymore. The past few years with an exploding population they have just gotten too busy and are too small. Regardless of day or time you're likely to wait at least 20 mins. for seating. Staff are usually friendly enough but are overworked meaning they don't/can't take very good care of you. It could all be forgiven if the food was decent. It is not. Cold and rubbery and just bad. The kitchen has gone down hill over the past few years. I ate some decent meals there back in '09 and '10. Now I will not be returning. Unfortunately if you live out this way choices for decent dining are limited for now. Hopefully that will improve as more and more move here but until then you're better off trying Thornton, Westminster, Denver etc. read more

Yes, this is a chain restaurant, but it did quite nicely. Yes, it is a bar and a restaurant, so you can either go to the open seating side or the restaurant side. Please note that there might be a slight delay in the food arriving, but that is because the staff is a bit overworked. Guess they can't get enough people out there on a Sunday night. Still, the place does fill up. Now, don't come to Chili's thinking you're going to encounter the spicest food around. It is fairly tame. On the other hand, it does seem to have a good taste. Didn't seem that bland, but was, instead, quite nice. I may have had better food, but this was pretty good. The service was friendly and willing to spend some time talking if the tables weren't filling, but at game time, it sure filled up fast. Still, the broccoli was steamed nicely, and the ribeye was tasty. Just wasn't that quick a service. I'll probably go back because the food was reasonable and the location in Prairie Center was convienent for me. read more

I don't know what the food is like because no one even noticed I was there. At about 9:30 PM I pulled up to the bar. No bartender in sight. With the exception of one server who was tending tables it seems all the employees were in the back chatting up a storm and doing work that probably should be done after close. After being ignored for almost 10 minutes I got up and left. Buffalo Wild Wings is better anyways. read more
