Service Was Horrible. Waitresses were arguing in front of out table about being short handed and not wanting to help clear tables. At one point there were 6 dirty tables on our side and they couldn't even seat anyone. With no customers being seated you would think we would get our food,. But no! Out food from start to finish took 1 hours and 30 minutes to come out. I ordered a medium steak the came out well done to the point you could barely cut it. They did remove it from the bill. At one time I would of given this location 2 starts. I think they may have got their act together. Last 2 times I was there, the service was great. I've had bad service before and this place definitely is in the top 10 of worst services ever! My bf and I can in on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty empty, we decided to sit at the bar. A family had just left so there was only two other people at the bar plus me and my bf. Our server, Gina (by her name on our receipt) was chatting with them when we sat down. Thing started out pretty well, but it quickly went down hill. She took our order and things were slowly coming out. But it was obvious that she was paying much more attention to the other patrons than us. I get that you have regulars that come in and chat and such, but your other customers need you too. We shouldn't have to try at least 3 times to flag you down to ask you a simple request. Not once the whole time we where there do she check up on us and she was standing in front of us the whole time chatting away. There was one other girl there working with her and she was chatting with the other table and restocking. Tried to get her attention and was ignored as well. This place is a scam! I went to chili's after 3-4 years of not going because last time the food was terrible. I decided to go again because it was a relatives birthday and somehow we ended here... Oh what a nightmare! To start of the food here was disgusting. I thought there might have been a chance that it was going to be better than the previous time but NO! The server was rude as can be. I however decided not to say anything and left. It was not until I was checking my bank account that I realized the amount debited was incorrect. I have been to this Chili's location about five times since moving to the area last year, and continue to have negative experiences. Some highlights include: My boyfriend ordered dinner to go, got home and his ribs were almost freezing cold (we live two miles away from the restaurant). He called to let the management know his food wasn't even lukewarm and asked for a refund. Never got the credit to his CC. During another visit I ordered the two for one house margaritas. I asked for a second round and once I got my bill I saw that I was charged for the more expensive margaritas mixed with Tito's vodka instead of the house marg prices. Lastly, a few days ago when my boyfriend walked in at 7 pm on a Thursday, there was no hostess to be found to seat us. After waiting around a few minutes we grabbed a booth in the bar area. The only available table was filthy dirty with plates and cups all over it. Once the table was cleaned off, we ordered the white queso appetizer. As soon as it arrived at the table I noticed It looked very watery and soggy. It looked like a bowl of soup instead of gooey, melty cheese. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it, but the taste matched the appearance. Disgusting. My boyfriend who is the most easy going person agreed and could not believe how watery it was. Our waiter took it away, and asked us if we were ready to place our entree orders, but after tasting the "queso soup" I lost my appetite.... so we paid for our drinks and left. Service is terrible, extremely slow, waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us, food was OK not really worth it considering the attitude it came with, restaurant was also pretty dirty I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like but I can't imagine it's very clean. 2/10 much room for improvement. read more

We go to that place almost every week. We like the reasonable price the food the atmosphere and the service. However this place is dirty!!! The tables are wiped with dirty cloth, the floor is not clean and the restrooms are outdated and dirty. So please owners of the place, do something about it we are loosing our patience. Growing up over the years, going to Chilli's for lunch or after a tiring day at school has always been one of my favorite things to look forward to. For the time my family and I have been customers there, they have never failed to impress us- only until recently. It might be a switch in managers or batch of new employees that were the cause, but the service has cause from incredible to unbearable. When we arrived, we immediately headed to the bar-seating area because that's where my family and I prefer to sit, of course until we saw that all of the tables were vacant and miles high with leftover meals and silverware from customers that had already left. Assuming someone would come by within a couple of moments, we persisted to sit in the area regardless. The process of ordering our appetizers and drinks went by smoothly, but the wait for our food- not so much. After 45 minutes went by, not only did our waiter bring out a completely blackened entree, it was also entirely different than what I had originally ordered. To add to that, we were also accompanied by an impersonable waiter, restaurant manager, and we were still surrounded by loads of garbage by the end of our wait. I would love to write an impeccable closing about how lovely the food was to make up for the horrible experience we had, but unfortunately, we couldn't even get to it. If you want a sanitary and fast-paced restaurant experience, I do not recommend this place for you. read more

Went to this Chilis (after not going to Chilis in over 2 years) for a special occasion, and what I left with was horrible experience. Not only their food was bad (Bad doesn't even describe, it's more towards gross/vomit), but the employees that they have are thieves. I found a dry hair stuck to the plate and they didn't even found it disgusting or even apologize. The waiter gave himself a 50% tip... What?????? He threw out the original receipt and forged my signature... Here is the kicker the so called "Company" needs to investigate... This is something every frequent that Chilis employees do, just type in a search agent Chilis credit card fraud. This is a criminal act, they should fire this employee but what it seems when speaking to so called management it seems that they are all running this scam. This restaurant and all Chilis restaurants are disgusting... I will never,ever, recommend this dump. I can and will do the opposite... If I could give them a 0 I would put tripadvisor doesn't let me. If you still have the courage and decide to give it a chance just beware of your bank account and make sure you dont get a hair on your plate/food. read more

I hadn't been to a chilis in a few years and went against my better judgment and decided to get a couple burgers to go for my husband and I. The lady who helped me was very nice but that was the only upside. The to go area is located right infront of the kitchen area. It looked pretty dirty and the whole area kinda smelled like dirty rags. I told myself to just not think about it and that everything would be fine! I went in my car and waited the 15 mins for them to be done. When I went back inside I was waiting there a couple mins before anyone came out and it gave me more time to observe the area. Directly in my sight there was a garbage can (with a lid on it that had a little opening) and it was absolutely disgusting. It literally looked like it had been in a dumpster for a month. The thing was covered in nastiness. Then to my horror I see a waiter put the carrier that holds the salt and pepper on top of it and then...THE KETCHUP. It's the kind where the part you open in on the bottom so the next person who gets that ketchup will be touching the lid when they open it that was sitting on top of that disgusting garbage can. Right after witnessing that the lady came out with my food. I bit my tongue and just took it and left. When I got home (luckily I only like a few mins away) I sat down to try to enjoy by burger. I unwrap it and go to take my first bite and when I bite down and attempt to pull the burger away a giant hair is in my mouth. I feel like throwing up just thinking about it.
