Just finished a fabulous dinner here with my husband and while the food was hot fresh well seasoned and delicious as always what really made the difference was the service. Our server, Lindsay, went above and beyond for us and just overall sweetheart. Very impressed-- thank you very much! read more

First time at any Chili's. It is your typical chain restaurant with many options on the menu. We went on a Wednesday night & the 4 of us were seated quick. They have many weekday specials & we took advantage of an appetizer nacho deal. The service was fast and efficient. Between us we had burgers, chicken fajitas & steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal. read more

the red haired waitress yeah well lil miss elmo took 45 MINUTES to bring my husband n kids our drinks and we had to keep asking other very busy servers to ask where she was. we ended up ordering very small meals just to get out of there! read more

We went to the Stroudsburg location for our date night. I would have been the 2nd time for me to go to this location and the 1st time for my husband. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait which we were alright with waiting however I seen empty sits at the bar so we were going to sit at the bar. When we told the host the bartender walked by and asked if he was alright. I tried to explain to the host that I work in the restaurant busy and I understand we would have to wait for him to get to us and we would have been fine with waiting however he told the host NO. So at that point we left. I'm sorry buy you don't so NO in front of the customers. It would have been better to say yes can you get them a drink while they wait. But the male bartender decided to say NO and walked away which left the host to stand there not knowing what to say. Some customers understand that restare still understaffed but that behavior from the bartender was rude and unprofessional. read more

New menu items are few and far between. Seriously the franchise did not do anything good for it's franchisees. I give you 3 stars because of the servers. You lose 2 because the Chilis franchise screwed the pooch on its menu changes. read more

Having not eaten ate Chili's for a while my wife and I decided to go for salads at the Chili's on 611 near Stroudsburg, PA. I realize it is Labor Day but this restaurant was severely understaffed. We order our two signature salads and asked for the dressing on the side. Our waitress not only forgot the dressing but she spent the next 20 mins taking new orders apologizing for not bringing the dressing. By the time we got it the chicken was cold. I know this sounds like a minor detail but if I'm going to pay $11 for a sale I should get at least what I ordered. Disappointing. Done with Chili's.... again. read more

I don't know much about this place stay away on the weekends parking is just as bad as the wait it loud in here so don't come on a date unless u don't mind crazy yelling people read more

Jeremy (spelling) was amazing. Thanks for the great service! Will come back again just for him. The food was fast and the drinks were cold. read more

Maybe it's bc I haven't had chilis in a while, or the food here is really damm good! I'll go with the foos being good. We ordered the triple dipper and bottomless chips. Both were spot on and are big portions. I had the boneless buffalo chicken salad and i forgot what everyone else had, but they all enjoyed their meals. My only complaint was they loaded up the salad with dressing. Other than that, nice clean, friendly chili's with good food. read more

In NY the chilis is dirty. I walked into a bathroom stall and there was poop on the floor it was Gross. The table wasn't clean. Food okay not much to pick from if you have kids, long waits but other then that foods okay. read more

Horrible experience while visiting in PA. Walked in last night and saw three employees at the front talking. They all ignored us for a few minutes before one of the staff who walked away came back and ask us if we would like to sit. The table they put us was dirty with visible areas with grease. After sitting for 10 minutes waiting no one came over and acknowledge us, that when we get up and walked out. My 1st and last experience with Chili's. read more

Waited for almost 30 mins without any server to come by.... While White customers who came after us got served... Never had this experience in any other chilis read more

Eh, salad was ok , quesadillas were small, desert menu is limited and very over priced.

This service has gone downhill since they remodeled. The menu got much smaller than it use to be . The tortillas were always free when this place opened now they charge 3 bucks for it . Our Waiter had no personality whatsoever and it took him forever to take our order . Very bad experience and dissatisfaction tonight . we had come here a lot in the past never experienced this behavior from the staff . read more

Had lunch Saturday afternoon, around 3. We had joe as our server. He took a little bit to initially greet us, which is fine. However, he didn't take the drink order or ask about an appetizer. Instead, he came back several minutes later to take the whole order. I found this to just be laziness. Especially once I saw that was how he handled every table he had. (Two other tables were sat in his section during our time there) We ordered our drinks, soups and entrees. Our drinks arrived and someone else brought out our soups, food runner or host, not sure. The soups were luke warm, not even remotely hot. Joe didn't check in, see how it was, or if we needed anything. If he did, I would have simply asked for it to be heated up. We didn't see him again until our entrees came out, including pre bussing the table. The entrees were great. Chicken enchiladas are always outstanding.)Although again, he never came back to check. He offered me a box, which I accepted, and then waited for, after watching him walk by twice empty handed. Overall, it wasn't terrible. We never tip less than 20%, usually 25-30%. Just because we tipped well, I don't want joe to think he did well. He did the bare minimum and it showed that he had zero motivation or hustle. read more

I find that this location is pretty inconsistent. The burgers and fries are always great but some of the other dishes are either amazing or horrible. I generally enjoy it and think the service is pretty good. It is also a good family environment-- the bar area is never noisy even on Saturday nights. read more

I really love this chain. Love hearing the sizzling pans coming out of the ovens carrying grilled meats and veggies to make your own tortillas. read more

We stopped in for a late dinner. We seated at a booth next to the bar, which was OK since Thursday Night Football was starting. We ordered the 2 for $20. The chips and guacamole for appetizer. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my companion had the chicken and pork fajita. Everything was to the normal Chili's quality. I had a bottle of Smithwick's in a frosted mug - best part of the dinner. Overall, a basic and good experience. read more

Saturday afternoon must be a slow time of the day for this place. After being seated, we needed get the manager to get us a server. Then after ordering drinks, we had to wait for the bartender serve several tables before preparing our drinks. At least the food was served at a reasonable time and good. Don't go there if you're hungry and want something quick. read more

Took 45 minutes after getting seated at the table to even get our drinks. Once the drinks got there they then took our order, then 45 minutes later we get our food. Didn't see our waiter for 45 minutes while waiting for food, so we all had empty drinks for 45 minutes. The food finally comes out and most of it was cold and dried out. So unorganized and inefficient. Definitely a lack of managerial leadership and oversight over employees and any sense of customer service. Jeremy was a horrendous server. He was cocky and very inattentive, disappearing for 45 minutes at a time. Manager came out after we asked for him when our checks came. He was nice and accommodating. Not coming back for a long time. read more

Not a fan of the chain " happy hour " restaurants...You know...Fridays ,Applebees, Chili's, you get the picture...I would never choose one. Stopped with a group of 40....yes 40... we called ahead, we were 30 min late..but they were very accommodating, given the time and location of this restaurant. My Chili was warm, not hot and then ordered potatoe soup, ice cold.. You think if they call the place Chili's, this would be a signature dish and the portion size was very small...I ordered a bowl...waiter and waitresses were polite and at tentative and if you grabbed on going by with an issue, you didn't get the brush off..I'll get your server.. read more

While visiting the Poconos we stopped in. Our server John was awesome! Very personable and attentive.

I am giving this Chili's location 2 stars because of their service. The food is fine here, it's Chili's so it's like any other Chili's chain you would go to. However, I have done their "Carside to go" about 3 times and I keep telling myself I'd give them another chance and I'm always disappointed. I will place my order, let's say for example, at 4:45pm. It says my pick up time is 5:10pm. I even sometimes give them extra time and I do not show up until 5:15pm. I am still in my car, in the parking lot waiting for someone to come out at 5:30pm! How are you going to say the order pick up is ready at 5:10pm and then still have your customer waiting 20 minutes later?? Or at least send someone out to say it will be a little bit longer. They just have you sitting there in the car waiting without even acknowledging you in the parking lot. One time I even had to go in because I arrived at 5:10pm and was still waiting in the parking lot at 5:45pm. I went in to ask where my food was and it still was not even ready when I had placed the order at 4:40pm. I think they just forgot or did not look at their to go orders, honestly. It is ridiculous. The restaurant was empty when I went in so there is no excuse, unless they are understaffed and if that is the reason - then hire more staff. Like I said, food is fine - it's average for Chili's. But the service is just horrible. read more

THE ONE AND ONLY REASON WAS FOR THE COOKIE SKILLET BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY!!! Also the service was poor, with the entre coming before the salads. After eating the salads the waitress asked us to bring our salad plates to a different table. This is just not a proper thing to do at a restaurant when you're a paying customer. I AM STILL VERY UPSET ABOUT COOKIE SKILLET!! read more

Great customer service. Food was good. Kids had a great time. Server was very attentive and kind. The rest was clean

I've never been to chili's before until yesterday. I was a little disappointed when the waiter took us to our table. The table was dirty, food under the table and that table tablet was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. I told the waiter can you please clean up which they did. The food was just as I expected. I really enjoyed it. Apart from the dirty table everything was great. I'll try it again. read more

I come here quite frequently. The service is amazing! They are super duper nice. I usually either get the 2 for 20 or my new favorite the 2 for 35. read more

I love Chili's but this location was very disappointing. 6pm on a Sunday. Food order took way too long. My food was over cooked. Cheese was hard. Son's burger was extremely greasy. 2 empty appetizer and four drinking glasses as well as all garbage sat on the table for the entire meal nothing was ever taken off. Long time between waitress visits. Unhappy to find out this Location does not participate in rewards program. Even the bathrooms were horrible. Dirty, non working door latches. Motion sensor sinks don't want to work and absolutely no water pressure. Barely a trickle. Motion sensor towels also not working. I won't revisit this location. read more

Second time I've been to chilis in 4 years first time they screwed my order up, second visit my burger wasn't cooked well I asked for them to cook it a little longer 20 minutes later they brought me a new burger but it wasn't the same type of burger I ordered this one had some type of mayo stuff on it I threw it aside and left will never go back to this restaurant again read more

I love this place, and our server was AWESOME!! But on the website you cannot change the toppings on your food

We ordered takeout. Went to pick up and ended up waiting 20 minutes for just the mashed potatoes. Rest of our food was cold, and incorrect. They gave us free chips and salsa but doesn't make up for the extremely disappointing overall meal. Will not return. read more

Service was terrible. We were seated next to a big party, and saw our waitress once to order and once for the check ( after we flagged her down). Was not her fault of course, the host was terrible with seating people and had a bad attitude. read more

Last nite I had dinner by myself at Chili's in Bartonsville, PA. My server was Kira, I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was an extremely good server, very attentive, friendly and helpful! I am in the restaurant business myself and do not get the opportunity often to go out and eat so when I do I look forward to it. She made sure my dining experience was on point! The food was absolutely awesome. My steak was prepared perfect, which is very important to me! The only suggestion I have, is maybe make the soup hotter, but then again I love HOT soup! It wasn't cold or luke warm, just could be hotter for me. Thank you Chili's for making my nite out great! read more

Service is great, very patient staff. The food was hot and fresh, I always stop in here for chips and salsa are a great time!

Stopped by while on vacation in the Poconos. The service a A+++. Very attentive. The food was pretty good too. I took off a star cause it was hot and muggy. Seems they were trying to conserve energy and either lowered or shut off the AC. All else was fine. read more

We were in town to shop the outlets & thought we'd stay with known eateries---it was very crowded, the wait staff was nice ---but, the food looked like it was thrown on plates, it did not smell very good (so we left) and the worst part was the excrement all over the women's bathroom---we feel sorry for who ever had to clean that up..... read more

food was average. Server was nice and did a good job taking care of us. I asked for hot sauce with my burrito or whatever the hell I ordered, and they brought out tabasco sauce. For one, I hate tabasco sauce, and don't consider it hot sauce (it's chili sauce). And secondly, how could you be a Mexican restaurant and not only have no selection of hot sauces, but no hot sauce at all (except tabasco)? The food and drinks are overpriced, which is par for the course with these big chain restaurants. Truthfully, I only went because someone I went with had a coupon for a free meal. It was okay, but I wouldn't ever feel particularly compelled to return to a Chili's. Rather get real Mexican food. read more
