This is definitely a typical chain restaurant, so it was as I expected. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great. Most of the menu has heavy meal options, so to try to remain on the lighter side, I got the Santa Fe salad, without the tortilla strips...it was better than expected for sure. My daughter got the triple dipper (the new TikTok craze lol). She really liked the mozzarella sticks and the chicken tenders; she was not a fan of the sliders. Went to Chili's on Tuesday may,5,2026 and it was horrible. It was me,my wife,my son,my mother and niece. We ordered two appetizers the small burgers with chicken crisp and mozzarella sticks, that was good. The chips and salsa/guacamole was good. The dinner which was 3 orders of chicken ranch quesadillas and order of chicken crisp. The quesadillas was all burnt. Barely had anything in them. Most of the piece was just cheese and burnt cheese at that. It looked they try to reheat all of them by putting new added cheese on them and then heated on a panini press. My wife order had nothing at all. It was burnt cheese on quesadilla bread. Then we got the cookie with ice cream. It wasn't even warm. I know people probably complained so much of it use to being hot that the ice cream faster than you could eat it so I understand why it came out not hot,but it could've came out warm at least. The taste to the cookie was also different. We all came home with stomach aches and my son didn't even eat. Just drank strawberry lemonade. The waiter Dave was very nice and attentive to us. Never missed a beat,he was good. Managers came by and asked if we was good, we just said yes cause we don't like to make a scene or anything. Never complain to people handling your food that's when they spit in your food. So because of that ,we just keep to ourselves. But I am writing this review Because I will not be going back to chilis ever again. This ain't the only chilis this happened to us. Even Staten Island New York chilis was the same. Everything costed $130 gave $150. Not worth the money at all. If you go here, drink the drinks and get the appetizer but don't order any further. You will be disappointed. read more

Management claim after seeing this burnt bread, instead of apologizing their mistake and offer to replace, they said it is very normal and have no problem eating them. They can enjoy their own burnt food as much as they want but we would not. I literally asked the management more than ten times if they would agree bread was burnt or not. They said, no, they did not admit even once. Those managers shouldn't be in the service industry. All we needed was apology and replacement, but instead of that, they were so afraid to admit it was burnt and saying they would eat that and it is completely normal. I would be very surprised after seeing these pictures if anybody can disagree this wasn't burnt bread as management was claiming it is normal to chile's restaurant. We have experienced other locations.I believe this is specific to this location.We always had a lot better experience with other locations. This is why management is important. As you can see in my track record, I do not leave bad review to a business instead, I just don't have to go back there but this is first time ever, since they were so rude and and they were doing their bast to provoke us to get more upset to make sure we were complaining for nothing. Once again, mistake can happen, it's not about the food. It's about how management handle their mistakes. Also the ambience of this location in particular makes it different from other food chain restaurants and that also sets the place apart. so on a random Wednesday me and my friends went to chilies and it was absolutely dead, no one to be seen. so we get seated and it was a 10 min wait, mind you there just sitting there talking. as we get seated and order our food, it takes about 20 minutes so not bad but we got our triple dipper and I don't know what to say but I ordered chicken crispers and I just got crisper bites like no chicken just crisp and sauce and it was burnt. than I had this bus boy who was really rude and kept giving us dirty looks and giggling at us. i felt like me and my group where being racially profiled because we where a group of Spanish people getting a meal. All our food was cold. They up charged us for a substitution with black bean patty on a salad instead of chicken that was offered by the server without informing us. I asked the server about it and she removed it. The worst was their Ziosk that is on the table has games to play that easily attracts the kids to play, but doesn't stop for parental consent as it charges $3 for the game pass access. That is fraudulent as it is basically attaining consent from kids to charge the parents credit card. Won't ever be back! read more

We called about the wait list earlier in the day, they put us on it hours later and told us to arrive 30 mins before our reservation to make sure we got seated on time. We did and ended up waiting another 2 hours before we were seated (an hour and a half after our reserved time) despite being on the wait list. Server was nice but I would have appreciated a heads up about not needing to arrive so early. Long story short, waitlist doesn't mean anything because you'll wait the same time anyway from check in. read more

Pretty standard Chili's experience. Sat at the bar as there was a 30 minute wait for a table! Ordered a 3 for $10 with a soda, Southwest Chicken Soup, and a bacon cheeseburger. I don't know why they ask you how you want your burger cooked and then serve it to you well done 90% of the time! Also, I think they soak their fries in salt water as there wasn't a grain of salt on my fries, yet they were salty! Soup also tasted salty! Kim the bartender provided friendly and great service! We had excellent service. Both the host Shiela and our waiter Kevin were awesome. I have a shellfish and nut allergy and not only did they try to find out for their own, they also showed me how to check no matter which chili's location we went to. It was clean and the music was good energy. They were very sweet to my service dog as well. I enjoyed coming here. I am from nyc visiting my parents for the holidays so my mom is familiar with this location. The waiter actually knew what my mom would want while i didn't. The place was half full or empty, whichever way you look at it. No one waiting to be seated. Came in with 4 adults and 4 smaller children. The wait time is 45 min to an hour. They said they can't handle anymore people because the kitchen would be overwhelmed. It just doesn't make sense taking everything in consideration. With no one waiting to be seated the next table to be sat would be 45 minutes minimum. I can't see this place staying open much longer if it can't handle more than half capacity. Cooperate should definitely step in and figure out what's going on at this place. read more

This Chilis is usually pretty good with customer service, but this time we got seated and waited 15 minutes just until a server came to get our drink order. 15 MINUTES. After she kept saying give me a second guys give me a second it still took 15 MINUTES. All we ordered was chips and salsa and another appetizer. Now the appetizers somehow manages to come out before our beverages. Not too sure how that works but it did. Then I find this dark looking chip which completely ruins my appetite. Overall they are very friendly in there but it just took forever to get waited on, we got our apps before our drinks, and found a bad lookin chip.
