Everytime we come to dine here it's always dirty and I'm not sure why?

Food is good but several Texas roadhouses are not kept clean and that's a huge turn off when you go in to eat and you're spending good money . It was brought to my attention that they have someone who comes weekly to clean but why not several times a week ? It's unacceptable to have sticky matter u get the lip of the tables , or to have several areas of dust in the saddles and hanging over the tables . Benches in the booth need to be completely wiped down and not just the surface . People have legs that touch the front of the benches . I know this may sound petty but this is a food establishment . Any place that serves food needs to pay attention to cleanliness ! Having dim lighting doesn't mean you neglect the thing that matters the most ( being clean ) . This doesn't only doesn't apply to this location but the one in Middletown Ny , montage mountain road in Pa . Can't only have quality food and work out furniture . They make the money now put it into the restaurants and update the benches in the booths and table tops .

I love love love this place. Their bread is so soft and fluffy, their butter is so cinnamon-y... it's to die for. I have no self control and end up eating so much bread I don't have space for the delicious entree!!!! Please come here with self control, my best advice. I always order the largest steak medium rare. Amazing. Good steak is when you don't have to use steak sauce to force yourself to down it. This place has good steak and flavoring. It's juicy and just the right amount of seasoning that it's not overbearing or anything. Their blooming onion is good, standard throughout the food industry. It wasn't amazing, it's enjoyable. But I couldn't eat anymore because the bread was too much. The kids meal was a good portion for my two year old. We got the grilled chicken. Service was good, waitress was checking up on us many times. I love their decor, there's taxidermied creatures all around. We sat next to an armadillo, super cute but forgot to get a pic. Next time !

Stopped for lunch . We got half rack of ribs and fries. Also had bacon cheeseburger. Food was very good! Those buns were crazy good! Service was great! The place was hopping and very big inside with a nice bar!

So I would normally not even leave a rating for a large chain like this but we ate here and had noticed a few things worth mentioning so here we go. Normally on a trip here I would get a ribeye but it was lunchtime so I decided to go with a burger. Four people at our table got burgers. Mine was to be medium rare, two medium, and a medium well. Mine was the closest to temp but was still a bit under, while all of the other 3 came out rare. I would normally overlook this but being a steakhouse and focusing on temps all day everyday, this is something you'd assume wouldn't happen here. The server left the few people with chicken tenders meals and the other with a ribs meal (as well as mine) their food while the other burgers were re-cooked. We now have 4 people eating from our party and 3 people not eating. If something like this were to happen again (which it shouldn't at a steakhouse) I would suggest leaving the other diners their sides at least so it wasn't such a major separation of people eating to people waiting for food. The burger itself was honestly pretty good for what it's worth, just a frustrating experience as a whole.

First time in a Texas Roadhouse - good food at reasonable prices. We went on a Saturday evening when it was very busy and it was a bit chaotic up by the host stand. The online waitlist system does seem to work pretty well though. For our entrees, we had the Prime Rib (impressive!), 1/2 Slab Ribs (not bad) and the Pulled Pork Dinner (just a little dry). Very lively atmosphere - great for groups, not so much for quiet conversation

It was a great time. Celebrated my honey's birthday at his favorite restaurant. Everything was great. I actually enjoyed something we hadn't experienced. We were able to pick the steak we wanted to eat. That was a cool touch. The service was great. The drink was okay. Very busy place but very good tracking of customers. The wait was a bit lengthy but well worth it. The place was super busy and bustling with families enjoying the food. Great place!

My girlfriend and I decided to go for some appetizers after a day of facials. We both had a few drinks and for appetizers we had the bullion onion and potato skins loaded with bacon and cheese. And a few orders of there complimentary rolls. We enjoyed everything, we did tell our waitress we would like to place to go orders at the end of our appetizers, that we would call he over when we were ready to order. She must of came over 6 times to see if we were ready to order yet.... It started to really annoy us , to the point we just ordered. I ordered an 8oz filet medium for my husband, as you can see from the picture, it was rare. As we left we were given bags of peanuts from a very Pleasant gentleman. Losing a star for the waitress who was very pushy.

Some friends recommended to dine to this place when visiting them. I'd been meaning to try this franchise when we were in Texas 4 years but did not get the chance. Today the opportunity is given. As what I heard they are known for their hot breads, best to eat while waiting for the rest of the order. They are not lying. It is soft and tasty . I think everyone is wishing to deliver the order longer for full enjoyment of the breads. Our server was sweet and efficient. We were a group of 8 but the order did not take long. I am satisfied with my order expectations. My steak is cooked on how I wanted it. Juicy and hearty. The veggies on the sides complimented my meat. They could smother my meat with onions, mushrooms , cheese or gravy for extra charge but I want my steak clean and simple, thanks though for the offer. The ambiance is Texas environment. Fascinating decor. Visible view of bread and steak preparation. Cool! Am I coming back? For a great experience here, yes . Be ready that even if you have a reservation, ( yes they accept a reservation to wait!) , there will still be a wait time due to popularity of the franchise.

The food is great, the service is always good. It can get a little loud and crowded on Friday and Saturday nights, it worth the wait.

Walking through the doors we felt immediately at home. The atmosphere is warm, charming and genuinely inviting it strikes a raw violence between cozy and elevated what I call an upscale, mom and pop spot, especially since the owners are hands-on present, and it surely shows in the care they put into the place. The staff was just as personable. Our server was not only attentive, but took the time to chat with us about the area and even gave us a couple laughs with some stories of the locals. This is truly a place for travelers and the community. We didn't order full entrées this time just a basic chicken sandwich and a burger, which were decent, but not particularly memorable. unfortunately I don't feel like we got the full picture of what the kitchen can do, especially watching the steaming stromboli walk past our table. After reading other reviews, I feel like we lost out by not ordering one of those famous pizzas or well-thought-out entrées. That said I don't think it would be fair to judge this place based entirely on our simple sandwiches. What I will base this review on is not just the meal but the atmosphere and hospitality. Cherry Creek Hideaway is the place that makes you want to come back and stay a little longer. Next time for a proper dinner for sure. The restaurant felt very welcoming. My husband ordered a pizza half with pepperoni and half with just cheese, we both thought it was too doughy for our taste, and I ordered an original calzone. It was delicious, tastes like a huge garlic knot, filled with garlic, the only downfall was that it needed at least another scoop of the ricotta cheese mixture. I would definitely buy that again and ask for extra filling. When our order was ready, the only thing that gets us, is when asked if we want to leave a tip, a tip for what??? All the girl did was take our order and give it to us. Made us feel obligated. If I knew we had to give a tip, we would have just eaten there. Over all , we will try the place again on another dish, not the pizza. The do have a nice pavilion behind the restaurant for shows, which seems to be a nice addition.
