The waiter was great, the atmosphere was good. Our group all got burgers except me. They enjoyed the meal but said it used to be better in the past. Who knows? I made the mistake of ordering salmon at a burger restaurant. Salmon with broccoli and Cole slaw for health reasons. Salmon was small and overcooked, broccoli was the smallest pieces I have ever seen. I know prices are way up but no actual broccoli chunks? I called our lunch in as I was leaving work. I get there, and it's not ready yet. No problem, I can wait a few minutes. I'm watching the workers, and none of the food is ready, some food was ready for the tables, but not all the food is ready for that table. Just complete chaos. Food coming out at all different times. After 45 mins, of calling in my order, it's wrong and missing stuff. Now, they tell me another 5 mins. I walked out, and will never go back there. I guess no lunch for me today. It was getting dark around five thirty pm and since I had early lunch I was hungry for thick juicy veggie burger which I could get at Red Robin since I had one few months ago. It also comes with steak fries. Also Red Robin has mixed cocktails along with beer choices which is a plus. So I went for lime Margarita which I like. Ordered veggie NOT impossible burger You could see the picture I have taken after rejecting first they brought up. My waitress Jamie was kind enough to see that first burger was not what photo in website menu shows.. second order was done right by the cook I guess .. worthy of changing my star rating to Five.. since I got there just before six pm I good great seating at booth. Within an hour being Thursday before Thanksgiving, I guess , two large group of eight or ten people showed up and many couples also since this restaurant is in mall. I really wanted something sweet and came to Red Robin. I parked in the parking lot and walked in. I was greeted and decided to sit at the bar. Jamie was my bartender and she was nice. I ordered the brownie cake and pinot nior. They both were pretty good. Bill was affordable. All in all had a decent experience. read more

We had a great dinner at Red Robin last night. The restaurant was busy but our waitress was up to the challenge and service was friendly and fast. We had delicious, crispy onion rings as our app. My daughter had mozzarella sticks as her meal and was happy with them. I had The Southern Charm burger. It was cooked perfectly and arrived still hot with hot fries on the side. My husband ordered the Pretzel Bacon Beer-Cheese Burger which was also cooked perfectly. We were really happy with our meals and the service. We were checked on frequently, which we really appreciated on a busy night. read more

I used to love Red Robin but the franchise has gone completely downhill. I paid 15 bucks for a "gourmet" burger and asked for it pink with extra crispy fries. It came out like a solid hockey puck, barely had any toppings on it, and their new bun was pathetic. The fries also came out cold, undercooked, and soggy. I'm done with this place for good...... Ill go to Wayback, Shake Shack, or 5 Guys over this place any day of the week for the same price. It's such a shame because this place used to be good. Not sure if it's poor management or they are cutting back on costs and charging the customer more...... seems like a bit of both. Won't be back ever. read more

They wouldn't serve my husband at the age of 21 because according to the "state law" you need to be 25.... Called she corrected herself after calling her out about the state law being 21 that it is company policy and she screamed at me after asking for papers of their policy. First timer here! The food was pretty good and affordable. Total was less than $70 for 2 people with onion ring tower for starters, 2 burgers with the amazing garlic fries and dessert to share. The only con was the wait time for service and food on a Saturday night... read more
