Food is always good and there's something for everyone in the family, young and old. My faves are any of their burgers. As a matter of fact, they have so many to choose from that I've been picking a new one each time I go. My fave so far is the Jalepeno Smokehouse Bacon Burger-and those jalepenos are no joke! Also on my list of faves is the Brownie Sundae, which is so rich and chocolatey I have to share it with someone...but just one someone because i can definitely eat half, lol!!!!! I've been here multiple times and I can say it's not always a treat. Their food is okay depending on what you select. Redeemed a gift card and it's a local go to now. I live and shop in this area but never stopped in for years. It's fairly busy and the menu has lots of variety. For quality chicken, steak, shrimp, burgers, ribs, etc. for a great price, it draws a crowd to celebrate birthdays, watch a game or just get out the house. Drinks and dessert are great too. I love the tablet for kids to play games that's only $0.99! My only negative is the lack of personality. Traci, my waitress was so hospitable. From the time I walked in the door she greeted and sat me at table with a plug. I have my laptop in tow, she payed close attention to details. Which is well appreciated. She then informed me of the special that I was coming in for. 3 for $10. You get a non-alcoholic drink, a starter (soup or salad), and 6 different items to choose from for your entree. She also checked to see if I was a rewards member. Should have never sat down. Hostess showed us to a table, our first clue should have been none of the tables were cleaned. We sat a good 5-10 minutes before the waiter came to our table. When he did come he dropped packets of plastic forks on the table and stated they were out of clean ones. He was very hard to understand as he spoke softly and the music was on rather loud. There were 4 of us, two of us ordered "3 for me" we waited a long time to get the appetizers. When we finally got them the soup was so thick and tasted like it was made from a concentrate and not diluted. We watched as other patrons who came in after us received their meals and we waited. Finally our food arrived, the ribs were ice cold and one meal was ordered with corn on the cob and fries but came with corn and broccoli. We notified the server and he said it is an auto correct problem. I asked for fries and never received them. We were never offered refills on our drinks and when we asked we either waited a long time or didn't get them at all. One person in our party had ordered a Margarita and never received it. When we asked about it we were told the bartender is new and had not made it yet. We all work in customer service and are very understanding of staffing shortages. However this was a horrible experience and we will never visit this location again. Chili's would be better off closing this location rather than ruining their reputation. read more

I can't believe this place is still open. This is by far the worst food and service I've ever experienced. I ordered the shrimp tacos and it was cold and BLAND, when i asked the server for something to give it some flavor, he had no suggestions so I just asked him to bring me some salsa on the side. He did so with an attitude. It didn't help the tacos, but he never came back to check on me or to ask if I wanted something else. My friend's drink sat empty for the remainder of our meal and our server was nowhere to be found, and her burger was as dry as a bone. When he finally came back at the END of the meal, he offered a drink refill. Pathetic. Lower your prices or just shut your doors because our $45 tab was NOT worth anything here. read more

We show up 15 minutes later and are told 15-20 minute wait. We wait 20 minutes and are seated. We waited 20 minutes for a server and left. I understand staffing shortages, but don't lie. The Chili's restaurant #636 off of Austell Road where do I begin about the lack of customer service! Given 2 stars instead of 1 because the food / drinks were great & salute to Kiyon for his recovery efforts - I sat for ten minutes with no greeting then finally I was able to flag down a Male server by the name of Kiyon who was quite nice and service focused. I noticed that there was a manager namedTommy and I wanted to speak with him regarding the service or lack thereof from the waitress Leah. In the middle of me expressing my concerns about my wait time and lack of acknowledgement, he said oh okay and begin to walk off while I was still speaking...never apologizing for his server - never asking me how he can make it right - Thank God Kiyon was there to serve as recovery efforts for both. Now is it a coincidence that every table there after where the guest "looked like Leah" was waited on properly with laughter and enthusiasm.. never did I get that service - what's the difference between Leah and I or the difference between her other tables and myself??? I'll leave that for your future consumers to figure out. In a culture where diversity is celebrated and restaurants such as chilis are competing for consistent patronage, I would really challenged the manager Tommy, who never came over to try to make the service levels right, but went to the table sitting right next to me multiple times to ask if they were having a good dining experience. We should never go out of our way to make the paying guest feel excluded..is this the culture that chili promotes??? I would really encourage your Executive Training Yeam to take Tommy back through Customer Service / diversity and inclusion training. I recently placed a curb side ordered, some of my order was missing, so I called the restaurant. The manager told me he'd mail me some gifts cards. It's been over two weeks and no gift cards. I went to chili's today and I spoke to the manager, he said he'd be back in two minutes with the gift card. I was left waiting for 45 minutes and no manager. I'm very big on loyalty! I haven't had Chili's in awhile and I've been wanting to have them since I saw a commercial awhile back about their queso burger. There isn't a Chili's near me so I finally was near one and decided to give them a try. We had a party of four and since it was a Saturday night they were a bit busy which was expected. We were told it was a 30 min wait in which that's about how long it took for us to be seated. Our server didn't take too long to take our drink orders, but you could tell she was a bit preoccupied. She did address us and let us know she would be with us shortly though. After taking our drink and food orders we didn't really see much of the waitress. The food didn't take too long to come out. The fries were nice and hot and the burger was okay. It lacked seasoning even with the queso and the bacon I had added to it. Overall it was just mediocre. The service wasn't very great and I probably wouldn't go back. The waitress didn't really come to see how things were until we were basically done and refilled our parties drinks when we were finished eating. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics of my meal because I was too hungry when my food came so I just dove in lol. read more

This chilli's reminds me of all others. Nothing over the top! The first thing that really stood out to me was COLD it was when it was 50 degrees outside. The air was on full blast, it was very uncomfortable to have to eat with my coat on. The portions are much different from that shown in the pictures on the menu. This Chili's has the WORST service ever! My husband and I placed an order online for curbside to-go. After ordering our confirmation said our food would be ready at a specific time and to text a specific number upon arrival and they'll bring it out. Well, I got there to pick up our order about 2-3 mins before the confirmed time, sent the text and got a reply that they'd be out by said time. Well 10 mins went by and nothing so I called. The to-go lady said ok she'd let them know. Another 10 mins go by and I called back again. Her response was that they were backed up and she'd be out soon. Note: it wasn't busy when I was there. Finally I got my food and headed for home. Of course I should have checked the food before leaving because it was inevitably WRONG! We had items left off and things that were wrong. The Yelp reviews obviously don't hurt this place. Chili's seems like a popular destination for a lot of people here. I had the half a rack Baby Back Ribs with Shiner Bock Bbq Sauce. The Shiner Bock is their most popular sauce. I thought the sauce tasted all right. It had a sweetness to it. The meat on the ribs did fall off the bone so they cooked it right. However, the ribs looked puny. They didn't really have much meat to fall off the bone. I felt like I just got 5 bones and sweet potato fries. Their sweet potato fries were meh. I didn't particularly like them. They were bland. I needed a lot of ketchup to get some flavor out of them. I also tried their hamburger. Their patty was dried out, bland, and overcooked. I felt like I was eating a hockey puck. I might dare say that was the worst burger I ate anywhere. And I have eaten at a lot of bad burger places. Our server seemed nice, but I had a hard time understanding her. It was pretty loud at Chili's, she spoke softly, and she spoke in a heavy black-Southern accent. My boneless wings were somewhat hot, temperature-wise, but they weren't as hot as they should have been. Then the waitress comes over towards the end of our visit and takes away my glass. I was not done with it, though! I was gonna pour more of my sis's margarita mix into it. Instead, I got another straw and drank straight from the remaining mix that was on the table. Then, the waitress peeks her head out and says, "Ohhh, that's how you drink it, girl! Haha!" Me- straight face. Ok...let's begin at the beginning..... My friend and I wanted a relaxing evening with burgers and beer. I remmbered it from the past that Chili's had these awesome burgers. Upon arrival, we opted to sit at the bar. The only high table that was available was dirty. After it was cleaned, we ordered the chicken nachos. I ordered the Coronarita which is a margarita and a corona. It took a little while for nachos to arrived. Having restaurant experience, sometimes the kitchen falls behind or the food sits in the window because no one wants to deliver it to the table. We ordered a mushroom swiss burger, medium cook to share. I was under the impression that the burger was what I had experienced years ago. Huge and cooked medium (like in the pic in the menu). I was disappointed. It was small, cooked well and just enough for one person.. My friend's coca-cola and water remained empty most of our visit. The server asked if I wanted another Coronarita at the end of the meal. I would have if he had asked me earlier... I was with a party of four, and we were told the wait was 30 minutes which was accurate as we were seated after about 30 min. Once being seated, it wasn't too long before our waitress came and took our drink and food orders. Since it was busy, I figured there would be a wait in general on the food. It probably took about 20 min to get our food, which I guess seemed pretty reasonable. I ordered the triple decker, a combination of three starters of your choice, with a side of fries. The food overall was mediocre; all of my food was cold, aside from my fries. It took a while for our server to come back and check on us after receiving the food, but at the end of the day I don't know that I'd expect that much from Chili's. read more
