    Lontong Feast - absolutely delicious!
    Keira C.

We absolutely love the food - very authentic, mouth-watering good, a burst of flavor in every bite. Our journey with Siska started when she catered our wedding dinner back in 2018. Since then, we have followed her wherever she goes: from her pop-ups to her food truck in the Google campus to her restaurant Warung Siska in Redwood City. We recently had her Lontong Feast delivered to our home and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Siska. You are truly a talented chef. Thank you for sharing with us your passion for Indonesian cuisine.

Chef Siska prepared an amazing buffet for a dinner reception for special guests from Indonesia. The food was delicious!! The opor chicken and beef rendang were tender and the other entrees very tasty. The faculty, students and guests were delighted by the dishes. People who were trying Indonesia cuisine for the first time raved about the flavors. Every pan and plate was empty and stomachs were full! Chef Siska was great to work with as we planned the event and menu. Communication was clear and timely. We highly recommend her and look forward to collaborating with her again!

    Pork and chicken skewers

Siska and her assistants catered a party at my home yesterday. The food was amazing, and she and her staff could not have been more attentive and helpful! We did an entire roast pig, skewers of pork, chicken and fish, noodles, and Indonesian salad. It was a lavish spread, and absolutely delicious! I recommend Cisco highly for your catering needs. Not only is Balinese food flavorful and fun to eat, but it is also visually stunning. I highly recommend ChiliCali for anyone's catering needs.

I'm Indonesian and attended one of the dinners in early 2019. If you've never had Indonesian food, this is a good place to try it. Chef Siska is passionate, has an interesting story, and creates wonderful dishes that are very authentic. The dishes she served this dinner was a little bit California-inspired but still very nice and authentic. She's now busy with her food truck but looking forward to going back to her dinners!

    Do they serve halal meat?

Hello, Ridita. We are a catering company, and will work with any dietary requests. If the client is requesting halal meat, then we can do so.

Do you allow byob? If so, how much is the corkage please?

We ordered the char kway teow and the roasted Hainanese chicken with rice. The char kway teow was the highlight. Really flavorful, and the little side of sambal gave it a nice extra kick. The Hainanese chicken was good for food court standards, though it wasn't as hot or as fresh tasting as what I've had at dedicated restaurants. That said, the rice and soup were both delicious and packed with flavor. Overall, it's a solid option if you're craving these dishes and want something quick and casual. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Everything was flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed the chili crab and the curry puff the most. The portion is quite generous and is good for sharing between two people. I liked the richness of the broth with the sweet coconut and the hints of umami from the mushrooms. I would have liked more tofu and slightly less oil in the broth. - vegan rendang rice plate (9/10): jackfruit stew with butterfly pea flower infused rice and cucumbers. The flavors in the jackfruit marinade are complex yet so well balanced. I would eat that sauce on any protein. This portion is also generous to share. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! The ambiance was nice and the food was tasty.

This came with fried wontons, fried tempeh and meatball skewer. The fried wontons were crispy and had a shrimp and herb stuffing, went well with the sweet and spicy chili sauce. Fried tempeh had batter on it, little pieces of cilantro (or some green) in batter. This went well with the sweet and spicy chili sauce. The meatball skewers had a sweet soy glaze on it, nothing too special but reminded me of an asian meatball with a sight chew/bounce to it. Overall, this was a good snack to have.

There were some photos, but it wasn't entirely intuitive which option to select. Little One got the kids' meal, noodle with soup, for $8. There are two kinds of noodles. One is more like a Ramen and the other one is more like a rice vermicelli. Little One said he liked the thick noodles better than the thin noodles. Both noodle types were okay, but not exceptional. It came with a bowl of piping hot broth. The broth has a mild flavor with some fried onion bits, more like a regular Ramen broth versus Pho broth. It is quite salty, and not very greasy or unctuous. Not a lot of depth of flavor. We didn't want to drink it by itself and ended up throwing out about half of it. It is not spicy, but you can get a small tub of chili sauce on the side. I got the Combo B ($16), which is like a sampler platter with a tiny bit of noodles (2 types), a tub of hot broth, 2 meatball skewers, 1 fried won ton. Little one said the fried wonton was really good. The meatballs were definitely the star of the show. They were not too chewy, very tasty, and had a slightly spicy glaze. Hmmm...maybe there's an error on the menu, but it says I was supposed to get 3 meatball skewers?? The people working at this food truck were extremely nice and friendly. The food came out very quickly. They apparently run some promotions, so it would be a good idea to follow them on social media if you're looking for deals. Overall, it seemed the grilled items were better than the noodle soups. The amount of food was not that much, but that is to be expected from food trucks. Be sure to check your order before leaving.
