Not to mention, prices on each item were higher here than Boot Barn just down the street, or company websites directly (Ariat, Dan Post, etc.). I spoke to Lisa, the owner, on the phone and we scheduled an appointment to bring in my things for consignment. There is a limit of ten items on hangers (yes, you get your hangers back, lol), and up to five accessories like shoes and purses. My appointment was yesterday and I am impressed with how appealing and attractive the store is. The clothes are quality, in good condition, and in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Lisa was very friendly and helpful, even collecting my things from my car. She explained the contract and the online presence is very cool. The seller can check the status of items at any time! Nice! Parking is super convenient, with spaces right in front of the store and a huge parking lot beyond that. The store is located in the Albertson's center on the NE corner of Harrison and Broadway. My initial experience is worth five stars, and if my things sell, I'll bump up my overall rating.

Instead, I was told I would need to drive to the Scottsdale location to process the return. The interaction lacked professionalism and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. They have put beepers on the purses and they just constantly make noise. How awful to work there. For a TJ maxx it's fairly clean, With a lot of cashiers the day I went so there wasn't the typical long line to decide "hmmm, do I REALLY want this? Is it worth this wait?" The strip mall has a large parking lot but is very busy.
