Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. A nice dressing room in the back. When I was in here they had lots of summer items that were 40% off toward the back. Lucky that I live in Georgia where the weather doesn't start cooling down until well into late October or in this year's case November... My cashier was nice enough and I got a couple of good deals. I spotted a dress on the website that I needed rather quickly and decided to come into the store. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and she knew the exact location of the dress I described. She set me up in a fitting room and came in to check on me. She also made great sizing recommendations and when I realized I was between sizes she even suggested how I could get it in the larger size and shrink it slightly in the dryer based on the material. On a Saturday morning, I didn't have any trouble finding parking in the plaza.

I initiated the return online and once I received the return info, my mom and I decided it would be easier to return in person and find a new set. The manager, I think his name was Justin, was incredibly condescending. He did not want to help. He was nasty to my mother (who is the sweetest woman). Despite having such great experiences in the past this left us feeling utterly disgusted. We won't be returning to this location unless they hire better people with more welcoming and positive attitudes like Chad.

After work I went straight to the store and it was 2 hours before posted time. Unfortunately they were working on inventory and had all doors locked(which I'm not mad about). But very unfortunate to have a wasted trip but even more unfortunate that when I tried to get employees attention to ask a question I was completely ignored until finally someone turned around and yelled towards me that they cant let anyone in. Clearly I see that but it would have been nice to just answer my question on when I can pick up my order. So in order for me to get the question answered I had to call the store even though there were people within feet of me. From the time I placed my order online to the time I was alerted that my order was ready to pick up was faster than any other place I've done curbside pickup from. Seriously. It was that fast. Very impressed. You just pull up to one of the two designated spots in front of the store and call the store number and they bring out your item. They do check for ID so have that ready. Hopefully they always answer the phone as promptly as they did during my curbside visit even when they may be busier in the future. My only two gripes are: 1) I wish they had more options in sizes for curbside pickup 2) I wish they offered up curbside pickup at all the stores. I would probably be shopping more at Old Navy if they did.
