The value of course is pricey but this is the Polo Ralph Lauren store and that's to be expected. You indeed get what you pay for. I'll always recommend this location to my family and friends for their Polo purchases. It was the excellent customer service from Mack and Michael for me. I'll be back.

For every $50 in merchandise that you purchase, they will give you $10 in Kohl's cash valid at a future date. While the discount coupons do not work on select brands, such as Nike and Under Armor, the Kohl's cash and Yes 2 You rewards are applicable to any purchases online or in the store. The sales associates and managers at the Roswell location are very friendly. They typically greet you as soon as you enter the store. I'll definitely continue shopping at this store.

Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. She seems like she genuinely enjoys her job and that was so refreshing as a customer who really wasn't sure what she was looking for. Thank you for your help and I will definitely make the trek back

So this was my first experience at this location. It is larger than others in Atlanta. Seems to have most of the online stock in store. Clean. Big sale section which is sort like a bomb went off...stuff everywhere falling off of wracks and shelves. But I have to say the employees don't seem to know anything about their job or store or policies. While there I asked 3 questions and they didn't decide to answer to any of them (or they couldn't but also did bother to find an answer) I asked specific ally about a pair of pants they had on an mannequin and I was walked around the whole store, shuffled to 3 different employees and nope...couldn't find it. Also just was like I don't know what those are to even try to look them up had I asked. I did try a few items on and it's worth mentioning that there was no in the fitting rooms, I don't care about this hit from a loss prevention point it's not great, and they are all SO SO DARK. I have 0 issues with my site but these were cavelike. I ended up in the assessable room (I was the only person in the fitting room for the duration of my trying on) which made me a little uncomfortable but it was the inky one that had anything remotely considered to be close to normal lighting. I included a photo of me in the fitting so you can the lighting in the "brightest" room. There was also a shelf that wasn't actually attached the wall that almost fell on me. I caught it but had I not it could have actually hurt me or someone else. I told an employee about it and she just went "oh...I girl I'll let someone know" and walked away. This was an adult...Kind if wild. Altered state isn't really geared towards my age bracket (30s) that's fine but they maybe need to have someone working that can answer basic questions customers may have. Gage it an added star because they did have more floor space and seems to have more stock than other Atlanta locations.

As you shop the racks, you will also run across displays of kitschy home decor with humorous and inspirational spiritual quotes. I scored an adorable striped sweater off the sale rack and a stretchy bangle bracelet that I have already received several compliments on. As I was checking out, I noticed a display of Giving Keys, which clued me in to Altar'd State's philanthropic efforts. Super sweet store! I will definitely be back!

The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. The deals were better than Dillard's (which no longer has sale days) or even Nordstrom's Rack. Two months ago, it would have been rated 4 stars.. Parking Park near the Chic Filet side entrance (furniture section) or in the covered deck. Or plan to drive in circles looking for a spot or walk a half a mile from your car. Customer Service IF you can find a cashier, they are usually helpful. Because they're absent, I'm often mistaken for an employee. I can be wearing yoga pants, if I have Macy's merchandise in my hands I will be asked where restrooms are. Expect a ridiculously long wait in the shoe department! Atmosphere The music is awful, the lines are slow, the fitting rooms are hot and dusty & it's hard to find items. One rack had women's suits (plus, regular & petites) with activewear, Xmas sweaters & PJ's! And there are racks of clothes that have been piled up from the fitting room & never returned. Layout Contemporary women's wear (jeans, active wear), shoes, perfume, furniture & menswear are on the 1st floor (mall entrance). Returns are also on the 1st floor. Women's dresses, suits, intimate ware and swimwear are downstairs with the kids' clothes. Kitchenware, bedding, household goods is upstairs. Ladies Fitting Rooms There's one fitting room that's large and well lit (with a long line if there's a sale). The other fitting rooms are the dark and the size of broom closets! Also, the mirrors in the tiny fitting rooms are obstructed by a built-in seat. Sales A month ago there were Last Act sections in every dept. where you could get brand names like Ralph Lauren & Calvin Klein for rock bottom prices! Ex. dresses marked down from $180 to $25. Now the racks are few and far between, the discounts aren't as steep & they are final sale. Macys now has a few racks of cheap, off-brand clothes for $13.99 and $21.99. Look out Ross, you've got competition! Returns 90 days on most merchandise, 30 days for Backstage (a cheap area in the basement at Lenox that reminds me more of a knock-off Marshalls). Last Act returns just went from 60 days to FINAL SALE. Macys Card An AMEX which can be used anywhere. Spending = $10 Macy's gift card rewards. Gift cards never expire & if you spend enough they'll mail coupons (exclusions apply). But if you're a minute late on the bill they won't hesitate to call the debt collectors! In short, Macys used to be a less expensive alternative to Nordstroms. But at the rate they're going, I hope they stay open. Macys needs to hire more staff & make all merchandise eligible for a return like every other dept store.
