Now you'll find that they are much further north on North Point Parkway. In front of target. They are in an out parcel in front of Target. I have not visited Casual Male since 2018 and I never realized that it left its previous location and "moved on up" to the "Big Leagues." That's translated into higher prices and less stock. The previous location had a variety of brands to fit many budgets including two or three racks of markdown items. Now in their tony new location all you're going to see are "Popular Name Brands" and no markdowns at all. It's very disappointing. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. Macy's is dealing with 3rd party sellers, and they are not assisting their customers with the returns. I purchased a $390 coat, but it was too small. I bought another coat that fit online. When it arrived, I brought the smaller one into the store, and they told me to call customer service to set up the return. I did, and to sum this up, the 3rd party refused to accept the coat back. I spent hours on the phone trying to rectify this over 3 months. Today's finale is that I have to wait again for them to request a return label from the 3rd party.

Both times I've gone to sell clothes I've made over $200!! They do have what they are looking for on their Instagram so that helped me understand what to bring for them to buy. While I waited I walked around the shop and found so many amazing finds. Everything is extremely organized and kept neat. I found some really cute pieces! It's super close to me and honestly worth going to get some extra cash for clothes.
