The only thing that this company still has left over from it's previous iteration is the fact that whenever you walk in your besieged by annoying sales people whether you need their "help" or not. Now you'll find that they are much further north on North Point Parkway. In front of target. They are in an out parcel in front of Target. I have not visited Casual Male since 2018 and I never realized that it left its previous location and "moved on up" to the "Big Leagues." That's translated into higher prices and less stock. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. Both times I've gone to sell clothes I've made over $200!! They do have what they are looking for on their Instagram so that helped me understand what to bring for them to buy. While I waited I walked around the shop and found so many amazing finds. Everything is extremely organized and kept neat. I found some really cute pieces!
