Came back hour 45 min later like he told me, the phone was sitting exactly where i had left it doing the exact same ting. He told me he would only charge me $30 for one reboot. I said HELL NO!! After telling him I had no phone besides the one hes holding hostage, he asked me for my "call back #' so he could contact me when it was ready. Took my iPhone 6s Plus in to get a new screen after it had taken a bath. Super fair prices and great service. These guys are great!

My girlfriend had her screen replaced by these guys. In terms of appearance the screen looks much nicer then the shattered finger shredding screen that was on it before. However, there has been nothing but problems since having it replaced. We have had to take it in to them multiple times now because of issues such as an unresponsive screen to touch and button functions not working properly. The communication with the guys is hit or miss, sometimes they are on it with getting back to you, and other times its a struggle to get in contact with them. They can seem pretty full of it and think they have some fine craftsmanship but to be honest their ego is a little big for how many problems we have occurred. Service can be fast and they can have the screen done in 20 minutes which is nice, but I prefer quality work over quickness. By now we have waisted more time having to go back and forth getting it fixed that I would have spent the extra amount of money to have it fixed by Apple themselves to get a quality fix that I can rely on. If you shattered your screen, personally I would recommend just sending it to Apple. It's not worth the risk, and if anything does happen Apple will not touch the screen if you sent it to a third party first to have the work done. read more

Not ok. Store was supposed to open at 10am, I was waiting at the front door for 10 mins and finally texted the number on the door asking if they would be open anytime soon. Left went to the mall (should of had them fix my phone) a hour later they simply replied a "yes". Ok so I asked if they could fix the screen on my phone and they told me they would be back in town around noon (2 hrs after there supposed to be open). They were rude and treated me like a complete moron. They lied, said they would call us when it was done and would be closing at 4. They lied and said they tried calling us but the phone he was fixing rang after we got there right before closing. We had no missed calls. I had been going across the street for my phone repair and buying needs. This place is WAY better!! I just went into this store to buy a new phone because my old own was broke. (iPhone 5c)They didn't have exactly what I wanted. But when I showed them my old phone they said they could fix it. They replaced my screen and gave me a new battery in just 30 minutes and with a screen protector it was a wonderful experience. Great work, wonderful customer service, and prices! If it would have been possible to give a half a star, or even negative stars I would have. I had planned on bringing in an older-ish mac laptop here to see if i could get it fixed. I tried calling them several times and they did not answer the phone. When I arrived, I saw that they were just letting the phone ring and ring even though they were only a few customers in the store. When I came in, the clerk was basically ignoring me for a while and was also very clear that he was flirting with a customer. They also have been closed even though they were so supposed to be open. This was the worst repair and customer service experience I've ever had. Wrong service was completed on my phone after clearly writing out a work order. After round two of trying to fix the issue, the store was suddenly closed and my phone was held overnight after an agreed pick-up time was made. No response to voicemail after 2 days and rude upon pickup of phone. Original problem finally fixed but what do you know, my phone speakers no longer worked. Took the phone down the street to the competitor where I ran into another disgruntled customer from this place with similar issue. Problem was fixed in 10 minutes and it turns out the battery mount was now missing or stolen? A new plastic part was left in my phone causing the issue with speakers. Thankful for healthy competition and never again with this place. read more

I recently took my iPhone 6 in with a broken screen. I dropped the phone of at approximately 10:10am I was told it would be a 30 minute wait, so I decided to leave store and I returned at 10:34am. There was sign on the store that said the store would open back up at 12pm. I came back to the store at 12pm And he hadn't even started in my phone. When he handed me the "fixed" phone the home button was not working properly. I told him about the button and he came over and made several excuses why the home button was not working. I know the button was working property when I took the phone in. He then took out the bottom screws saying that was the problem. The problem persisted. I left the store the store with the phone still not working properly. A few days later the phone started shorting out, or turning off and on. I have read several reviews on several sites and it's clear I am not the only victim of a similar situation. read more

Went here in December to get my iPhone fixed because the other place highly recommended on Yelp was closed. I was encouraged when the girl in front of me in line got her repaired iPhone back and seemed really happy. But boy, was I in for some disappointment. I showed the employee my phone. He said it couldn't be done. When I questioned him further he said it could be done but they would have to order the part and it would take a couple days and be expensive. I said that was fine, I'm ready to pay and wait a few days. I buy a case there to show I'm a serious customer and wait a couple days. I call them and they said, "oh our distributor is out of that part." Uh, what? No backorder? He then asked if I wanted him to call them again. DUH! He calls me back later and tells me how much it costs again and if I want the screen part ordered. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? For the third time I said, yes I want it. A few minutes later he calls me to ask me what kind of phone and what color... Now this is the like the 5th time I've talked to the same guy, and it was the same person I showed my phone to in the store. Anyway, I try to assume he's just busy and that's why he can't keep track of things. He tells me they will call me in 4 days when the part arrives. 6 days later I call them, getting impatient. The guy tells me pointedly, as if I'm bugging him, " um, we will call YOU when it comes in, so you don't have to keep calling us." Whatever! I called them twice during this whole fiasco. Not surprisingly, they never called me back. Guess they don't want my business, you shouldn't give them yours either! read more

My friend went in recently for a screen repair and when she left didn't realize her cover to her phone was not put back on. A few days later after coming back from out of town her screen cracked because of the cover missing. When she came back in they accused her of dropping it. ( which didn't happen). Is it very unfortunate that I couldn't give this "business" zero stars or perhaps half a star for the mediocre business card. Any who, the service was terrible, Taylor or whatever his name was told me that my phone could be fixed even with the water damage it had. I left my phone with these professionals and weeks go by and I haven't received any calls or emails from the shop. I decided to drive to the shop where there was another customer waiting impatiently outside. The store was closed mid day but I manage to wait an hour before decided to take off and come back some other day. Anyone who rates this place well probably got bribed by the unprofessional, unethical owner or dealt with his employees. Even these employees who were okay have left this establishment and started their own repair shop across the street. After fixing my friend's iPhone, the screen cracked two days later, without falling or getting banged into. It was in her cargo shorts pocket with nothing else in it. Long story short, we realized that the protective screen cover wasn't on her phone. The owner of the repair store failed to replace the screen protector back on the phone after the repair. So, we both went in to see if the owner would make it right. Not only did he completely deny responsibility--not offering to make it right or even offer a discount--he basically called my friend a liar; he was rude, and even though we were calm and reasonable, he threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave. After getting the phone fixed by a wonderful professional in Sacramento, we found out that the owner also failed to replace another part in the phone, which cost another $15 to order and replace. And because of this unauthorized modification, the Apple store in Sacramento wouldn't repair it. All in all, the repair ended up costing a couple hundred dollars because of this rude, unprofessional, and incompetent business owner. Run away! DO NOT give this arrogant man your business. He is NOT an authorized Apple repair shop. Go across the street to his competitor. read more

I had the white screen of death on my iPhone and if you know what that is you know you are dead in the water with your phone and you cant use it. I called it was later in the evening and spoke to Tyler and he was professional, he was able to repair my phone that same night and got it working right away. I was totally impressed. That speaker also controls speaker phone, all the apps and the volume for pretty much everything except the one you use to make calls when you have your phone to your ear.. I called the number listed above and went to the little corner store located right by S&S Produce and it seriously took the guy 10 mins or less to take my phone apart and replace the speaker..And my Volume WORKS now!!!!!! I am extremely happy and the price was only 45$ which is super cheap compared to buying a new phone!!!!!!!! Even the insurance through sprint is more expensive then that! Dropped my iPod 5 off to get a new battery repaired. They quoted me 3 days-which is totally fine. 5 days later, no call. Drop by, they say, "oh ya-it's going to be another maybe 3 days" (ok. No problem. They had to order a battery-maybe took longer than usual-can't you order one Amazon prime? Free 2 day shipping?) well-today has been 2 solid weeks later, tried calling multiple days to check on it and so far no answers whatsoever. Avoid this place at all cost, they are nice upfront, they were not able to fix my iphone screen because they had a defective screen and no extra replacements. So one I asked for my phone back instead of them keeping it until another screen came in. That is when they went from nice to rude, after I got my phone back they didn't put all the parts back into the phone. The Bottom Screws, battery plate and LCD Cable plate were all missing. I unfortunately had to go back to this place and ask for the remainder of my missing parts. They assumed that I would come back and have them fix my screen. Not on your life, having any sort of level of professionalism would go a long way but instead they are full of excuses and arrogance here. I think this business is closed. I called at least 50 times without an answer or call back. I then drove all the way from Yuba City to go to the store hoping they were having phone issues. Not only was the door locked and the store was closed but someone had a sticky note on the outside of the door that said "out of business". There was another customer in the parking lot that said this was the third time this week they tried to go to the store and it was always the same, closed. I shattered the screen on my 5c and needed it fixed pronto. I have seen this shop before and decided to bring my phone in. I wasn't able to come by till 4 and I expected to not get my phone back till the next day. When I walked in the new owner was just finishing up a broken screen and said it would only take 30 mins. I was shocked at how fast it would be fixed. I grabbed a complementary water and sat down. In 15 mins my phone was fixed and back to normal. I explained to him I needed a new case and how hard it is to find 5c cases. He showed me the ones her had and told me they were 50% off when you get your phone fixed. Sold! All I wanted to have him do was fix the water damage(which according to the website was $20) he insisted that my screen would need to be replaced along with the battery. He would not just fix the water damage and then see how it was working!! Absolutely awful. My boyfriend took his iphone 4S in and they replaced the screen. Now, when he talks on the phone, the mute button automatically gets pushed because they messed up with a certain sensor underneath the screen? When we called back, Tyler said he would have to charge us for that extra part which they "don't actually sell anymore". He also said he would call us when the part was shipped to the store...and he never did. We can't get ahold of them because they never answer their phone. I went in on my lunch break in a rush hoping it would not take long to get my phone checked in so I could pick it up after work. It was super quick to my surprise! I was greeted by friendly staff that were very informative on pricing right away without me having to ask. I thought I would also need a new camera install but the staff was honest when I picked it up stating the camera lens was fine and just needed to be cleaned. The pricing was also inexpensive with plenty of deals on cases, tempered glass, and the repairs I had done as well. I highly recommend this place . Horrible. He doesn't deserve one star. My 15 year old saved his money and bought an i phone from here. The owner called his carrier and couldn't activate it on site. Sent us to the store. The carrier wouldn't or couldn't activate it either. The owner said if we couldn't activate it to bring it back. He wouldn't give us paperwork it is just for his records. He is never open during posted times. Waited 20 minutes for him to show up at our appointment time. Refused to trade or refund for the phone. Had the phone for a week. This place has horrible customer service. They are selling cheap, crappy quality iphone screens! We had one repaired here previously and seeing as it stopped working in only a few months, we took it back here to get the 2nd repair. The guy who put the new screen on told us that the screen was cracked when they took it off, however there were no cracks when we brought it in...it simply was defective and the screen went black one day. The second screen cracked in multiple places in 3 weeks time. There is a 30 day warranty so I called to complain, and obviously was a little irritated that we have yet another screen that has failed us from their repair shop. The employee tried to accuse me of dropping the phone and that's why it cracked. I never said that the phone was dropped, what I was telling him is that it shouldn't crack from everyday use, things like setting it down on a table or piece of furniture from a couple inches above. He again argued I said dropped the phone from 5 inches and therefore the warranty was void, then said me he would take down my name and number and the manager would call me if he felt like it was an issue. I never got a return phone call...go figure. The receipt says if you are a return customer, they will give you a free screen protector. That's funny because we never got one. We realized this after the 2nd one was already broken...maybe it would have lasted a bit longer if we were given the screen protector. Neither of our iphone screens have cracked for years, we take care of our phones and have cases on them at all times. Rarely ever drop them and don't let our kids play with them. Please just go across the street, I'm fairly certain you'll receive better service and quality. read more
