I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. I opted for Madico Reflective Silver 20 as I wanted two things: Privacy, I could leave my blinds open, get light and people walking by or mosey neighbors couldn't see in, they see a silver color. Protection from the sun warming up the house, 99% UV rejected. Total Solar Energy Rejected (TSER) 76%, IR Rejection 94%, Infrared Energy Rejection (IRER) 78%, Visible Light Reflected External 55% Steve is communicative, shows up on time, and works diligently. He keeps the work-lace tidy with drop cloths, as he cleans the interior, then applies the window film on the interior, cuts it to size, and squeegees out the liquid.
