I had an extremely poor experience with Safelite AutoGlass and would not recommend them…read more I brought my 2022 Audi Q5 in for a windshield replacement, and the entire process was a mess from start to finish. The first visit took 5 hours, and they installed aftermarket glass that they couldn't even properly recalibrate. I was then told I had to come back again. On my second visit, they kept my car for 7 hours to install OEM glass--and still failed to recalibrate it correctly. To make matters worse, my vehicle now has two malfunctions that were not present before they worked on it. When I raised concerns, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and even accusatory--claiming the issues were already there, which is simply not true. Instead of taking accountability, they brushed off the problem entirely. Now I'm stuck paying around $600 out of pocket to have the dealership fix and properly recalibrate what they should have done in the first place. This experience was a huge waste of time and money, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
