Chris responded faster than other home window tinters I contacted, and his prices were reasonable. For instance, mid-level tint on a 58x68" window with 2 panes was $175. He tinted 11 windows in our house, most with a tint dark enough that others can't see in during the day (as long as it is brighter inside than outside, but when we have the lights on at night, our shades are closed), one bathroom with a hazy white tint that allows in light, but blocks the ugly view of our neighbor's roof. He is friendly and answered all my questions. He is a busy man, so it took two visits to finish our job, but you can't even tell from the inside that the tint is there, and it doesn't block the view. He cleans the inside of the window before applying the tint. Chris ONLY does residential tinting, unlike some who do primarily auto, so he knows his stuff. read more

Chris did 15+ windows for us, from light tinted UV protection film, to the darker sun-resisting films, as well as frosted films for the front door. Our house has original single pane "wavy" glass with many panes per window. With all of the inconsistencies of these types of windows, this was a REALLY challenging job. He pulled it off perfectly. These films have been on our house now for several years and they look like the day they were installed. No peeling or discoloration, despite the full force of the sun. I recommend Seven Suns enthusiastically. This review is long overdue. I've recently moved and he has come to mind for the new house. He uses a backing spray based on baby shampoo, and if he does a lot of windows for you, you will be fondly reminded of how nice your windows look (and your childhood) every time you encounter that smell. Chris installed window tinting on a sliding glass door. he explained the different types of tinting material and their reflectivity. The door faces south/west and I wanted to avoid the hot sun and uv rays damaging the flooring. He called to ask if he could come earlier than expected. Chris Gabriel, owner of Seven Suns put window film on the back side of our house. 14 windows and 2 sliding doors. He used Sun Tek film made by Eastman Co. I did a thorough search and found it to be one of the top rated films. Chris gave us a lot of options and suggestions that I didn't get from other film contractors. He allowed us to tape two different color levels to our window to see how we liked it for a few days. He also did one of the smaller windows and then let us review it before doing all the others. His service and quality of work was EXCELLENT and he backed up his work when we had a minor problem. He guarantees his work for any problems that may arise in the future.
