I opted for Madico Reflective Silver 20 as I wanted two things: Privacy, I could leave my blinds open, get light and people walking by or mosey neighbors couldn't see in, they see a silver color. Protection from the sun warming up the house, 99% UV rejected. Total Solar Energy Rejected (TSER) 76%, IR Rejection 94%, Infrared Energy Rejection (IRER) 78%, Visible Light Reflected External 55% Steve is communicative, shows up on time, and works diligently. He keeps the work-lace tidy with drop cloths, as he cleans the interior, then applies the window film on the interior, cuts it to size, and squeegees out the liquid. No bubbling or peeling was observed. His work comes with a lifetime warranty, just keep your receipt with the film serial numbers safe. I had him do nearly the whole house windows, sliding doors, garage door windows, etc, a Decorative Film Solyx frosted bamboo white on tub window. I like the end result. Steve is amazing! He answered his phone on a Sunday late afternoon and was able to come out the next day to assess our needs and provide a quote. He walked us through options for our west facing windows, including high picture windows in our living room and dining room that that we can't cover with traditional window treatments. He showed us several samples and we went outside to see how it would look from the front yard and we chose two different tints. We ended up having the west facing windows in our living room and dining room tinted and our east facing windows in the master bedroom, the dining nook and the kitchen tinted. He took a look at our other rooms and determined that it wouldn't be helpful. What an honest guy! Steve is kind and was respectful of our property. He showed up on time and he was a pleasure to have in our house. We didn't even know he was here. He was so quiet. He was efficient and cleaned everything up. I had priced a few vendors prior to his arrival. His price was the most competitive for an excellent product. It has been a few weeks and we've had several days in the 100s and upper 90s. What we noticed immediately is less glare and less oppressive direct sunlight coming in. There's such a nice cool bluish tint and it feels very comfortable inside our house. We have not had to turn the air conditioning on unless it goes over 95. Prior to having the tint installed, as soon as it hit 85° outside, we had the air conditioning running. I am confident we are going to see a reduction in our air conditioning bill this summer. I will note that we also have blackout curtains throughout the house. When we're having direct sunlight at peak hours, I do still draw our curtains in our west facing windows to further reduce heat. I also love that you can't see inside the house from the outside so we have such lovely privacy. I love being able to open the drapes and keep them open almost all day. Like I said, I do close them when the direct sunlight hits the western-facing windows. We highly recommend Steve. read more

I called several tint companies and they all were either weeks out if not months or they had No product, not enough techs, or don't do homes. You name it, I heard it. We met Steve at a local Home & Garden show. We were looking for information about window tinting and Steve knew it all! He was so helpful and knowledgable about the benefits of window tinting - he certainly convinced us we were headed in the right direction. We had recently had some huge mulberry trees reduced, leaving a TON of morning light on one side of the house & and equal amount of hot western light in the afternoons on the other side.
