I have been going to tint master for all of my cars, unfortunately the girl that usually does my windows is out right now. So I figured the owner must do a good job I'll give him a chance. I had an appointment at 10 dropped my car off at 9:45 he was finishing up one and there was none waiting he told me to come back in a couple hours I didn't hear anything by 12 I called and just a voicemail so I went there at 1:15 to pick my car up and I hadn't even been touched he gave me some lame excuses and said to come back the following Saturday. I could've come back on a weekday but he didn't even mention that and had he told me I had to leave my car there all day it would've been understandable so bottom line is you get a good job but don't bother making appointment or you could you make an appointment just plan on leaving your car for the full day appointments don't seem to matter here. read more

I have two premium cars that I bought on the same day from a prestige dealership a few years ago and the film was coming off on both of them and I plan on keeping these hot wheels. i asked the dealership where I should go; especially since their product didn't hold up and the service manager told me there was only one place he would go to; and that is Tintmaster in Rancho Cordova, near Gold River (Where he lived). HE told me they guarantee the product along with 3M for life, labor and product anywhere in the country, the service is as good was as good as it gets, and the job was perfect both times! I am glad I asked, because I would have never found this place on my own, an now that I have, I am going to tell everyone. Fantastic people, Sam has been there 20 years and she is a Pro, who along with her smile and terrific attitude at every turn, will give you the product you wished you had gotten the first time. The price was also fantastic, and the hardest thing to do is replace old film and put on new film and make it look better than NEW! And that is exactly what they did. They made time the following day to fix the bad tint job (on a Sunday) for had to get the car done that weekend to loan to a sibling.
