Servers are paid the same regardless of my dining experience. While the merits of the US tipping culture is the subject of much debate. What is undebatable is that a servers attention to my dining experience is certainly amplified when their compensation depends on it. Nonetheless the experience was a blast and the food was awesome. Is that his they are trained to deal with a complaint? I know these young staff will deal with drunk customers regularly but it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Rubbish everywhere on the floor, overflowing bins and disgusting toilets. This may just have been a bad day, understaffed etc. But I do not think so. Bad, bad and bad.
