I'm not sure how, but they brought our food out and we took it to the car to eat. Nothing was hot. It wasn't even lukewarm. That's crazy to me as we waited an additional 10 minutes for our food. The flavor was there though. My husband claimed it was spicy, but I thought the soy garlic was mild. Super tender, flavorful, and was covered generously with sauce. The fries were the star of the show. My only suggestion is to drown those fries with more sauce! May be a personal preference but the sauce was really nice. My only gripe with the drink is that they don't offer regular tapioca pearls. I don't mind crystal boba, but I had a few unhappy campers with me lol. What I loved was that they asked if I wanted black tea or jasmine. Thank you! Overall, I'd come back, but I'd try dining in because I imagine hot chicken would be top tier here.

The Biloxi- that pound of beef/lamb with a half pound of perfectly cooked shrimp thrown in. Nearly two hours later we were still comfortably full. Service was exceptional. In addition to our attentive and informative server everyone who passed by checked on us with a quick comment or gesture, but not so much as to be overwhelming or annoying. We had the boudin egg rolls and the Swamp Tour Sampler: jambalaya, crawfish étouffée, gumbo, and red beans and rice. For dessert, we had bread pudding with beignets. The Boudin egg rolls were the best thing I ate on my entire trip. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy, every bite was heaven. The jambalaya was the best jambalaya I had on my trip as well. It had a fantastic smokiness and was not wet at all. I also loved the crawfish étouffée. It was creamy and loaded. The red beans and rice had a bit of a sweet edge that was not quite my taste. Try for yourself. The bread pudding was the perfect sendoff. Bite-size beignets were nestled in the bread pudding. It was a sweet, creamy, perfectly Mississippi dessert.
