    Buffalo, Pimento, Fruity Fran

Solid, solid chicken salad. I ordered the trio with two chicken salads and one pimento cheese. The fruity Fran was definitely on the sweeter side as it had grapes and pineapples in it. The Buffalo chicken salad was my favorite. It provides a nice kick, but not too spicy. The pimento cheese tasted just like pimento cheese. Since it was the anniversary of chicken salad chick, my meal also came with a free scoop of the classic carol chicken salad. Now classic carol is classic alright. It taste like the chicken salad I would make at home which is delicious! The chicken salad meals come with a mini cookie. There are also regular size cookies for purchase too. I stared at my soft sugar cookie with icing and thought to myself "this cookie looks so familiar". It can't be. Oh, but it is my friends. They sell Cheryls infamous soft sugar cookies. Oh yea!

I am a huge chicken salad person, although I am cautious when eating it out, as I worry it has a high probability for spoiling as with anything mixed with mayo. I had heard great things in advance of this location opening, about the high quality of this chain. I arrived mid afternoon a few days into the grand opening. I was greeted by a small sign out front offering the soups of the day and toting that every order included a free butter cookie! Upon entrance I was shocked at how big the place is! There was a pile of menus (take home) to peruse, or a large sign board up front with the same menu. Just prior to check out was a refrigerated case of grabable goods to go! I stepped up to the counter, and although busy, it seemed they had all hands on deck for the first few days of opening. I asked the gentlemen some recommendations and decided on the chicken salad BLT on a croissant. You have the option to choose which kind of chicken salad you would like and I went with the sassy scotty. For my included side I went with the broccoli salad. A pickle and that advertised butter cookie is also included. I decided to get my order to go. The dining room was huge, and there was even a nice patio outside but it was quite crowded. My order came out very quickly. The croissant was buttery, flaky and a perfect compliment to its contents. The sassy scotty chx salad was quite salty, which was over powering, but the flavor itself was good. It is made with ranch so I suspect that is part of what made it overly salty. I would like to try a different chx salad variety next time. I loved the broccoli salad. The cookie and pickle were good. This is a great addition to the fast casual scene in Anderson Township!

YUM. I looooove Chicken salad, so I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of CSC's newest store front in Anderson. For the past week before opening, they've been out in the community, offering samples to nurses and businesses. Their social media game has been on point with marketing and giveaways. You can download their rewards app to earn credit towards free food and csc gear. They also send our code words to enter in for points at random. THE FOOD: 9.99 gets you a "trio" of endless options. You can get 3 chicken salads, 2 chicken salads and 1 egg salad, 1 pimento cheese, 1 egg salad, 1 chicken salad; your choice truly is endless with soups and salads as well. You can also just order "The Chick" which comes with one scoop of chicken salad and a side (or an additional scoop). Each order comes with a pickle, crackers and yummy buttercream cookie. Drinks are additional $1.99. Our trio included Fancy Nancy with Fuji apples and grapes (soooooo good), Barbie-Q (our favorite), Lemon Basil (heavy on the basil). I would order each one again but we are looking forward to trying more! There's one heavy with onion, another with sweetened cranberries and pecans AND a buffalo chicken salad. They're just killing the game! Update: have already been back and tried the Onion Chicken Salad, sooooo good! Perfect for the onion lover! Also tried the loaded potato soup, it is okay. Highly recommend a visit to CSC. Hospitality was great, everyone had a friendly face and the space is clean, bright and inviting. Bring the kiddos along for some delicious Mac and Cheese

Dude. I didn't know I needed to experience a restaurant solely dedicated to chicken salad, but let me tell you, this place has it down. They know what they're doing. I didn't even think about concocting so many different types of chicken salad, like, what a concept! We tried the Classic Carol, Pimento Cheese and Chicken Salad BLT sandwiches with potato soup and chicken & artichoke soup. The bread was perfect. The chicken salad texture was so good, not too much mayonnaise which makes it slimy, you know what I mean lol. The pimento cheese oooooh my gosh, so good, so rich. I took it to go and ate it on crackers later and if you're wondering if it was still delicious, the answer is yes. Totally check this place out if you're ever in Cincinnati!

There was a lot of hype about this place, so when my mom called and asked to go to lunch, this place was top of mind. It was busy! Almost a dozen workers were quite active preparing food and waiting on the customers. My thoughts based off this visit: -The staff was friendly and helpful. -They take your order at the back, then the kitchen delivers to your table. This process took about 8 minutes. Not bad for the lunch rush. - I ordered the Lauryn's Lemon and basil chicken salad, on white bread. It was fine. I really couldn't taste the lemon, so that must be a light touch. My mistake was getting it on toasted bread. The bread they use has the texture reminiscent of cardboard. I'm guessing they use this denser bread so it doesn't get soggy from the filling, but this is a huge mistake. -My mom got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. She raved about the chicken salad, and the portion seemed larger than my bread version. She got the loaded baked potato soup which she said was delicious. I got the tomato soup, and I'm not sure why. I guess I thought it was a good match for the savory sandwich. I'd try something different next time. Overall I would recommend this place, I'll be back but next time ordering my chicken salad on a croissant.

This is a fabulous lil restaurant for anyone who gets down with chicken salad! Lauren's lemon basil and Dixie chick are my favorite salads. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and Andrew the team leader is really cool and nice to talk to. Great service and great food!

Was very pleased with my order. First time ever eating here since I don't live near by. It was very tasty . Didn't think it was enough to eat but it was just right. Went away being a happy customer. The employees were very nice & the restaurant is very clean. I was impressed with my order & I shared it on Facebook as well. I even ordered for take out as well to have later.

Everything is seasoned perfectly, cooked right, and served hot. The fried fish was crispy and flavorful, the mac and cheese was rich and comforting, the greens tasted like they came straight out of someone's family kitchen, and the candied yams were sweet and done just right. It's the kind of plate that reminds you why Southern cooking is so special. But what really stood out to me wasn't just the food. It was the customer service. In most places, you either get incredible food with average service, or great service with food that's just okay. Southern Grace somehow manages to deliver both at a very high level. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with genuine kindness and respect. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and you can tell they actually care about the experience they're giving their customers. I have to make a special mention to one of the team members LaDon for his exceptional professionalism. That kind of consistency between food quality and customer service is rare. It makes the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. If you're looking for authentic Southern food paired with top-tier hospitality, Southern Grace is absolutely worth the visit. Places like this remind you what real customer service is supposed to feel like.

Fried Chicken? Libby's gots the goods!…read more I've been here a few times now. A lover of fried chicken who is always on the hunt for the good stuff, Libby's does not disappoint. Located just over the river in Covington, KY, Libby's is only a few blocks walk from some of the happenings in Covington, like the Madison Theatre and Madison Live. There's a decent pay parking lot right at the intersection just across the street from Libby's. I went for the fried chicken and that's what I got.... both times. Libby's is nowhere near me so it was worth the 40 minute drive to get there the first time and an easy go-to for the second time around when I was going out for the night in Covington. The fried chicken is super crispy, full of flavor and moist and delicious. Libby's crushes it when it comes to the fried chicken. Here's the thing - I got sides both times. The chicken, being the feature of the meal, was so good that I don't even remember the sides that I got. I can say though that they were good. Libby's is popular. So, plan on a wait or, if available, to take a seat at the bar. Libby's isn't huge but they have space to take on a larger table of people to small high-tops for two or, again, for one or a few to grab a seat at the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. We never wanted for anything. They were on top of it without bothering you. Would I go back? Cluck yeah, I'd go back. Remember when I said "Libby's gots the goods"? I wasn't kidding. Go find out for yourself and get you some and then come back and tell me how right I was.

Wobbly table, several groups were there. (I guess service guest service is a dying profession) ? I don't understand why a restaurant resorts to plastic cups from Pepsi or paper napkins? Prices don't reflect that. Sorry I digress Service was slow and she forgot our order, eh? No suggestions for menu options or anything. We chose fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs. Oil for fgtom tastes old. Not delicious eggs with ok. Service is sloppy slow. ( do I keep the fork I used for tomatoes for my entree? I'm at a wobbly table, service is slow and you had to ask for drinks silver ware. I had the 2 piece dark chicken. Good but really spicy and I like spice but this is extremely intense. The Charlie Brown entre was a lot of melted cheese and burnt bacon.our guests had the shrimp and the salmon. It was so loud, screaming across the table loud and there were all of 8 people besides us. My chicken would have been good if it weren't so overbred and over spicy. I had to ask for more beverages. I just don't understand how a restaurant that charges these prices and is mediocre. Paper napkins tv everywhere and not on LOUD, outdoor tables and no cloth. Service that connects with the patrons. This is not greyhound or tousey house. . WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS. Overpriced and cut the attitude with a machete. Many restaurants do exactly the same menu and well. Purple Poulet is one

The place is small and had a very weird vibe between fine dining and kitschy. White tablecloths, but then lots of purple and pictures of roosters everywhere (I realize the name, but hmmm). Our server was lovely but would disappear for too long between times when she should have been present. We ordered our drinks at 745pm, and I watched them sit at the end of the bar. Finally, at 805pm, I went to the bartender and said, "those are our drinks that have been sitting there for a while". Our server brought them over like we ordered them 5 minutes prior. But the lovely owner/manager came over and said the "drinks are on me" because we waited so long. We appreciated that! The fried chicken was good, but the breading was very salty. The green beans were almost inedible because they were so salty. The mashed potatoes were average. The biscuits were fantastic. The fried deviled eggs were okay. A regular deviled egg is better. The shrimp and grits had a lot going on. The shrimp was lightly battered and fried (?) and the flavor of the dish was bold. I think sauteed shrimp and a little less gravy would make it perfect.

The dry rub wings are my go-to: perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and flavor, and even better when paired with their bama white sauce. If you're leaning sandwich, you can't go wrong with a pulled pork or pulled chicken sammy topped with their Carolina gold sauce--it's tangy, slightly sweet, and completely addictive. And the fries? Thick-cut, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside--exactly what great fries should be. Beyond the food and drinks, Lucius Q really shines as a place to gather.
