First time ordering here. Didn't want to cook had a long drive home over 1 hour. So I decided to get 10 chicken strips and 20 nuggets. Got the Grandma Sauce, Spicy Grandma and Ranch. Service was very nice at the counter and the person cooking in the back- had some questions about the nuggets if it was chicken thighs or chicken breast we like both, the lady who cooks behind the counter came and let me know they all are chicken breast. Sometimes when we get these fried chicken they are chicken thighs with the skin that we like. Came home driving over an hour and had some of this chicken. It was delicious! Not salty just right, not dried out and juicy. My hubby got the fries though they didn't look like your usual fries he said they were delicious as well as my daughter. Tried the limited edition Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and it was super tasty and not that spicy (thankfully) the sandwich had 2 tenders and some pickles inside. Look I get inflation is through the roof but this spot has extremely low quality food at a very high price. I ordered two kids meals and it was $30. Ordered a 4 pc tender box combo for my afternoon Saturday lunch! The meal was $14.99 + tax = $16.53 total. The combo meal came with a soda, fries, 4 piece chicken tenders, and toast. You are able to choose what suace you wanted when you pick up your order, and I got mild suace and honey mustard sauce. Both sauces are good. The fries are really good and crispy, I love the fries. And the chicken tenders weren't as crispy but it was juicy inside and tasted like fresh chicken. The toast did not have any flavor, it was more like a plain thick toast. The young lady who took my order was nice and helpful. I usually order the 4 Piece Tender Box Meal, but this time, I ordered the 6 Piece Chicken Nuggets. I didn't want the bread that comes with the tender box meal. It's actually pretty good, but not craving it. The nuggets were just the right amount of crispy and delicious. I asked for their mild sauce and it had the perfect kick, but not spicy. The fries were also amazing. I recommend you dip them in the sauce, too. You can never go wrong with that! 10/10 for the nuggets and fries. Chicken Now does not only have tenders and nuggets, but they also have wraps, sandwiches, Texas club sandwiches and salads. I have not had their sandwiches or wraps, but I do order their Cesar Salad. This is one of those places that if I am craving a salad, I will come to Chicken Now for it, 10/10. There will always be a special place in my heart and in my stomach for Chicken Now. Their tenders are made to order which sets them apart from all the other tender places in the mall. This means that your chicken always comes out super hot and super juicy. The size may have gotten a bit smaller over the years but they are still craveable. The sauces here are also the most flavorful sauces I've had, you can't go wrong with any of them. So since things are made to order there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it. I always get the kid's meal (2 tenders and the fries) which is a perfect size but I have to say that the tenders are the star while the fries are kind of forgettable. I love chicken now and I always will... there's just something about their chicken, fries, and sauce that gets me! I usually order the 6 piece chicken nugget box w fries and a drink and share w somebody. Food has always been hot and fresh. The chicken is juicy and moist, while the fries have a nice crisp layer to it. I've only had one experience where it wasn't cooked as well... but every other experience has been great. Not to be confused with juicy Korean fried chicken with a similar logo, it was I confirmed after I ordered and paid, the cashier told me it was "Chinese fried chicken." Another mall spot review in my current mall food mini tour. Not sure how long Chicken Now has been around in the Arcadia Mall, but it's been a while. It used to be the only fried chicken spot in that food court...that is, until that other chicken place that rhymes with Pick-L-A moved in - right next door! I thought that was the end for Chicken Now, but surprisingly, it's managed to stick around, even during these trying times. It's a good thing because their fries are bomb! If you like chicken tenders, this isn't a bad spot to go to. The breading isn't too thick and the chicken is moist. It's the fries that has everyone coming back, though. Not sure how they're prepared, but it's a different kind of fry: always super crunchy and soft on the inside. When paired with their original dipping sauce, it's taken to another level! So if you're a fries fan, by all means go check it out. And get some chicken tenders while you're at it! Ever since Chicken Now opened in the mall I have been a loyal customer! Even with Chick Fil A next door, they don't even compare! The chicken is always packed with flavor and is so incredibly juicy while still being crunchy. The fries are one of a kind and are always piping hot and fresh. I have never been disappointed with Chicken Now! The spicy sauce is where it's at, and their Kool Aide is the perfect pairing with this meal. The staff is always working fast and is very helpful, don't forget you get 1 free refill on your drink too! I believe the West Covina location stopped providing this. Boneless fried chicken tenders, french fries and a buttered texas toast. Even the dipping sauce imitates the Cane's sauce. It's like a funky 1000 island dressing. I ordered a 4-piece meal combo that came with a drink and it was a little over $10. The fries were nice and crispy. It was seasoned with salt and I liked how they serve them. You get a good helping. The texas toast wasn't all that great. The bread wasnt very crunchy so that was disappointing. The flavor was lacking as well. The chicken could have been better. The pieces were big but the chicken was dry and rather tasteless. Thankfully the dipping sauce was good but I've had better and if they're trying to be like RC then they got some catching up to do. Like I said, the chicken pieces were big. I couldnt finish all the chicken, still had plenty of fries left and barely ate the toast. I enjoy the chicken with their homemade mild sauce; the hot doesn't seem hot at all and not as good for some reason. Prices are a little pricey for the amount you get, but if you're looking for a smaller meal, order from the kids menu! I would NOT recommend their fries--too greasy. The Chicken Caesar wrap is also a favorite of mine. Every time I go, I either get chicken strips or the wrap. Yum!
