I don't usually go for fried chicken but I do always prefer chicken now chicken tenders. They're usually juicy and the fried exterior doesn't fall off the chicken like it does on raising canes tenders. Their fries as also always crispy. Their OG grandma and spicy grandma sauces are usually our go to

Tried the limited edition Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and it was super tasty and not that spicy (thankfully) the sandwich had 2 tenders and some pickles inside. It had lots of flavor and super soft and juicy texture. The fries were also very good, nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The grandma sauce is their signature and quite tasty.

Look I get inflation is through the roof but this spot has extremely low quality food at a very high price. I ordered two kids meals and it was $30. The chicken pieces were tiny so basically it is just $15 for some very average fries. The kids grilled cheese - hardly any fries. Go figure. The staff behind the counter were very robotic, they were not rude but they were rather cold. With many options in this food court, Chicken Now isn't the place you probably wanna end up. Unless you enjoy paying top dollar for fries

An institution of bygone times that is, unfortunately, past its prime. The chicken tenders and fries by themselves are by no means bad tasting, but I did expect a bit more for the steep price point. As a customer of this establishment for several years, I have witnessed the increase in pricing and lower quality control of this chain, and I hope this can be improved upon in subsequent visits.

Ordered a 4 pc tender box combo for my afternoon Saturday lunch! The meal was $14.99 + tax = $16.53 total. The combo meal came with a soda, fries, 4 piece chicken tenders, and toast. You are able to choose what suace you wanted when you pick up your order, and I got mild suace and honey mustard sauce. Both sauces are good. The fries are really good and crispy, I love the fries. And the chicken tenders weren't as crispy but it was juicy inside and tasted like fresh chicken. The toast did not have any flavor, it was more like a plain thick toast. It was a good meal overall and I did feel as if the portion was pretty big especially for lunch. I'd order again if I'm at the mall and craving a big chicken tender meal!

A quick spot for chicken tenders, fries, and chicken sandwiches inside of the mall! It's a bit expensive for mall food court food (4 tenders and fries for $16 after tax), but the 4 piece chicken tender box meal is quite large. What I liked was that each tender was fairly meaty and juicy. The only thing I wasn't huge on was that the fries were seasoned fries, meaning they had a coating on them similar to the seasoned fries at Fire Wings. Therefore, they're not as crispy. Other than that, I did like the meal overall.

This is my favorite fried chicken at the mall. Sometimes if I don't feel satisfied, I come and order 2 tenders for a little over $5 with a cup of water with no ice. I like it more than Chick Fila since I think it's hotter, juicier chicken with thinner, crispier breading. There are many sauces available, but I usually get ranch or honey mustard. The service is usually very friendly and the food comes out very fast. This is easy and convenient in the food court, value pricing, fast friendly service, and yummy fried chicken. Go and give it a try!

Decent place to get your chicken sandwich fix but, it is pricey around $16 per combo. Chicken Sandwich tasted decent as well as the fries. Honestly, I'll rather get Raisin Canes over Chicken Now regarding the sandwiches. Service was great.

I love chicken now and I always will... there's just something about their chicken, fries, and sauce that gets me! I usually order the 6 piece chicken nugget box w fries and a drink and share w somebody. Food has always been hot and fresh. The chicken is juicy and moist, while the fries have a nice crisp layer to it. I've only had one experience where it wasn't cooked as well... but every other experience has been great. There's a new CFA that opened up next to it, but I hope chicken now is here to stay!

I've been here multiple times now. The chicken tenders are juicy and the breading is light and fluffy. I specifically come to the mall just to eat here. Better than Raising Cane's in chicken texture and fry crispiness. Only downside is that their sauces aren't as great.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and it was a basic sandwich. When these restaurants specialize on a certain item I expect top quality and mind blowing flavor. The food wasn't terrible but it just was okay and a bit basic but worth trying if you are a chicken sandwich freak like me.

I'm eating this right now for the first time and had to come on here to review lol I'm super impressed- the fires and super crispy and fresh and yummy. The chicken strips are ridiculously juicy. Delish :) like I bit into a chicken strip and it was so juicy I can't describe it. Yay

Menu with many options. Really polite and helpful. Can't wait to try out the food!!

The Workers were really nice and helpful and the service was quick. Like the feel of this place . And the Sandwich was great and the fries were . Come check this place out if you're near by you won't be disappointed.

I'd never been before, but I'd been wanting to try it for a long time. As soon as I walked in, I noticed two ordering kiosks with people waiting in line. Before I could even figure out what to do, a young lady with the biggest smile greeted me and asked if she could help. Her name was Patty. I told her it was my first visit, and she patiently explained the menu, especially the different spice levels. Since I enjoy spicy food, I confidently ordered the Hot level. Looking back... I may have been a little overconfident! When my food was ready, Patty brought it to my table with the same genuine smile she greeted me with. The food looked incredible, and the chicken was juicy and delicious--but after a few bites, I realized the Hot level was hotter than I had imagined. I laughed to myself and thought, "Next time, I'm definitely ordering one level lower." A few minutes later, Patty came back to check on me because it was my first visit. I told her the food was great, but I'd overestimated my spice tolerance. Without hesitation she said, "I'll change it for you." I immediately told her, "No, it's okay. I don't want you to waste food." She smiled and replied, "I want you to enjoy it." That simple statement really impressed me. In today's world, you don't hear that very often. It reminded me of something I had just read about Dave's Hot Chicken--"Keep us honest." Patty truly lived that philosophy. She wasn't just serving food; she genuinely wanted my first experience to be a great one. The food was excellent, but Patty's kindness and customer service made the experience memorable. That's the kind of employee every business hopes to have. I'll definitely be back--and hopefully Patty will be there again. Thank you, Patty, for making my first visit such a great one. Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, 5 Piece, $10.99 prior to tax- This chicken was oily, which was expected, but was actually good. The flavor on the batter was good and thought the amount of chicken per chicken tender was a good size. ------------------------------------ (Total= $33.03 after tax) After making our order online, we were given a time that it would be ready in 30 minutes.
