An institution of bygone times that is, unfortunately, past its prime. The chicken tenders and fries by themselves are by no means bad tasting, but I did expect a bit more for the steep price point. As a customer of this establishment for several years, I have witnessed the increase in pricing and lower quality control of this chain, and I hope this can be improved upon in subsequent visits.

Ordered a 4 pc tender box combo for my afternoon Saturday lunch! The meal was $14.99 + tax = $16.53 total. The combo meal came with a soda, fries, 4 piece chicken tenders, and toast. You are able to choose what suace you wanted when you pick up your order, and I got mild suace and honey mustard sauce. Both sauces are good. The fries are really good and crispy, I love the fries. And the chicken tenders weren't as crispy but it was juicy inside and tasted like fresh chicken. The toast did not have any flavor, it was more like a plain thick toast. It was a good meal overall and I did feel as if the portion was pretty big especially for lunch. I'd order again if I'm at the mall and craving a big chicken tender meal!

A quick spot for chicken tenders, fries, and chicken sandwiches inside of the mall! It's a bit expensive for mall food court food (4 tenders and fries for $16 after tax), but the 4 piece chicken tender box meal is quite large. What I liked was that each tender was fairly meaty and juicy. The only thing I wasn't huge on was that the fries were seasoned fries, meaning they had a coating on them similar to the seasoned fries at Fire Wings. Therefore, they're not as crispy. Other than that, I did like the meal overall.

This is my favorite fried chicken at the mall. Sometimes if I don't feel satisfied, I come and order 2 tenders for a little over $5 with a cup of water with no ice. I like it more than Chick Fila since I think it's hotter, juicier chicken with thinner, crispier breading. There are many sauces available, but I usually get ranch or honey mustard. The service is usually very friendly and the food comes out very fast. This is easy and convenient in the food court, value pricing, fast friendly service, and yummy fried chicken. Go and give it a try!

Decent place to get your chicken sandwich fix but, it is pricey around $16 per combo. Chicken Sandwich tasted decent as well as the fries. Honestly, I'll rather get Raisin Canes over Chicken Now regarding the sandwiches. Service was great.

I love chicken now and I always will... there's just something about their chicken, fries, and sauce that gets me! I usually order the 6 piece chicken nugget box w fries and a drink and share w somebody. Food has always been hot and fresh. The chicken is juicy and moist, while the fries have a nice crisp layer to it. I've only had one experience where it wasn't cooked as well... but every other experience has been great. There's a new CFA that opened up next to it, but I hope chicken now is here to stay!

I've been here multiple times now. The chicken tenders are juicy and the breading is light and fluffy. I specifically come to the mall just to eat here. Better than Raising Cane's in chicken texture and fry crispiness. Only downside is that their sauces aren't as great.

I'm eating this right now for the first time and had to come on here to review lol I'm super impressed- the fires and super crispy and fresh and yummy. The chicken strips are ridiculously juicy. Delish :) like I bit into a chicken strip and it was so juicy I can't describe it. Yay

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and it was a basic sandwich. When these restaurants specialize on a certain item I expect top quality and mind blowing flavor. The food wasn't terrible but it just was okay and a bit basic but worth trying if you are a chicken sandwich freak like me.

Menu with many options. Really polite and helpful. Can't wait to try out the food!!

The Workers were really nice and helpful and the service was quick. Like the feel of this place . And the Sandwich was great and the fries were . Come check this place out if you're near by you won't be disappointed.

Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.

The flavor on the batter was good and thought the amount of chicken per chicken tender was a good size. ------------------------------------ (Total= $33.03 after tax) After making our order online, we were given a time that it would be ready in 30 minutes.
