Everything I've ever tried at Taco Casa has been great, so it's pretty safe to say you could close your eyes and randomly choose something and you'd be happy with it. A lot of care is taken when packing the orders in the drive-thru so extra kudos for that attention to detail. Also, TC is a great value. Their prices are reasonable to begin with but they have "Frijole Fridays" where you can get a bean burrito, frijoles or a tostada for $1.49! This location also has a QR code you can scan in the drive-thru to get location-specific deals sent to you via text. Overall, Taco Casa is an unbelievable value with an excellent product. The employee repeated my order back to me exactly as I placed it, so I assumed everything was correct. Once we picked up the order I realized the churros had no cinnamon and sugar. They were completely plain. I had no idea plain churros were even an option, and no one on the phone asked whether I wanted cinnamon sugar or explained that it had to be requested separately. I politely brought the order back and simply explained that the churros didn't have cinnamon and sugar. Instead of trying to understand the misunderstanding or apologize, the employee immediately became defensive and repeatedly said, "You didn't order cinnamon sugar." I explained that I didn't know it had to be requested because, like most people, I expect a churro to come with cinnamon and sugar. I wasn't rude, I wasn't demanding, and I simply asked if they could fix it. Then another employee asked if I spoke English or Spanish. I answered that I wanted to continue in English. After walking away, 3 employees started talking about me in Spanish, calling me an idiot for not asking for cinnamon sugar, laughing about me together, and looking over at me while they were fixing my order. Unfortunately for them, I understand Spanish, so I knew exactly what they were saying. They apparently assumed I couldn't understand them. To make it even worse, as I left, they continued watching me walk out, watched me get into my car, and one was jumping around mocking me while they all stared at me through the window and laughed. The missing cinnamon sugar was never the real issue. It was a simple misunderstanding that could have been resolved in less than a minute with a quick apology and a positive attitude. Instead, your staff chose to embarrass and mock a respectful customer over something as minor as cinnamon and sugar. Everyone makes mistakes. That's not why I'm leaving this review. I'm leaving it because of the complete lack of professionalism, basic respect, and customer service. If this is how your staff chooses to treat respectful customers over something as minor as cinnamon and sugar, then I can't recommend this business to anyone. I'd much rather spend my money supporting a churro shop that values its customers, takes pride in its service, and employs people who treat others with courtesy and respect. Needless to say, I won't be returning, ever again.

I checked by here the other night because there's a small one near my friends house and I always wondered whether this place was any good or not. I saw this location driving by one day and the new venue is big, like a crossbreed between sonic and...well sonic, because of the option to drive in and have the service delivered to your car or the drive through and have the servers deliver it to your car which is waiting in line. Good chicken fingers, I got the basic fingers and buscuit. I love the choice between buscuit and dinner roll because sometimes i'm not in the mood for one of them. The chicken fingers are very much like Golden Chicks, which isn't a bad thing at all. Sprinkle some spicy seasoning and dip it in the gravy. Overall for the price which came to less than 5 dollars, It was a good meal. Only complaint I have is my meal came to 4.75, and even when I chose not to sit at the drive in, a server came to deliver the food. With the 25 cent change I didn't know whether I should tip or not, because I waited in line so that I would not have to tip, but then tipping 25cents just seemed too cheap. I went through the drive thru and my order was the worst. I paid over $30 and my chicken was cold and I was missing my fish. I called and the manger stated that he would replace my order but when I called to get it replaced no one knew of my order . I'm very upset because I was needed to have the order tonight for my kids. What a hassle. I need to find my receipt and I want my money back. period !! NEVER AGAIN !!! read more

Terrible wait at this location. Other than that the chicken is fair. I would suggest going in and purchasing your food. Also, check your order to be sure you have everything you ordered before driving off because this location is very busy and they could get your order wrong. read more

Unfortunately, my most recent visits have completely changed how I feel about this place. On my first bad visit, I ordered my usual club sub. The employee making my sandwich (pictured) put noticeably less meat than normal. When I politely asked for it to be made properly, he gave me attitude, was rude, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I reported this to the General Manager, who assured me that I could come back anytime to have my sandwich remade and that the employee would personally apologize. When I came back, that same employee was working. He recognized me--he even read my name off the order slip--but didn't apologize until I asked him directly. His "apology" was sarcastic and dismissive, as if he couldn't care less. It made the manager's promise feel pointless and left me feeling disrespected all over again. To be fair, the other two employees on shift during my return visit were fantastic--professional, kind, and exactly the type of service you'd expect. But this one employee's behavior completely overshadowed that. I will not be returning to this location for a while. If this is the level of customer service management is willing to tolerate, then I'd rather spend my money somewhere that values its customers.
