There are higher levels of heat, of course. These were perfectly fried and damn tasty. This really is good food and this spot should be way more popular than it is. I'm going with 3 stars and not less because the flavor of the burger was good, and the size was good too, unfortunately the amount of grease was pretty unacceptable. I understand Wagyu is much fattier but my bottom bun was completely soaked and sitting in grease. I would suggest they address these issues, it has deterred me from coming back anytime soon. Also the reason it took me so long to try this place out is because Cluck and Blaze failed because it wasn't good, so naming this shop basically the same thing seems like an odd choice to me.
