Unfortunately it depends on the cook so the burgers can sometimes be a little more done than preferred if you like a medium burger. Any temp you get it, theyre always juicy and seasoned well. Another major plus is hand cut fries!!!! This is the only place in town that I know of who does hand cut fries. They are so so good. My husband gets sweet potato fries and I've heard great things about the okra but you cannot separate me from those hand cut fries. I have chosen not to return to places just based on the fact that they use frozen fries. I've heard rave reviews about their chicken wings (so much so I can't get them to try the burger lol). The staff is always nice. I call my order in so it does take anywhere from 15-30 mins to prepare, and I love knowing my order is actually fresh and not pre-cooked and reheated. Is the burger pretty expensive? Yes, but I'll be honest... if you were to try to find an equivalent burger, a double cheese burger meal at Culver's will cost you the same and you're not getting as much burger AND it's not a local joint.
